I found the fit true to size. I usually wear between 6.5 to 7.5 depending on the type of shoe, because I have smaller feet but they are wide. These fit like a 6.5 wide for me. The slippers are very comfortable. They are definitely on par with Uggs and at a better price point.

Nice slippers, but I generally wear size 11 shoe, and my feet were over the back heels of the slippers.

Feels barely bigger than size M7-8. Still feels like my heel is slipping off the back and toes are very cramped and squeezed. Arch support? Have thick, flat sole like UGGs so probably not much arch support.

Sz 6.5-7.5W. Too short and too tight. Even cramming my feet into them, toes hit front and heel hangs off back. Foot slides out more as walking so heel is hanging over an inch out. Love the fluff and wear socks with slippers so heel s/b warm...will try next sz up.

Sending back for an exchange - way too small and narrow. I wear a 10m and the XLm isn’t close.

Been wearing these slippers for a long time. Suddenly a 42 is too small! Have to return, darn it!

These are warm and fuzzy all the good things you want in a winter scuff. The sizing is small. My size 9 average width foot felt comfortable in the 8/9 size WIDE, however my heel was right at the end of the sole. Not sure I want to order a slipper that is listed as 9.5/10.5 when I'm normally a 9. Sizing is so important.

I purchased these to replace some Uggs that my dog chewed(second pair) So I thought I would go for a little cheaper slipper. These do not have as much of a sole as the Uggs, and not quite as soft, but a quality slipper for the price.

I am a size 6.5 in heels, 7 in shoes so I thought based on the reviews a medium would be perfect for me. Turns out my heel comes right to the very edge of the slipper so I need to order a size larger. I also tried out Ugg slippers and I have to say these are even more comfortable so I am looking forward to getting the right size.

Fits snug in the beginning but after a few days it stretches out to your reg size. Don't order a size up or they will be too big in no time.

I purchased these because I was unable to replace the UGGS I've had for years. I was pleasantly surprised. They look similar, and comfort-wise they are close. They do run small, and they are not as well made as I would have liked. There were manufacturing defects. But, for the price, I could overlook them. And that's what I would tell anyone thinking of buying these particular slippers - for the price they are a great slipper.

Slippers look great and well made, but run small in size. As I wear a size 12 and these are the largest, I'll be returning them and trying another brand that runs a little bigger in size.

I've worn Old Friend Scuffs for many years. The insoles wear out after 2 yrs...and you can not replace the insoles on scuffs. So, here I am ordering my 3rd pair. They are very comfy and love the thick sole so they can be worn outside and keep your feet warm. So easy to slip on and off.

STRANGE SIZING ISSUES and RED COLOR INFO I have been buying Old Friend scuffs for years. I love that they come in a wide variety of colors, and they come in wider widths. They do wear out usually within a year, but they are so cute and cozy that I have to have them. I usually order the light purple color. This year, however, I also treated myself to a red pair. But I noticed that some websites carried a color called "Ruby Red", and some carried just "Red". I couldn't see any difference in the website photos of each color, even on the Old Friend website, so I ordered both. Ruby Red was the winner for my purposes, and is a deeper, truer red. It fits like my purple pair. The Red pair, however, is completely different than the other two. First, the sizing is not numbered, and it only comes in S,M,L, with general numbering. I must not have noticed this, having ordered from two different websites (not Zappos, which I did notice is offering the lettered sizing). I compared measurements, and the red pair in my wide width is actually 1/4" shorter and a whole 1/2" less wide than my Ruby Red and Purple pairs. I would need a size up in this shoe. Second, the color is lighter red, and is more toward the orange end of the spectrum (it's not salmon, though). I believe that they are two different years' models, and I'm really hoping that Old Friend is not moving to this non-numbered size model like the red pair I bought, because the wide is not actually wide. Since I'm not sure which version Zappos is carrying, I'm marking the width and sizing as "true to size".

I like the comfy, sturdy, bright color for a winter time slipper. They fit great and I wear them around the house most of the day. I'm tempted sometime to just wear them out on my errands. Dont want to take them off. If you are looking for a wonderful winter slipper, I highly recommend these.

I have bought several pairs of these slippers over the years. I wear a size 9 EE and I order the XL, (91/2 to 101/2) because I need the extra width. However, the last pair I received I kept in the box for a while and then when I put them on they felt different from all the others. Also within a few days, the toe area separated and is a tripping hazard. I will try to glue it myself.

I love these slippers; however, they run very small! Make sure to order at least one size up; I could have gone 2 sizes larger.

Ladies, if you wear a true 12, do not buy this slipper. They are very cozy when you slide your feet into them but they feel a good 2 sizes too small. Too bad--it's difficult to find our size in good looking shoes or slippers.

Really fluffy and not a whole lot of arch support, but overall very comfortable. Definitely order a size up as the fluffy lining makes the inside smaller than usual. I usually wear a 9 or 9½ and I ordered the extra large and it fits fine. I had to return the large, as my heel went over the edge and it was not comfortable. I would recommend these slippers to others.

Very comfortable but the med was too short and the large is too wide. I'm a 7 1/2 so right in the middle of the sizing.

Back they go... I had a pair that have lasted 4 years, size large, and my heel hung off the back, just a bit. So I ordered the xl. Nope. Same size, heel hangs off. Dog gone it!

I wanted a cozy, fuzzy pair of slippers to replace my Uggs at a lower price, and these fit the bill nicely. I wear a Euro 42, US 11, so I ordered these slippers in the XXL, Ladies 11/12 size. They run a bit large - towards the 12 side, rather than the 11 side - but they are super comfortable on my high-volume, high-instep feet. They are my strictly-indoors slippers, so I am not looking for a whole lot of support or stability, and a little sloppiness in the fit was not a major deal for me. The inside fleece is very soft, but does not feel as dense and springy as the Uggs fleece. I have actually thrown my Uggs in the washing machine and had the fleece come out all springy again. These Old Friend scuffs are specifically non-washable, so I expect to replace them sooner than I replaced my Uggs, but for less than half the price, I am happy with that.

These slippers tend to last a long time, stay relatively clean (you cannot sash them; they are suede) and are very comfortable and supportive for my feet (I have diabetes and need such shoes and slippers). The staff is also very friendly and sympathetic. I appreciate it, folks!

As a size 9½/10, I felt very hesitant to order an XXL 11/12, but the other reviewers are correct! This 11/12 fits like a 9/10. I just received them. They are comfortable-cozy and very furry. Though the red is somewhat insipid, as others have noted, I am pleased so far.

These slippers run short. I ordered the 11-12 and the length was about size 10. Otherwise, true to size and nice.
