Love the look--but they fall off my feet - I ordered these because they are so cute! Purple slippers! I ordered my normal size (8 1/2) and they fit length-wise. But I walk out of them...so I have to clench my toes to keep them on--and I still trip alot. I'll keep them because they're cute.

Comfy scuffs - These houseslippers are really comfortable and warm. The sole is somewhat wide, so I had to learn how to walk in them without occasionally tripping on the carpet, but otherwise I have no complaints about fit, size, looks or comfort--very cute.

Nice shoe but zero support!! Like walking on a flat hard board.

Felt extremely squeezed in the toe region. I'm not even sure if 1 size increase would have felt good. Sent back and changed brands.

I have had a horrible time finding slippers! Never knew it was possible but this is my third attempt to order high quality shearling wool slippers. These look to be good quality but are a full size to small. I wear a size 9 and these are far too short. So glad Zappos has such a forgiving return policy!

This is my second pair. My first pair lasted seven + years. I received an updated pair one year ago. No way are the same. The sheepskin lining is much thinner and the cushion in the foot bed is not padded as well as my first pair. After a year, they aren't comfortable at all. Should have kept my original pair. Wah-wah...

Like the look and warmth. The comfort is lacking with no arch support or cushion for the foot.

I wear 6.5 to 7. Ordered the large 6.5 to 7.5. Fit perfect with or without think footies.

Love the way they look and the color. Having a lot of trouble walking in them. I think the sole is too heavy.

I bought these nine months ago. I wear them occasionally and they are shedding the faux fur all over my house. They are already starting to break down and are not as comfortable as they were when I first bought them.

I previously owned UGGs Coquette which has a similar style to this one. They lasted 5 years before finally wearing out. Not wanting to spend $120 to replace them, I thought I would try these. I wear 10 and ordered XL. My heels come just to the edge. I think that when the fur packs down, the slippers will fit better lengthwise, but they are already too wide (B width), so if they get any bigger my feet will slip out. I was also leery after reading all the reviews about the fur wearing off in a short time. All things considered, I'm returning these due to the fit issue. On the plus side, they are very comfortable. I have foot problems, and the thick sole provides nice support. They are also warm and snuggly. I just wish they were narrower (or came in Narrow).

These are really comfortable, sitting down. But they are so heavy, I tend to slide rather than step. I like them a lot. Wish they'd make them less---clunky. They spend a lot of time in my closet.

I am very disappointed in these slippers. They are so slippery you cannot walk comfortably in . them. I plan to put a piece of elastic around the back to keep them on.

These slipper are very nice, BUT, beware! I wear a size 8 shoe. I purchased the 8-9 large size and they are way too small. I will have to try the 9.5-10.5 size! Very odd sizing. Other than that they are great but probably order the next size up if you want them to fit!

I'm a size 7 wide in every shoe ever, so I thought the size Medium (6.5-7.5) wide thinking they'd be fine, but they're way too short. My foot hangs off the back a full inch. Some other reviews indicated the padding made these feel smaller than they really were, so I tried wearing them around the house a bit to see if that would help, but no luck, still way too small.

Pretty, warm and soft slippers. Loved the light blue. I wear 7 1/2 - 8, ordered the 8-9, and my heel hung off the end - return due to too small. Sole is stiff and doesn't bend, I'm getting something lighter weight for myself.

Oh, I'm so sad. I've wanted slippers like these for ten years. Imagine my excitement when I thought I found them in my size! I wear a 12W. The 2XL wide was wide enough but only the length of a 10 or 11. Everyone here is saying get a size larger. I would if I could. Back they go!

I've bought these Old Friend slippers a few times, every two years, which is about how long the fleece has lasted. It's true that they seem small when you first get them, but over time (couple months) the fleece flattens out and they become true to size. I'm a 6 and have worn out both a 5-6 and a 6.5-7.5. In my experience, the larger one fit better for two months, and then became too big for me to walk in without tripping. Even though the smaller one has my heel right on the edge at first, in the long run, my real size fit better. So be careful about sizing up, especially if you're on the low end of the size. That said, this year's pair seem less comfortable, probably because the sole has become thicker and harder. I can feel it in my heel. Previously I had compared these with the Ugg scuffette and found Old Friend more comfortable, but this year I'm tempted to re-assess that comparison due to the heavy sole.

These are a well made slipper...no doubt about it. BUT, there is absolutely no arch support and runs VERY small in length. I wear an 8M so I ordered the size large 8-9 Technically, this should have fit fine since it covers a whole shoe size larger than I wear, however, I would need to go to the XL if I were to get another pair. Way too short. ALSO, it runs very wide. Not at all a medium width. You take a step and it comes off your foot. I can only imagine how loose it would become once the fur wears down a bit. So, these are going back and I will not try another pair.

I have worn these scuffs for years! Have bought many pairs over the years. I love the comfort, warmth and style. This last pair I bought a size up but found they were too loose. Gave them to my daughter and will now purchase the size I always have. Think maybe have to give way for the fleece matting down? Still will buy these as long as they're around. Also bought a pair for a young lady going off to college. She loves 'em. After all everyone needs an "old friend."

These slippers are too short, my heels hang over, also they are too narrow. They are very uncomfortable due to my foot problems. Sorry.

I ordered 3 different brands of slippers, one was this slipper, the other two were Acorn and Vionic scuffs. While the materials of Old Friend seemed of good quality on this slipper, I didn't find the fit to be what I had in mind. To start, they ran very small. I am a 6 1/2, but the 7's were way to small. The tops of the slipper were not long enough, so it felt like I had to grip my toes to keep them on when I walked. The sheepskin was soft and warm, but there was no cushion comfort in the heel, which made them very uncomfortable. It was an easy decision that these would be returned...far from the comfort I was looking for in a sheepskin slipper.

This is my 3rd pair of Old Friends. What I loved about my first two pairs is they lasted daily use for over a year each and fit like a glove. However, this 3rd pair I am wondering if they did something different or if they were manufactured somewhere else. (I find that brands like Banana Republic make the same item in different countries and even if you buy the same style/size it fits differently.) Although I am not going to return these I am not loving them like my first 2 pairs. I will wear these out and when it is time to buy my next pair I am going to look at other brands.

This was my third pair. I usually could wear a pair around the house for nearly a year before feeling the need to replace. This time, I bought them in November 2013 and by February 2014 the inside heels are completely worn down. I'm not sure if I'll buy these again. The fit is comfortable. I sometimes need a wide width and had no problems with these. I also felt that the traction on a tile floor was better than another brand that sells its shearling slippers under its own label. The selection of colors is nice. All of this makes it disappointing that I have to write this.
