Great Shoe, Great Service - Being diabetic, I can't have anything that presses down on my toes - this shoe has a large toe-box and is one of the few that don't hurt my feet or pushes on my big toe from the top. Also, Zappos service is unbeatable. I ordered my shoes around 9:00 at night and "the shoe fairy" had them at my door before noon the next day!! How is this possible??!! No more malls for me!

pure heaven - These sneakers are fabulous. I can walk forever.

I have had trouble with painful feet for sometime and have been wearing 8 1/2. I decided to add half a size in order to give my toes a bit more room. They are very comfortable but do feel a bit large. My heel slips a bit, but I do use orthotics which can cause that. I will buy them again.

Narrow Widths - Zappos.com is the only company where I can find shoes to fit my 8.5-9 narrow foot. I received the New Balance 811 walking shoe in 9n and found them extremely comfortable. It felt like I did not have anything on my feet that is how comfortable they are. I have ordered sandals, dress, and now walking shoes and they all fit and feel great. Keep it up Zappos.

Wonderful - I had to substitute the style 811 for 810 but my orthotics fit beautifully & I am comfortable.

A great walking shoe, just as advertised - This is a very comfortable, relatively lightweight walking shoe. Happily, I could walk all day after taking them right out of the box. Even though the heel slips slightly on my very, very narrow foot, it still fills the bill perfectly.

Satisfied yet again. . . I had looked far and wide for plain, white, walking sneakers (that's what I grew up calling shoes like this). They were just what I wanted: comfortable, good arch support, and the look I wanted.

Love These Shoes - I have not wanted to wear any other shoes since I got these shoes. They are so comfortable. I have nerve problems in both feet and these shoes keep them from flaring up. I work on concrete floors and with these shoes I do not have the tiredness I often feel when wearing others. I plan on getting the black ones soon.

Awesome! No more back pain!! I needed a comfy tennis shoe to wear all day as I work from home and can't go barefoot without back pain. These shoes are EXACTLY what I needed!!

Excellent daily walking shoe - This is the best walking shoe I've ever worn. Great support for my ankles, one of which was broken two years ago. Keeps your foot aligned properly without any side roll. Extremely comfortable. You forget you have shoes on. Yet, they are not bulky nor heavy. I have a AAA foot and it's almost impossible to find a good walking shoe for narrow feet. Great shoe!

Works for me - New Balance always makes great shoes. Got hooked on them when I was working standing up outside and I was beginning to lose the feeling in my big toes with my $5 Payless Shoes. So I forked over the $90 to get my first New Balance pair and my feet are happy I did. This kind makes good work shoes.

Great support - I suffer from horrible heel pain and two bad knees, I've searched for a comfortable shoe to help both problems for years...this is the first shoe that did both. After 4 days in this shoe I feel like I have a new lease on life...much less pain all day! I need every color! I paid less at a sports store!! Only $79.00. I got 1/2 size larger..great toe room for arthritis & orthotics!

Margo Haggart - I wear this shoe for work. I have to be on my feet all day. It is the greatest shoe I have ever worn in my 36 years at work. It doesn't slip on our floors as they are very slippery at times.

Great shoe - This is the second time I have purchased this shoe. I have been bothered with heel pain, and this shoe eliminates it. It's great!

Help for Pronators - My first Zappo order, but won't be my last. Super customer service, speedy delivery, and great price. Plenty of room for orthotics in this shoe.(I bought 1/2 size larger) Excellent stability and motion control, so leg muscles might take a while to adjust. Clunky looking, but great for what I need.

Good walking shoe - These shoes are comfortable and extremely good looking. This is my second pair of this shoe and I'll probably order again.

No more running shoes for this walker - This shoe is, for me, a great walker. It's got a roomy toe, cushion, arch support and a flexible upper. It's cleanable with a damp cloth and transitions pretty well to regular wear so you don't have to carry an extra pair of shoes to change into to avoid the "dirty track shoe" look. If used to walking in a running shoe, I would order a half size shorter and a half size narrower on this one.

New Balance basic shoe - This is probably my 10th pair of these shoes, I live in them as I have foot problems and a difficult foot to fit. They kep my legs from aching. I just wish they came in camel color also.

Comfort the minute I put on. Good arch support. Did find afer being on feet for 8 hours the bottom of feet started to hurt. Shoe needs a better insole with better comfort. Had to replace insole with Dr. Scholl's. Overall I am satisfied with shoe and would order them again. Thanks Zappos...

Great for nurses! I'm a nursing student, and sturdy white shoes are a part of my uniform. Being a vegetarian, I was hard-pressed to find good-looking white shoes that are completely man-made so it was a great relief to find these, in spite of their price. These have turned out to be even more comfortable than my old leather shoes, and they look great!

NEW BALANCE HELPS POOR BALANCE - At age 70 and suffering from Charcot, Marie, Tooth (CMT1B) I found the New Balance 811 to be the greatest shoe I ever wore in helping me with maintaining my balance when walking or standing. NB811 and NB810 before it has been my choice of footwear for a few years now. I like the fact that this shoe comes in black and bone besides the sneaker white, so I wear it to work everyday. I can no longer wear "dress" shoes (toe boxes not roomier as in NB811) and I feel the need to be comfortable and safe over vanity. IOW, they are GREAT!!!! Thank you.

Great Shoes - I am having trouble with my heels, my podiatrist suggested that I get the New Balance shoe. At the store they suggessted the 811. I was so happy the shoe came in a narrow size. I enjoy walking and working out, this shoe has really helped with the pain in my heels. I liked the first pair so much I ordered a second pair in black.

ww811 - The shoes are very nice. The left one has put a blister on my arch and I hope this will improve with time.
