Order your true size. I ordered based on what the manufacturer recommends and it was too small. Had to return and reorder. Love the shoes - leather is super soft; granddaughter prefers it to Capezio.

I absolutely love these ballet shoes! I am an adult and bought these for an intermediate level ballet class and they're perfect. I bought a size based on the guidelines posted and the fit is just right. Excellent quality and I like that the elastic strap came pre-sewn. I was unsure about whether to get full or split sole, and landed on these and they're great.

Great basic ballet slipper! I got a size 5 in these (I wear a 7 in regular shoes), and they fit very well. Highly recommend!

Not a dancer, but wanted in-house footwear as close to bare feet as possible. These are great - very comfortable, perfect fit. The first pair I ordered was 2 sizes down as advised, but they were too narrow. I called Customer Service for return help and was amazed at the conversation - this company CARES about its customers' satisfaction. This will be the first place I go when shopping.

Purchased the ballets for yoga and Pilates classes. Tried canvas, but prefer leather, just which nude or tan as a color as pink is not my thing. Usually wear 9 1/2 medium street shoe ordered 8 and with is C not medium, give a little wiggle room. Great buy and price is excellent

I have been wearing these for "barefoot" cardio routines on the smooth hardwood floor in our office gym. They protect my feet from getting calluses/blisters and also provide a little slip protection. They make me miss ballet class! They're good quality for the price. I've even worn them as flats around the office and at home. Definitely follow the product information and all these reviews: order a couple sizes down. I wear a 7, ordered these in a 5 and they are fine.

These are lovely. They are made much better than Capezio's. I was really surprised. I have always bought Capezio's but these were the only ones available in white. Now I want them in all colors. They run about 2 sizes larger so order 2 sizes down. Insoles are cotton/leather rather than cotton/cotton. Made with slightly heavier leather and more durable elastic than the Capezio's. I'm hooked! Really nice ballet slippers. I highly recommend.

I’m usually a size 7.5 and but I sized down to a 5.5 wide and this fit me. I purchased for adult ballet classes and they are generally effective at their job! Reasonable price too! Fast shipping so I can’t complain!

My daughter is size 4. After reading the reviews, I ordered size 3. Size 3 was way too small. I then ordered size 4 and the shoes are still too small. I am now ordering size 5.

This shoe runs larger. I ordered a 6.5 and it is a tad big. I usually wear a 7.5.

I normally wear a US Women's size 7.5 or 8. I ordered these in a size 5.5C. They are a bit snug + am hoping the leather will stretch. If I were to order again, I would try a 6B. Tightening the string around the opening helped loads with the gapes, but it looks quite bunched up on the sides.

This slipper is sized to fit the old way. Order at least 2 sizes down and possibly three. It also comes up on the foot to the instep. No "V" opening here. I ordered two sizes down and they are fine around the house. If I were using them for class I would order three sizes down.

Very comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. The sizing is way off, I ordered a size and a half smaller and my normal size and I feel that I could have gone a full 2 sizes, but that's okay. The edge on the elastic band digs into the the side of my foot a bit, trimmed it off and it's much better now.

Lovely ballet shoes. Immediately comfortable. I ordered two sizes down so I am a size 8M and I ordered a size 6. They are still too big. I should have ordered 5 or 5.5 instead. I can still easily dance in them.

Ordered 2 sizes smaller, as recommended, and had to return them. Tried 1 size smaller, and they still hurt my feet! I will try one last time, in my normal size.

I must have received a defective pair, because these fit in the oddest way...tight and short at the toe, yet ridiculously loose/wide in the heel and sides.

I ordered a pair of these Bloch Dansoft ballet shoes for my daughter and they were way too small. I'm certain I would have order the correct size for, her but I foolishly read and followed the ordering instructions that indicated to order 2 to 3 sizes smaller. Wasted my time! Now I am returning them and ordering her correct size.

"...FITTING INFORMATION: Women please select 3 sizes down from street shoe size." Horrible recommendation. We did that and they weren't even close to fitting. Maybe one size down.
