Very Pleased With Product - My husband is very pleased with the comfort and stability of these shoes. He works maintenance and is on his feet most of the day. They were comfortable from day one.

Great Shoe... Superior Service - I bought this shoe for my dad after he suffered a stroke. This shoe has been great for rehab... they're easy to put on and provide great stability and support. I called Zappos to place this order because I needed the shoes overnight. I told them about my Dad's stroke and they shipped them overnight at no additional charge. Thank you Zappos for showing heart.

Viewer from FAR Northern Calif. I am on my sixth pair of 811B. No other show has ever fit and felt this good on my feet. When you reach 85 you need the best you can get.

Great shoes - I have bought from Zappos several times and have been satisfied every time.

Still Excellent - Bought these many months ago and still look and feel great! Really spoil you to the lateral balance you have when walking or standing. Makes it very difficult to want or need to wear any other shoe.

New Balance MW811 - Wonderful comfortable shoes! I am a diabetic and this by far the best shoes I have ever worn.

Excellent shoes - I bought these shoes for my dad and he loved them. Said they were more comfortable than any others. No need to even break them in they're so comfortable he wore them 8 hrs the first day.

This shoe was purchased for my father after a hip replacement. He found the shoe to be wide enough (4E), sturdy, easy to put on and comfortable.

I love New Balance and Zappos - These shoes are great. Right out of the box, these New Balance MW811 were ready for walking, work or anything else me feet needed. I have found that with New Balance shoes I never need to guess about fit. They are always the perfect size for me. I buy almost all of my shoes from Zappos (unless they don't carry the brand), and have always been amazed by the service and super fast delivery.

About my 8th pair - This is just about the best all round shoe for walking, playing tennis, shopping and hiking. You can't beat it. I use two pair a year.

Perfect shoe for anyone! My husband, with parkinsons, daughter who is physically very unstable and my overweight self all wear this shoe. It is the best I have found for all of our problems and is so comfortable that we hate to wear anything else.

Great shoe for special needs - This is the second pair of NB MW811 shoes I have purchased for my son. They have been great for both his independence and walking stability. The velcro makes them easy to fasten comfortably. The insole is easy to remove to create room for in-shoe orthotics without having to buy larger shoes. His therapists have commented on the benefits of the firm midfoot. Sure wish they came in a nice brown!

Got this shoe for my husband who is severely diabetic and has foot problems. Since I have previously purchased 2 pairs and find them terrific I thought I'd try a pair for him. So far so good.

Perfect! Excellent shoe, also for Dad. Easy off and on and sturdy for physical therapy. And a nice looking shoe.

New Balance 811 shoe - I have several 811s and a couple of 574s. The 811s are very much superior. I have both the hook-and-loop models and the laced models. I prefer the hook-and-loop for ease and comfort, but the laced are fine, too. These shoes (811) are sturdy, supportive, wear well, and are very comfortable.

Great shoe at a great price - I was delighted with my New Balance hook-and-loop walkers. I am 79, and don't bend like I used to. In addition to being easy to put on and fasten, I find them very comfortable for long walks.

New Balance Exchange 811 for 575 - The 811 model fits like a glove. The 575 for some reason is a bit shorter and a bit narrower. The problem is really caused by the manufacturer's sizing issue. The exchange was made promptly and correctly by Zappos.

New Balance Shoes - The shoes look great and felt fine. The service from Zappos was fantastic. Everyone I talked to helped make the selection process feel special.

Color Selection - Love the shoe. Have in bone and black. Would love to have pair in brown but NB apparently does not make them in this color. This shoe excellent for elderly and airport security.
