NEW BALANCE IN 4A!!! Wow! Finally a New Balance shoe in a 4A size. How absolutely marvelous and comfortable these shoes look and feel out of the box. I like the black color also for city tourist walking and travel. I will use them also for my workouts, even though they are not a gym shoe really, just because the fit is better than the N/B shoes I have been using for that purpose over the past 10 years. Thanks as always to Zappos for snapping up the narrow sizes when they appear!

Comfort shoe-Love the stability. I to add a lateral wedge in right shoe. Thought my old Nikes would still be good for yard or gym. This shoe is outstanding-Nikes are gone. The last in this shoe also great for me. Long narrow foot 11AA

Light but Supportive - The New Balance 811 gives me what I need in comfort and support. The fit is perfect both in the length and the width. I'm on my treadmill every morning and I feel energized when I get off. My legs don't ache and I actually look forward to exercising. These are a keeper!!!

My feet have always hurt due to injuries from sports and THIS SHOE is the most comfortable walking shoe I have EVER purchased! I buy 4 pairs at a time! If you need to wear a shoe all day... this is the one folks! I am a nurse and could not live without my new balance. If my house were on fire, I would grab my kids and my new balance shoes, all in that order!

Fine walking shoe - works well with custom orthotic.

Comfy shoes - I needed a shoe to wear with my orthodics and this one looks nice even with work slacks. They are roomy and comfortable. I would buy another pair. My podiatrist recommended New Balance Cross trainers & walkers for my heel pain.

Great value - It is unusual for me to find a company that serves so well and a shoe that fits well, though I think this runs a bit wide. More comfy than too narrow. It promises to be that wonder of wonders, a walking shoe I can wear without being distracted or tortured by discomfort. I hope it wears forever.

Comfort All Day! I wear these shoes when I am on concrete floors and they keep me comfortable all day. I did put in some better arch supports, but that's because I have a high arch. I recommend these shoes highly.

All Time Favorite - I love these sneakers. This is the 4th or 5th pair I've purchased for myself. I keep 2 pair at home and another pair at my winter home because I wouldn't want to be without them. I'm thrilled new Balance makes a women's 4E because I have wide feet and have difficulty finding shoes that really fit comfortably. The insole is removable, so I can replace the liner with another easily. It's everything I need in a daily wear shoe.

New Balance - Great shoe... only wish it came in natural leather.

Like An Old Glove - I slipped these on and they felt like an old glove. Perfect the first time. No break in. It feels true to size. May be a hair narrow, but that may be my feet, too! My podiatrist recommends this brand and only this brand.

So Comfortable!!! This shoe is the most comfortable walking shoe I have ever owned. It is true to size and a great fit right out of the box. I bought a second pair to keep at the gym so I always have them available.

Aaaah! Comfort - Finally, a shoe I can walk miles in. I'm so glad that Zappos has reviews because I would not have picked these shoes on my own. Reading the reviews of those who have foot pain and bunions liking this shoe is what motivated me to buy it. I'm glad I did. I will definitely buy another pair.

Solid pair of work shoes - I'm a short man, so had to purchase the woman's version, but these shoes are quite comfortable for me to wear all day on hard tile floors. They're very good for walking though, not meant as a distance walker.

Thankful In Ohio - These are the best pair of shoes I have ever worn. For many years I would go through a pair of athletic shoes every three months. Not anymore! This pair of New Balance shoes lasted three years. I will never get any other shoe. Thank you New Balance.

Breath of fresh air! These shoes are amazing. I have suffered for too long with shoes that make the ball of my foot hurt and feel like my arches are breaking down due to a lack of support. These shoes are fabulous. The only thing I noticed was that they seemed a bit narrow - I am hoping they stretch a bit.

Hurray for Zappos! After searching for YEARS for a company with a good selection of large size shoes, I have finally found one that is the best! Great service, prices, and delivery!

Stability and pain reduction - My feet "supinate" or tip to the outside as I walk. This results in knee pain, lower back pain, and many sprained ankles. When I wear these shoes, the problems resolve, more than 90%. And what relief! For years, I've worn another name brand, but my knees, especially, have been getting worse. After even the shortest walk, they pain severely and by the next morning I could barely stand. Since buying these shoes, the knee problems are sharply reduced and the pain is at a tolerable point. I am sold on this shoe. Despite the "not so stylish look", I'll be wearing this style as long as it is made! Zappos’ price is excellent and I received them 2 days after ordering them!
