I've been wearing my slippers for about 6 months now. I read lots of reviews before purchasing and this is what I found to be true. I wear an 8 1/2 shoe size, so I thought the 8/9 would be just right. Well, after all the fluffy lining has been packed down (yes, they fit very snug at first), they run very big. I can't wear them without socks, b/c they just flop around. I am very disappointed that they run 2 sizes together. I think size 8 would have been plenty big for a size 8 1/2 shoe. The quality appears to be holding up. I have no complaints about the sole. And Zappos shipping was amazingly fast. No other company ships ground in 1 day, in my experience. But I will be looking for another slipper in a year or so. Just because I want to wear them without socks. They're super warm!

The fur got yellowish color from the white, right after wearing them about three times. Suede is very sensitive to any liquid drops. Hard to clean them out. But they are warm and comfy on the foot.

These are very comfy, warm slippers! I wear them in the house, and keep them by the front door and they are so great to slip into after booting around in the snow! I ordered the XL (9.5-10.5) for my size 9 feet because other reviewers said that they run a little small, and they are a bit more roomy than I need. Because of the fleece lining my feet don't flop around too much, but possibly the size L would fit, but the strange sizing made it hard to tell whether the max 8.5 would be too small. Anyhow, they are warm and soft and very nice!

They are plush and attractive, but the fit was not what I'd hoped for... the toe box is too cramped.

So far, these are a better value than Minnetonka sheepskins. I only had those one month before a hole emerged in the toe. These seem to be holding their loft, too.

I like this scuff. I wear a size 8, and the 8-9 fits perfectly. My foot tends to run wide, so I like the width of this scuff. My only complaint is that the sole wears out quickly. I do admit that I wear these a lot, but only in the house, so I'd expect them to last longer than a year. If I could find a pair with a more durable sole and the same roominess in the toe, I'd buy it, but this is the best I've found.

These are great slippers! They are very comfortable and very thick. I dislike how most slippers end up wearing almost to the ground. These have thick enough soles so that should never be a problem. I wear a 10 size shoe and these were a little tight feeling. All I can say is it doesn\'t hurt to order the size you think you need because you can always return for the larger\/smaller one later.

Overall this is a good comfy slipper. I recommend sticking with the regular shoe size you have. I ordered my regular size and to begin with the slippers were a little tight, but after a week or so of wear, they matted down almost to the point of them being a little loose. I prefer this type of clog slipper to be tight, otherwise they slide around. I also wish there was more cushion in the sole as I have hard tile floors. On the flip side the tile floors get cold and this slipper keeps my feet nice and warm.

These slippers are cozy and comfy with a sole you can even wear outside. They are a little clunky, although they might get better with age. They have a lot of soft padding and a really warm.

These are beautiful slippers, super soft and well-made. I wear a size 9 and have the XL, although I could use another half size in length. They don't stay on my feet securely enough for all the walking around the house I do during the day, so I recommend these slippers for lounging. As I said before, they are really beautiful.

They run a bit small, but have been excellent slippers. They are nice and warm, easy to get in and out of, and have enough traction to get the paper when its icy out.

These slippers are very soft and comfortable but run a little bit wide and don't have any arch support. Over all I think that they are high quality and I love the color.

Fabulously comfortable. They even have an arch support, which I didn\'t expect. Had tried a scuff from another vendor, but had to return it because a built-in \'ledge\' around the heel was very uncomfortable. These fit perfectly, and the arch support lets me walk around for a long time with no aching arches. My only quibble is that the \'navy\' color is more of a royal blue.

Pretty good - We don't wear shoes in the house so I live in my slippers. For the price the Old Friend slippers are fine. They seem sturdy and well made. They’re not soothing on the feet...you don't put them on and sigh with relief but they are comfortable enough for padding around. I wish there was a bit more arch support or a more padded insole but the materials are soft and the slipper is cozy. They’re true to size I guess but I thought that for Scuffs they should be a little longer - my foot is almost right at the edge. I also wish they had a bit more chunky sole as I like to go outside in them from time to time. Next time I might splurge on Uggs but for now I am happy with my Old Friends.

Comfort not style - A sensible comfortable slipper that will serve you well. However, buy a size larger than your usual size.

Great Slippers! These are great genuine sheepskin slippers for a great price! The fleece is really soft and fluffy and they are made really well! The only improvement I'd make is to make the footbed a little more cushioned - but they are comfy!

Great slipper - I have been looking for a good slipper for ages and this one fit the bill. It is great to have the hard sole so I can walk outside with them on (and it's nice and warm). The hard sole does make them a bit stiff but not to the point of being uncomfortable.

Cozy but... ...the problem with this slipper is sizing. I did not fit the length of the size 7 so I had to order the size 8. It fit in the length and at first was so comfy. I have been wearing them daily since Christmas day and now on Jan. 13, they are falling off of my feet. The shearling compressed so much that they are falling off my feet when I walk. I have tripped a few times, once down the stairs! The company needs to make them a bit narrower to fit snugly at first in the length of the corresponding size. They are cute and keep my feet warm and dry.

The slippers are very cozy and I wear them all the time. The sheepskin on the footbed really packed down and seems to be sloughing off a bit. The top part has remained soft and cozy. The sheepskin doesn't seem to be as thick and plush as other brands I have tried on, but for the price~they are great.

Finally, the right shoe - The shoe had a supportive sole and doesn't allow the foot to roll over, or squash the tread. It is warm but not too hot and can be worn outside if needed. The white fuzz does shed in clubs at first. Overall, it's the best shoe for me, similar to the Ugg version, but half the price.

Comfy but a tad small - I got these slippers at the beginning of last winter and wore them every day. I own a pair of UGG boots and these are just as comfortable on the bottoms of the feet, and feel almost identical. I would never purchase an UGG slipper knowing you can get these for half the price. They are a tad smaller than marked -- my heel hangs off the end slightly. However, it doesn't keep me from wearing them. Buy these instead of UGGs for sure!
