Pleased as can be!! I'm very pleased with this shoe for its comfort. It doesn't feel like new shoes, but one that's already broken in. My doctor recommended Brooks Addiction Walker because of my foot problems. I purchased my first Books Addiction Walker 3 years ago, and wasn't able to find another like it in all of Honolulu. I'm so glad I found you on-line and was able to get a replacement pair or two as I did.

Great shoe for bad feet - I developed severe arthritis in my feet, and needed to have custom orthotics. The specialist said I needed very specific types of shoes to wear with the orhtotics. These passed his review, and I am on my third pair. Not beautiful, but let me walk when before I limped.

So Comfortable - About 5 years ago, I started have problems with my legs and feet after a good run. My pediatrist suggest Brooks running shoes and I've been hooked ever since. I am now a postal clerk in a large distribution center and stand on my feet for more than 8 hrs each night, my feet do not hurt from these shoes at all. The shoe is quite ugly, but I just work in them. If you have fallen arches or heel spurs, I highly recommend this shoe.

Thank God it's wide enough, and has great support - I am a big women, with high arches and insteps, working 12 hour shifts on concrete floors. Thank God for Zappos. They turned shoe shopping into fun (something I have never experienced before)These shoes are great, lots of room in the toe box, good cushion and lots of arch support. I bought them in black, and plan to make them my "flea market, and antique-ing shoes. What a great shoe! What a great website!!!

Very comfortable - As a waitress and college student, I needed to find a comfortable--yet affordable shoe. This is it. At the end of my shifts, my feet and back don't hurt anymore, and they took ZERO breaking in time. I'm very pleased.

Best Walking Shoe for heavy set women - I started wearing Brooks Walking/running shoe because it had the best support on the market. I finally broke down and bought my second pair of white leather shoe. The new pair are as comfortable as the very first pair I have owned.

Brooks Addiction Walker--outstanding - I bought this shoe to walk in, as a friend and I walk several miles a day for exercise. However, I find them wonderful for wearing all day every day. As a teacher, I'm on my feet for at least 7 hours a day, and with these shoes, my feet never hurt. I bought the wide, and the heel fits well, which is unusual.

Brooks Addiction Walker, women's - This shoe came highly recommended by my foot doctor while I was having much trouble with Plantar Fasciitis...it's got a "last" that doesn't wiggle much, and therefore keeps the foot in place to help it get better...my orthodic fits perfectly in it as well...no twists...

They're great! I have problem feet: bunions, some numbness in big toes (probably due to diabetes), wear arch supports, substitute my own special insole and have one heel lift. I have plenty of room for all these "helpers" in my Brooks' Addiction Walker. My feet feel stable in them, yet my toes have plenty of wiggle room. It takes a lot of walking in them to make my feet feel tired.

Very Convenient Experience. I have very difficult feet to fit. They are extremely short and wide in the front and narrow in the back. I also have bunions on the big toes and little toes of both feet. I had previously found this product in a store. Not too many stores carry this product! It is a big chore for me to go shopping for shoes. I work full time and don't have a lot of time or energy for this endeavor as it is very difficult for me to find anything that even fits my feet comfortably. I am so glad to have found ZAPPOS. This was an extremely positive experience for me. I knew the size that I wanted before ordering and I was very pleased since the Brooks Addiction Walker have arrived. I will plan to order again from ZAPPOS in the future! Companies like this are a lifesaver for people who have a difficult time finding shoes that fit and are comfortable.

Great Shoe - I think this is a good shoe for comfort and is true to size. My doctor recomended New Balance with a rollbar but I don't feel they compare to the way these shoes felt the first time I put them on. I will see how they hold up when I wear them at work I am on my feet 9-10 hrs on concrete floors.

Very satisfied - I must admit I was apprehensive about buying a walking shoe. Formerly an avid runner, I had to cut back to walking after gaining considerable weight with the birth of my daughter. Fortunately, I have found this shoe to be incredibly comfortable and supportive of my flat feet...I also recognize that I underestimated the benefits of walking! I have worked out in them 5x/week for 2 months and have not had any issues with easy scuffing or the detachment of the sole as mentioned in other reviews. Time will tell. So far I am quite pleased with the purchase.

The shoes are one of the most comfortable I have found. I have problem feet (wide and flat). The Zappo's employees are great! They are more than willing to assist you with suggestions and questions.

Best shoes I've worn - My physical therapist recommended a better shoe than what I'd been wearing. I thought I had the best until I went shopping and found this one. There is no comparison. I put my old ones on (they had been worn for all of a week) to polish my Brookes and wore them for a couple of hours. Could hardly wait to get back to my Brookes.

Brook's Addiction Walker - Really comfortable. I have a large foot so they look gigantic on me, but they are really worth it for daily workouts. My feet have been very happy.

I love this shoe - This is the most comfortable shoe I have every worn. I didn't have to break them in. They were comfortable from the start. I wear a wide shoe and the width was perfect. No squeezing and no sloppiness. The cost is quite a lot more than I am used to paying.

Walking in instant comfort - These shoes are great. The comfort level, the look, and the feel. From the first moment I put them on, they felt wonderful and I felt no pain from any area of my foot and that's a major victory for me, due to having a wide foot and lots of foot issues. Thanks Zappos!

Very pleased! Brooks has been my choice for casual shoes since it was recommended by someone else who was having heel pain. I have tried several styles and I like this one best. I was looking for a plain white shoe without the logos, etc. Have to tell you, I remove the inside liner and replace it with an arch support but you may not need to do that. I just need the extra help.

Safe walking shoes! I was very surprised to get my Brook's Addiction walkers only 3 days after I placed my order. Zappos.com lives up to their good service name. I love the look of my addiction walkers, but for me the toe bed could be just a little wider. I feel very safe walking in these shoes because I have had trouble with my ankles turning. These shoes feel very sturdy with great support. I plan to get some arch supports because I have such flat feet, this may give me the room I need in the toe bed.Over all, Brook's Addition Walkers are great shoes for walking, and they look cool besides. Recommended by podiatrist - I had a very large neuroma removed from my foot and the podiatrist recommended these shoes. They are great! I wore my first pair for two years and have just ordered a replacement pair. They are very durable and extremely comfortable. They are also very nice looking (in white). I've never had foot pain from these shoes. I will keep wearing them as long as they are available.
