I never like to write a review until I've worn something for a good while, to get a true picture of the value and durability. These slippers definitely fit great the first few wears. After the fluff settled in, though, the slipper fit too large. I really don't like the sizing 8/9, because they seem to fit like a 9, which is now too large for me. I'll be going to a department store and buying cute slippers for less than 1/2 the price of these. They definitely have more years of wear left in them, but they've been the wrong size since almost the beginning. Unfortunately, you don't know this until the fluff is worn for a few months.

I just got these in the mail and I am already in love with them! I will review again after I've had them for a while so I can comment on the durability. Right off the bat, they are so comfortable and I can feel the support that they put in the sole of these slippers. I have a couple pairs of Uggs but couldn't bring myself to pay that much for slippers! These are half the price, just as comfortable, and look the same! I also love how these have a strong sole so I will be able to wear them out and not just around the house (this was important criteria when I made my decision to purchase these). I read a lot of reviews before purchasing, and the reviews don't lie, order a size up! I usually wear a size 8-9 (depending on the brand of shoe) but typically I'm an 8.5, so based on the reviews I ordered an XL (9.5-10.5) and they fit perfectly. Definitely would not want them any smaller. My heel has just under an inch of space left between it and the end of the shoe. I would imagine that if I had ordered a L, it would be hanging off the edge!

These slippers don't stay fluffy for long - I have had these slippers for over a year, and they are fairly comfortable and true to size. I am only unhappy with the fact that the inner lining did not last long at all. The white part on the inside and part of the outside kept coming off, leaving the bare slipper underneath. Not great quality in my opinion, particularly considering that they were not cheap.

I usually like Ugg slippers, but I ordered these because they are well priced and well reviewed. Since I usually wear a size 9 I ordered the XL (9½ - 10½) but they felt too small. Then I ordered the next size 10½-11½ and they fit much better. So a nice slipper, but they run small. Order one size up for best fit. They seem very similar to Uggs except the rubber sole is harder. Ugg soles seem more flexible, but this does not affect the shoe comfort. They are still soft and warm and at a very reasonable price.

Finally - I spent weeks looking for the perfect slipper. I ordered/returned and read review after review; I was looking for a "comfortable" slipper. Most brands say comfort but are really referring to warmth. Many slippers have plenty "snuggly" material, but the bottoms are hard as a rock. This one is warm, snuggly and comfortable! I am in love!

These slippers are very warm & comfy. Ordered the XL, but had to return for an XXL. They do run small, so order a size up. Also, the red is more of a salmon color, not a deep red. No matter, love them anyway.

Nice shearling scuffs for a great price in a wide width! I wear a 7.5EE and the Large (8-9) Wide were a perfect fit. These are beginning to conform to my feet, but they are stiff at first. Also, I tripped at first (until I got used to the heavy outside forefoot seam).

I have purchased four pairs of these slippers - for myself, my two daughters and my 80 year old mother. Everyone loves them!

Cozy and warm. Perfect. No arch support but it's a slipper - didn't want an arch support. Just wanted something warm to slip my feet into. As I said, perfect!

My daughters in their mid to late 20's love this slipper. One got a pair last Christmas and the second daughter asked for a pair this year. I thought it might be too old looking but they love it and think the name is funny. Started out to buy Ugg slippers but after reviews got these.

These slippers are just what I was looking for. They are perfect "indoor" shoes in cold weather. The soles are sturdy enough for an occasional trip outside. And, knowing I can try them on for free (because of the free return shipping) means I can order them with confidence.

Best slipper ever! These slippers have the outside sole so you can wear them indoors and outdoors. The shearling covers the entire inside of the shoe and is incredibly soft. I love these. I bought another pair within a week of buying the first. The only thing is: I wear a 7 1/2 so I bought a medium, but I would have no problem wearing a large. So, if you're borderline go with the larger size.

Would not buy again - While these slippers are soft and warm, I could not keep them on when walking. I am a seasoned "mule/clog" wearing person, and found these impossible to keep on. I had to shuffle walk. When sitting watching TV they are great but I take them off to walk anywhere. I am replacing them with UGG Coquettes.

I searched high and low for the perfect slipper and I found it! These are by far the coziest, most comfortable slippers I've ever owned, I live in chilly New England and they keep my feet warm without ever getting hot. They're snug at first but within a week, stretch out a bit and conform to the shape of your foot - I wear a 7-7.5 wide shoe and the medium size (wide) fit just fine. Order a pair, you won't be disappointed.

I'm hard to fit, even in slippers, so when I took a chance on these I didn't know what to expect. As it turned out, I love them; I admire them every morning when I look down to put them on. If you want this type of slipper, they're great.

These are wonderfully comfortable slipper. But there is one small draw back. They run small. Excellent quality.

I have never ever been compelled to review a shoe before. I put these on and I think I shall never take them off. They feel like two huge marshmallows on my feet, with extra marshmallow under my sore, aching toes. I'm in love I want to buy them for all the family members who struggled with stupid bad slippers.

These slippers are amazing! I get a pair every year for Christmas, and they are one of the things I look forward to most. They are true to size. They are very fluffy at the beginning and start to form to your feet soon after. The fluff starts to go away after a little while, but they are still as comfortable as ever. I love that they are not as clunky as other fluffy slippers. As long as they keep making them, I'll keep getting them!

I am very happy with my purchase. My normal size is 5½-6 medium width and Small (5-6) fits me well. Initially these slippers felt a bit tight, but after a few days of wear, they now fit perfectly and I am so happy, while walking they will not fall off my feet. I ordered the beautiful blue. They are well-crafted and very plush and soft, I finally have warm feet in my apartment. The soles feel substantial. I compared many styles of slippers before I made my choice. I can highly recommend these slippers.

I bought these slippers as a Christmas gift to myself to replace a very worn and tired pair, and I was disappointed the first time I put them on because they seemed tight and small. Boy, was I wrong! After wearing them a few times, they fit like a glove and are incredibly comfortable. I just love them, and wear them all the time inside the house. The rubber sole is just fine for running outside to get the paper or empty the trash, even in the snow. I'd highly recommend these old friends.

I love the Zappos services, they have customer service down to an art form. The slippers arrived on time and are wonderful. They were a gift for my daughter and she loves them. Very high quality. One caution, my daughter wears a size 8 and the XL fits her well, so watch the sizing.
