I originally ordered an 8.5 and it was too big, felt like a full size larger. I then reordered an 8 and it fits just fine. Need the rounded toe box and there is plenty of room. I also have a bunion and it does not press on that.

Most Comfortable Shoe I Have Ever Worn - I have a very hard time finding shoes that fit my wide feet (4E). Since I started wearing these shoes, they are the only ones I buy. They are so comfortable I only wear these. I have bought other shoes because they are "cute" or look comfortable and I still wear these 95% of the time. I would be devastated if New Balance stopped making these.

Excellent walking shoe - Comfortable, stable walking shoe that fits true to size and provides good arch support. Suitable for those who walk often and for long distances. Very lightweight.

I was happy to find Zappos - You would think a city the size of Houston would have "narrow" width shoes - but they are harder to find than cheap gas. This could be a tad more narrow, but I don't have to wear two pairs of sox with them.

New Balance 811 - Excellent sturdy walking shoe, good arch support. Fits snugly around foot without feeling overly restrictive. I prefer the look of an all white sneaker and I walk between 3 and 4 miles a day. These are my favorite sneakers.

Great shoe for working out. I have been wearing this shoe for a couple of years. I am on the treadmill every day and I wear an orthotic for an ankle problem. This is the only shoe I have found so far that really works for me. I hope they never stop making it.

Excellent Choice... These are the best fitting shoes I have yet to buy. I wear an 11 1/2 N and these are hard to come by. The shoes are comfortable and have enough room for my custom arch supports. Lynda Jones Hernand Beach, Florida.

Very comfortable shoe - I found this New Balance model on the New Balance web site. A friend told me about Zappos, so I found them there and did not hesitate to order. You can't beat free shipping. They fit perfectly in my normal size of 9B. I like the fact that they are not leather. They are easy to keep clean. I purchased them in the bone color. I will probably purchase black for the winter. Very comfortable shoe to wear all day.

Walking shoe - This New Balance shoe is a great walking shoe. I have to use orthotics and I have to say the combination really works well. They're very comfortable, have great support and wear very well.

My purchase with Zappos - I enjoyed my New Balance sneakers. They are the best pair that I have ever worn. I have wide feet, and everyone doesn’t carry my size. Thank you Zappos for having my size. Good walking shoe - I've only worn the shoes a couple of times, but so far, so good. They are comfortable. I plan to wear them on a trip to Paris. Lots of walking.

Comfortable walking shoes - These are great walking shoes for city walking. No breaking in required. And sufficiently flexible for my slightly weird feet.

New Balance WW811 is Comfortable - These fit me perfectly. I haven't been able to find an 11 1/2 in years. Thank you, Zappos. I may have to get them in other colors. To borrow from "A Chorus Line," Comfort 5; Looks 3. But that's OK.

My favorite shoe - This particular shoe is the most comfortable one of all that I have tried.

New Balance Women's 811 in white - I have had several pairs of these shoes in the past but my foot doctor said I needed a 1/2 size larger. I can't find a 10-1/2 narrow in my area so I tried Zappos. They arrived the next day and fit great. For some reason the tan ones seem slightly narrower than the white - I experienced this in the ones I had in the past.

NARROW FEET LOVE THESE SHOES - These shoes are awesome. Order 1/2 size larger and a narrower width b/c they run small. I usually have a hard time finding narrow tennis shoes that are comfortable and offer support, but these have been just what I needed.

Super slims are great! Since I have a very narrow foot, this is the first pair of white walking shoes I have ever had. They fit well, are super soft around the top and are very comfortable. Please continue to stock super slims.

Very happy - I have a broken toe, so these shoes have been a lifesaver for me. Yes, I would highly recommend them for comfort, looks, and wearability.

Bunion blasters - I love the look of the shoes, but as I have bunions, the right shoe is a little uncomfortable. Overall the shoes are great and I’m glad I got them.

Recommend by Podiatric surgeon - Following foot surgery. Surgeon also ordering and insert that has not been received. The shoe has not been as comfortable as I had hoped but hope the new insert will solve the problem. And I like the looks.

Love these shoes - I had bought a pair of these previously and loved them, so I bought another pair. Going to Vegas and these will be my "comfort" pair to walk around in.

Consistency is a good thing - I have problem feet (don't we all), and find this shoe works for me. I particularly like that I can order it from Zappos without having to try it on to see if the last has been changed, thus affecting the fit.
