I wear size 8.5/9 so ordered the Large 8-9 which was too small. I've never ordered any shoe that was so off in size as these are. I've just reordered them in size XL 9.5/10.5 and hope they'll fit, because they match my PJ Salvage pajamas and my last (other brand) slippers got a hole in the toe.

This is my second pair of these slippers. Although I bought this pair in the same size as the last, this pair is considerably wider and tend to "throw" themselves off my feet as I walk. I have to be very careful when walking up the stairs. I still think they're great, very well priced slippers but will pay more careful attention to sizing next time.

Very nice shearling lining/foot bed. I like the neutral color. They are warm/soft. The sizing is very small. My shoe size is 8-8 1/2. I ordered 9-10 in these slippers and they are just barely long enough. The foot bed is perfectly flat, the slippers are a bit difficult to keep on.

Old Friend Ladies Scuff used to be my absolute favorite slipper. I have been buying them for years. Unfortunately, the manufacturer has clearly changed the quality yet retained the same price. These slippers would last me 2 to 3 years. The last three pairs I have purchased have only lasted one month before the sheepskin wears away at the heel and ball of the feet. When it happened with the first pair I simply thought it was a fluke and bought another pair. Same exact thing happened, by the end of the first month the sheepskin was worn away from most of the bottom of the slipper. I then bought a third pair and, again, the same thing happened. I have a pair of slippers I bought over five years ago that still has all of the sheepskin on the soles so there has definitely been a decline in quality. This is so disappointing. I strongly recommend against this brand, find another.

These slippers are very comfortable. They felt a little heavy at first, but I eventually got used to it. Your feet may get a little too warm if you wear a light sock with them. I wear a shoe size 9. After reading other reviews that these slippers run small, I bought the XXL, which fit perfectly. Definitely buy at least one size up.

Very squishy, very soft, very warm but sole is heavier than I thought. Felt narrow but stretched within two days but still fits (size 6.5 - 7.5).

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area in California, where it doesn't get that cold at night, even in winter. I wanted a slipper that would keep my toes warm but that I could slip off easily if my feet were getting too warm...and these scuffs are perfect! I love them. My only complaint is that they sometimes slip off if I make a quick turn while walking.

These are comfortable, snugly and warm. They are a bit too wide for my feet, but I am keeping them. I knocked off a star for overall (they are too wide) and comfort (they are not too supportive). But, they are slippers, I am not going to run a marathon in them.

I bought these to replace a similar pair that were over 10 years old. These have a substanial sole that should last a long time. The front of the slipper is wide and not very snugg. My only concern is that when the fleece gets worn down the slipper will be to roomy but we'll see. For now they are very warm and comfy and look and feel like an UGG.

I'm a size 6/6.5, and after reading many reviews that said they run too small, I ordered the 6.5-7.5 instead of the 5.5-6.5. Huge mistake. They did fit snugly, almost too tight, for the first week. But once the pile started to tamp down from repeated use they became huge, and I couldn't wear even them safely anymore but they were flying off my feet. I think all the reviewers who say they run small are posting reviews right after they buy them and not waiting to break them in. Order true to size, or even smaller. They will be tight at first but will fit better for the long haul. Overall, they are nicely constructed and warm, so my issue isn't with the style, it's the sizing.

Based on other reviews I ordered these slippers. I am very happy with them overall. They are warm, cozy and snug. The soles are durable, so I can go out to get the mail or paper in them. They are well made, and look really cute on! The one thing that is not my favorite is the weight. They are a bit on the heavy side, due to the durable sole. That said, I would definitely buy again. Do order a 1/2 size up, and you won't be disappointed! Only giving a 4 on overall because of the weight.

I wear a true 11w. Never a 10. Never a 12. I ordered an XXL 11-12. My foot hung off the back. Width was generous. I would have kept them if they were long enough. Darn it!

These shoes were a tiny bit short and the shearling on the cuff left slipper was a little thin in one spot. The slipper was soft and comfortable otherwise - A good choice for the money.

I loved this slip on scuff, so warm and soft, but it slipped off way too easily for me to feel comfortable giving it to my elderly mother who I was sure would walk out of it. Otherwise, so comfy.

I've had these for a few months now and have to concur with another reviewer who said that once the fluff flattens down they are way too big! I kind of wish I hadn't sized up and kept the smaller size now even though my heel was right on the edge when I tried them on. I still like the slippers but they are huge and difficult to walk up and down stairs in. Also, the sole is stiffer and not as springy and supportive as my old Ugg Coquettes. That said, they are very durable and after a few months of heavy daily use, the fur has only worn away a little in one spot on the edge.

Very comfortable. Stays on your foot. But the sole doesn't bend, and therefore is a tripping hazzard when it catches on the carpet, and also makes it hard to go up and down stairs.

I am usually regular size 8 but with these slippers, I need more room for heel and for toes. They are very comfortable and I would have loved to wear them out of the box, but I decided to offer them to my sister-in-law who wears size 7. I wore them short while in house but heel kept slipping off the back. I am going to order bigger size as I do like them and they are very comfortable. When you check site, look at the bottoms of the slippers as the styling differs.

This slipper is comfortable at the end of the day. No flexibility in the sole and little arch support so I wouldn't wear for too long though.

Not as great as my Uggs but for the difference in price these are suiting me well so far. Not sure if they will hold up as long as my Uggs either (which I wore for over 2 years before needing new ones). The fluff seems to be falling out and I worry that it won't be long before they are worn down. The sole is not as sturdy either but again for the price they are working for now.

I wear slippers a lot during the winter. The Old Friends are comfortable, but the sizing seems pretty small. I always wear size 11, and the Old Friends are sized as XL (11-2). They just fit; I would think women who wear a size 12 might find them too short. I like the style, the sheepskin border over the top of the slipper helps to make it a flattering fit. I will likely order these slippers again in the fall.

Sizing runs small! I ordered the XL which said it should fit 9.5-10.5. I usually wear 9 wide so I ordered up, as I like slippers to be loose. There is no way this slipper would be long enough for someone who wears 10 or 10.5. That said, the width is nice for a wider foot, and after wearing these for a couple of hours they loosened up nicely. Also, the soles are great for hardwood floors - they don't slide AT ALL! Just wish they'd had the light brown - light blue just isn't my favorite color for a slipper, but it was the only color they had in my size. The quality appears good so the price seems reasonable - guess we'll see how they hold up but they look like they will. And they are toasty warm.

I wanted to replace my Uggs, decided this cost was not happening again. Loved them but they wore out very fast. For the price these are definitely a good alternate.

Sizing poor. I'm 8.5 W. I ordered L (8-9) Wide. These were too wide, and too short! However the style is great: gorgeous suede, cushy shearling, and substantial sole. But, because of the weird sizing I did not know what to re-order for correct fit. These went back. Sorry Zappos.

While I ultimately selected these warm comfortable slippers they are just a tad too short for a size 9 foot (the size is 8-9).
