If you are on your feet, this is the shoe for you! The Brooks Addiction Walking shoe is the most comfortable shoe I have owned. After recovering from a torn ankle tendon, my podiatrist said that the only shoe he wanted me in was the Brooks Addiction. I work in a Museum and am on my feet much of the day. For the first time in my life, I go home without aching feet! I am also sure the Brooks Addiction has had a lot to do with speeding up the healing of my ankle. The shoe also is compatible with prescribed orthotics. My only complaint--only black and white available. However,I have ordered a pair in each.

Brooks Addiction Walker - This is a very comfortable shoe. The only complaint I have is that the sole is kind of inflexible and it will take a while to break them in. The fit is true to size. I had a problem at one time with plantar fasciitis, and have had heel cups for a long time, but find I don't need them in this shoe.

Best pair of shoes ever! Everything about Brooks Addiction Walker is wonderful. The size is true, the wideness is perfect, and the comfort is so soft. In other words these are by far the best shoes I have ever bought. Well, worth the money!!!!! Thank you, thank you. Flo.

A satisfied customer - When on site last time I looked at this shoe on recomendation by others. Very glad I tried them I have problems with some shoes. When my podiatrist learned I had this shoe they said my aches would disappear and they have. Very comfortable shoe to wear for long periods.

Great Shoe For A Reasonable Price - I recently had an orthonic made at one of the chain foot specialist. They recommended one of their shoes for my foot condition. The shoe was very expensive $150+, plus it was uncomfortable. Naturally I took the shoe back. I then ordered this shoe from Zappos and immediately fell in love with the fit and comfort, and my orthonic fits in it very well.

The Cure for Foot Problems!! If you have plantar fasciitis, you need this shoe. I have orthotics, but don't even have to use them with the Brooks Addiction Walker. I've tried them all and this is the only one that works.

My feet are happy now ! At first I thought wow, these shoes are expensive but from the moment I tried them on; my feet began to thank me. These shoes work well with my orthodics and feel better more and more each day. I think I need another pair because I'm about to wear these out!!!

short term pleasure - I love this shoe; I am an umpire and my feet are my pay check. I just wish ANY of these shoes would last longer than they do; I only get about 8 weeks of good wear from them.

Great Shoe - I bought these as a gift for my daughter who is on her feet at least 8 hours a day. She loves them. She says they feel like she is walking on a cloud.

Great looking shoe and gives good support - This my first pair of brooks and I could not have ask for anything better. I had foot surgery awhile back and my old shoes just were not comfortable anymore. Brooks addiction walker fits my wide foot in the d width great and I put them on and just started wearing them everyday.

This shoe is the BEST! My podiatrist actually recommended this shoe because I was having problems walking comfortably. He said it was an excellent shoe. I ordered the white ones and Zappos delivered them in two days. I have worn them every day for the past month and they are wonderful. You will think so too.

My greatest walking shoe - For many years I have had back problems and one of my legs is shorter than the other; while in physical therapy I was told that the best walking shoe for me (since I walk with pronation)would be the Adiction shoe by Brooks. I purchased one pair and found they were the best fitting walking shoe I had ever worn. When I saw the white leather ones, I knew I would like to have a pair of them also. I ordered them from Zappos. They were delivered quicker than I could have ever imagined. I love them! I do have to go from my normal size 8N shoe to a size 9M but they feel very normal and great when walking.

Look and feel great in minutes! Purchased these shoes for walking. I am now wearing them every day. They are so comfortable I purchased another pair for "dress"! My foot doctor informed me the shoes I had on are one of the best shoes you can buy for walking. I was wearing my Brook's addiction walkers.

Worth every penny! I use these shoes, at work, because of the comfort and because the shoes look good in a professional setting. Although I purchased these shoes from the "athletic" category, w/dress pants or a pants suit, the shoes look good and, of course, the comfort and support are superior. Since Zappos gave me free shipping, I could enjoy wearing the shoes quicker!

The shoe is one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, extremely sturdy, not bad to look at, and the price is great compared to in store pricing...not to mention, the wonderful service...I would recommend your store to anyone I know...customer service people wonderful...

I read comments from other readers and based on the comments from several other customers I placed my order. I find these shoes great - comfortable walking shoes for a person with a wide foot and supporting 'extra' weight.

Great Shoes - These shoes are very comfortable. I work 12 Hr. shifts and I find these shoes give great support and comfort. The toe box is very roomy and the soles have just the right amount of "bounce" when you walk. I am so glad I found this brand of shoe on your web site. This is my 2nd pair and I will keep buying them as I need them.

Very satisfied - This Brooks walking shoe feels great on my feet and accomodates my orthodics. I have a very narrow heel and many times I slip right out of shoes, but this shoe is a good fit. I wear a 10.5 N normally, but needed an 11 N in this shoe. Zappos is the greatest for finding my size and for service!

Great shoes!!! My feet have been suffering from being crammed into bad-fitting shoes for years. It finally caught up with me so all shoes hurt until I ordered these shoes from Zappos. I read all the reviews and was impressed with many people saying they've had the same problems as me. I decided to give these shoes a try. Happily they've lived up to all the praises. They have a deep toe box to make room for my big toe joint. They are wide enough across the toes and narrow in the heel. They have great support and are just PERFECT! Now that I've found the ideal walking shoe, I hope that Brooks never stops making them. Thank you Zappos. You're great!

Pleased as can be!! I'm very pleased with this shoe for its comfort. It doesn't feel like new shoes, but one that's already broken in. My doctor recommended Brooks Addiction Walker because of my foot problems. I purchased my first Books Addiction Walker 3 years ago, and wasn't able to find another like it in all of Honolulu. I'm so glad I found you on-line and was able to get a replacement pair or two as I did.
