Great comfort but not the most fashionable! I have really bad feet and these shoes make it a pleasure to walk! Unfortunately they are not the most fashion forward...but they work great with jeans and black pants.

Dr. recommended, user approved. My doctor recommended this product for the problems I was having with my feet. I am so glad I took him up on his advice because since I got them, my feet feel better, my whole body feels better, and I have been able to lose 40 lbs. just because now I can get around and get some exercise.

Worthy of the name - This shoe is comfy and supportive. They look good in cities with a nice pair of jeans or dark slacks. They don't scream tourist.

Brooks Addiction Walker - I have narrow feet with very narrow heel, and high arch. Have not been able to find a suitable shoe for my daily exercise routine, walking 45 min. This shoe seems to fit me better, but have not had long enough to really say. I did buy another pair already. The arch seems to have good support, and they feel much better than anything else I can find.

Best Shoe Ever! I have bi-lateral club feet - and these shoes are the best in support and fit. My feet do not tire as easily when I wear these shoes. They are pricey but well worth every penny! I wear them almost every day.

Best Shoe EVER!! These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I put them on at 7AM...my feet were still sore from the day before when I'd been wearing another pair of athletic shoes...I spent the next 11 hours touring a VERY large college campus with my son. My feet (and back) felt GREAT when I got back to the hotel that night. They're okay looking, too--much better than the last Brooks Walkers I had.

Great Shoe - I'm on my feet, on an uneven surface, doing floral design 8 hours a day. The Brooks Addiction Walker is the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn.

Addiction Walker - My Brooks Addiction Walker came when it was supposed to, feels great. I will order from Zappos again.

Phoenix - I have tried other shoes and these are the most comfortable for the 12-16 hour shifts I stand on cement. I have tried others in the Brooks line that people recommended "It feels like I'm walking on pillows" etc. I wondered if their pillows were made of cement. I can't say my feet don't hurt at the end of the shift, but they hurt MUCH less with the addiction walker than any other shoe. I read that people say they look "clunky" and "unattractive" My feet say they are beautiful.

Narrow widths are true to size but still leave enough wiggle room in the toe area. Very nice looking shoe with excellent arch support for pronating foot/flat foot. Felt barely a half size too short. Love this shoe! Hard to find narrow width tennies that truly fit!

Very good shoes - This pair is my second pair of the same style. I wore the first pair for two years on the job. I am Nurse, so I logged a lot of miles on those shoes. The support is excellent.

Brooks Walking Shoes - Love them, they are so comfortable. Have a lot of trouble with my feet, theses are so c-o-m-f-y.

Great sneaker - My podiatrist recommended the Brooks Addition Walker because of my problem feet. They're very comfortable. This is the first time I've ordered them through Zappos. He had given me your web site. Up till then, and before we moved to NC, I always bought them at a local store.

Brooks Addiction Walker - This shoe is comfortable once it is broken in. The only improvement I can suggest is to lengthen the shoestrings.

Happy feet in Canada - I spent a long time reading reviews on Zappos, and am glad I chose this shoe. It's the most comfortable walking shoe my narrow, boney feet have ever encountered. It's a perfect last for my foot, has lots of cushioning underfoot and the leather is soft. The arch support is excellent, and much needed in my case! I can't imagine ever buying anything else.

Ahhhhhhh! These are so comfortable and versatile that I'm going to buy a second pair. After that, I'm going to hope they NEVER discontinue this model!

Great shoe! I love this shoe! It is the only shoe I have ever worn that does not require it to be "broken in" to be comfortable. Great support. Wide toe box. I bought my first pair of these the day before going to New York City for four days on vacation. We walked everywhere and I never had a blister and my feet never hurt. Great shoes.

Great Shoe - The Brooks Addiction Walker is a great shoe. I have bunionettes and have to buy wide shoes. These shoes are comfortable and practical. I have two pairs one black and one white. I can walk all day and my feet do not hurt. Zappos is an excellent store and I have bought many pairs of shoes from them and will continue to do so.

Great Shoes for comfort - These shoes are great as the insole comes out and my orthotics can just slip right in. They have helped me to keep my knees from hurting and help me to walk with my feet straight. The width is great, as you can order different widths and they do come in XX wide. This is a great shoe and the leather upper lasts and lasts.

After plantar fasciitis - I tried these after striking out with many New Balance styles (which couldn't cater to my D Width with a narrower heel). This was the one. Not a pretty shoe, for sure, but recovering from plantar fasciitis, I wanted this shoe's stability and support. It's really helped my recovery move along. It does run short; I took an 8 instead of my usual 7.5 (Nike sizing). But I don't have loose heels like I found trying on New Balance walking shoes.

Brooks Addiction Walker - Great Shoe - I had to have both my knees replaced, and needed a shoe that was comfortable, fit good, and kept my feet straight, so as not to mess up my "new knees." The Brooks Addiction Walker was recommended by a doctor, and specialized shoe store. After years of other shoes, this one fits good, is very comfortable, and is easy on my "bad feet" - my knees don't bother me at all. Great shoe and best fit I've had for years.

Brooks Addiction Walkers- I have been wearing Brooks sneakers for about 12 years. They are the absolute best for people who pronate.

Great walking shoes - This is the best walking shoe I've purchased thus far. It's quite comfortable and not bad on the looks either. I would highly recommend them to a serious walker.

Working in Brooks Addiction Walker - Overall good for walking and being on my feet most of the day at work. I ordered these because many reviews stated good arch support. I found the cushioning in the insole to be great but my plantar fasciitis started to return and I needed my orthotics to correct that. The orthotics alone was too hard. I put the orthotics under the cushioned insoles and they are comfortable but a little tight.
