New Balance WW811 - This is my third pair of these shoes. I'm so fond of them, I'm certain NB will probably stop making them! It's so hard to find any shoe that is moderately sturdy and narrow enough for my heels while still having enough toe room. I have a very high arch, so I must use inserts, but I'm not really complaining. The other attributes far out-weigh the arch support issue. I do wish NB would consider making this shoe in blue and a dark brown. All you get is black or white. I prefer the white over the black. The delivery time for any shoes ordered through Zappos is amazing! Shoes arrive so quickly, it's scary! Thank you Zappos!

I love these shoes!! These shoes are so comfortable I can wear them all day with no problem. I usually wear orthotics and this shoe has room but it is so comfortable, I am wearing it without the orthotics.

COMFORT! I now have two pairs of these sneakers. They are comfortable all day and night, hold up very well and don't look too bad (even at work).

A Great Shoe - The look and comfort are superior to all other walking shoes. I've tried others but none can compare.

WOW!! I love these shoes! Replacement for some that were slightly wider, so I was concerned they might be too narrow. Now I see that the previous shoes were too wide!! These are perfect for me.

Great shoe for bad feet - I have terrible feet - bunions, pronation, and bent toes from arthritis - but these shoes do the trick. Although they're not the best looking shoes, they're supportive and comfortable. I'm on my third pair!

Finally a shoe that fits! I have worn sandals to Michigan for the last 4 Christmas's because I couldn't get a shoe to fit my misshapen foot. This one is incredible! I bought a second pair! Michigan here I come!

A Perfect Shoe! I bought this shoe for my sister after having her help pick it out over the internet. She has neuropathy in both feet and needs a shoe with good support and one that helps with her balance. When these arrived she put them on and declared them to be the most comfortable shoe she's ever owned. She wore them to her podiatrist appointment and the doctor said that they were the perfect shoes for her!

Great Shoes - These shoes (both black and white) were just what I was looking for. I was able to get a little longer shoe with AAAA width and that was just what I needed with my narrow feet. Zappos was the only place that I was able to find these shoes in this size.

Great Shoe - I bought this shoe because I was trying to solve the problem of my toes cramping when I walk. They are wonderful. I am pain free. I love the high toe cap which gives my toes room to breath. I am walking more now that I can without pain.

New Balance WW811 - I have worn this style for several years in a 9AA, but its lack of arch support was contributing to my plantar fasciitis problem. After seeing a podiatrist, I replaced the shoes' flimsy insoles with orthotics, but found that I then needed to upsize to a 9B. The 811 last is perfect for my needs though, with its narrow heel and deep wide toe box that accommodates a bunion and hammertoe comfortably. Now walking is enjoyable again!

These shoes keep me walking! So happy that I found these shoes. Comfortable, support is great and the fit it wonderful!

Cruisers are very comfortable. Moderate cushion although not as much as an athletic shoe. Very lightweight with good traction. Leather is very soft and high quality. Heel is definitely free and not held securely into back of shoe as in some other clog styles. The light weight and soft leather help to keep it feeling secure on the foot while walking. Not quite as comfortable or secure feeling as my old (long discontinued) Keen Providence clog, but these are lighter weight and look much nicer. Way better fit and feel than the newer Keen San Antonia clog or the (also discontinued and horrible) Keen Ashton clog. Definitely a great comfort shoe and I will purchase in the other colors. About Zappos: my first less than stellar purchase. When I purchased these shoes at the first of October they were priced four dollars higher than retail (from Simple/Planet-Walkers), and now I see they have been lowered to retail. Also, this was my first experience with shipping not being upgraded for free. Shoes took 5 days to arrive. After using Zappos for 6 years, that's a first.

Great Walking Shoes - I couldn't be more pleased with my New Balance walking shoes, style WW811. A while back, I badly twisted my foot and asked the Dr. for a recommendation of a good, supportive sneaker. (I had been wearing Keds for years). He suggested the New Balance WW811 which I ordered from Zappos. The look is great and the comfort and support is just wonderful. I highly recommend this brand and style.

Happy Feet - I wore these shoes on an airplane the first day and they were as comfortable at the end of the day as at the beginning. The sizing is the same as my other New Balance shoes, but the arch is better. As for the looks, size 12 narrow is not always a representative shoe. However, several of my friends have said they think they will try them. Good shoes for older feet are hard to find.

Wide width keeps me walking - A recent medical problem (developing a bone infection after stepping on a hunk of wood) turned into a real pain (literally). I was permitted to walk on the foot, but my foot was so swollen, it couldn't fit any shoes I owned. I was told it would be swollen for at least 2 months. These shoes keep me going. Thanks Zappos for making these wide widths available. I would never have found them in local stores.

Wonderful Shoe - New Balance makes the most comfortable shoe for me. Due to feet problems I must have a very wide shoe. This is the only 4E shoe that fits my feet for walking. Don't know what I will do when I need a 5E. Thanks New Balance.

The only shoe to wear! So many athletic shoes look horrible even though they feel good. This shoe feels good on my bad foot, yet looks decent. My orthotics fit well. I wear the shoes constantly.

I wear an 8 1/2 WW and these fit perfectly. They are more comfortable and better made than the much more expensive 1122 New Balance.

My orthotic fits into this shoe perfectly, giving me great support. I've had the shoe for three seasons (wear only in the summer because it's bone-colored)and it's still in good shape.

Recommended by my podiatrist for support. I needed to go up 1/2 size, however, due to the cushioning and in order to accommodate a light sock. The return was simple and the exchange was effortless and the free shipping was a real plus. The sneaker is very comfortable.

Very Pleased - I love the fit and look of my new New Balance 811. I have had many compliments on the look. I am a nurse on my feet all day and I need a good support. They give that. They lay below the ankle so there is no rubbing. I need a wide shoe and the width is perfect. I will buy these again.

MY FEET ARE SMILING AGAIN - I needed a shoe that would help my Plantar Fasciitis & was happy to find so many reviews that specifically mentioned podiatrist recommendations. I've been wearing New Balance for years, & they always wore so well. So I went with the WW811 back in June, & I am NOT sorry. I know it sounds like an exaggeration, but the very first time I put them on, my feet began to feel better, & it was a steady improvement since. I did get 7.5 wide to make sure I had enough room since several people said that they tended to be a narrow fit. They are so well padded though that it really is like slipping into slippers. They do look more like nurses' shoes, but that is a very minor detail. I only hope NB doesn't ever discontinue these!!

New Balance - This is a wonderful shoe for someone with very narrow feet - in fact, it is about the only walking shoe that fits me! It is comfortable and good looking.

Great New Balance shoe - Since foot surgery to replace a shredded tendon, I have needed new shoes. This shoe enables me to have the arch support needed, allows for my orthodics, and is wide enough to be comfortable. It is also nice enough looking to wear to work.
