Satisfied - I really like the way New Balance WW811 fit, and enjoy wearing them.

Good shoe - This was my first purchase from Zappos. I am very pleased with the product. I am totally impressed with the customer service and how quickly my order arrived.

Relief at Last - I ordered 811 in black and was so happy with the fit and comfort that I ordered a pair in white too! These shoes provide relief from the pain that I used to get with every step I took. I would recommend them to anyone who has a wide foot and needs shoes that offer a lot of support.

bone colored NB ww811 - I have a high arch, weak ankles and a very tender, arthritic feet. This shoe gives me the extra support that I need, as well as accommodating the bunions. It is deeper than most NB shoes which is exactly what I need. I can fit my orthotic in , in addition to the insole that comes with the shoe. Between both, I have a very cushy "ride" I would recommend these shoes to anyone who is looking for comfort and appearance.

Awesome Shoes!! I purchased these shoes for my job as a waitress. INSTANT COMFORT!! True to size and width - I am actually thinking about purchasing another pair in case I can never find them again. Also, wonderful service from Zappos!

New Balance WW811 - This shoe was recommended to me and I highly endorse it. I like the wider toe room as the shoe does not narrow down at the toe. I am very satisfied with the looks and the fit and would definitely buy this style again.

I have purchased two pair of these shoes recently for my husband and he liked them so much and they looked so comfortable, I bought me a pair. I love them. I have had several surgeries on my right foot and ankle and my foot rolls out when I walk. These shoes really do give my step balance and comfort. I love shopping with Zappos. I always need everything the day before I order and Zappos deliveries almost get them here by then.

New Balance WW811 - This shoe is very comfortable, and wears very well. I need a large collar area around my ankles, and this shoe provides it. I also need a wide width, and am able to find the fit needed with this shoe that doesn't make my foot look huge. The shoe is also very lightweight in feel while wearing it. The arch support inside is very comfortable, especially on long walks whether shopping or exercising. I can wear it with mid-weight socks as well as with heavy-weight socks.

Great shoes- Great Website - For two years I have had pain near the ankle on the inside of my legs. It kept me from sleeping at night. Two weeks of wearing NB 811 all the pain stopped. What a relief!! And to get them from Zappo's, made the whole experience even better. Great company!!!

For my daughter but they are mine now - I bought these shoes for my daughter. She is a bartender, so she is on her feet all day long. The shoes had no traction in the wet floors and mats. She felt they were to dangerious to wear. I have them now. I wear them all night long in the laboratory. I think they are ugly but my feet and legs feel good after a nights work

The New Balance 'no-roll' helps me keep the pain from plantar fascitis under control. I chose this style over the similar style because I wanted a non mesh (non athletic) look to the shoe,to wear it with casual slacks to the office. I did replace the LONG shoe strings.

New Balance - I bought these shoes for work. They are an excellent choice for someone who has to be on her feet all day. They provide much stability and comfort. Even after eight hours of work, my feet are not aching like they were with other shoes.

Hard to Find Width - This shoe is very comfortable. I find it difficult to locate wide width shoes and was pleased to find a solution to my search and one that worked so well.

Nothing but!! I have been wearing the New Balance 810s for years. They are hanging in my garage with the names of the cities they have walked in our travels. I graduated to the 811s this year and they are about to embark on their first journey on August 17. After this trip there will be many more to follow as long as they behave themselves the way the 810s did. Rome, Florence, Paris, Buenos Aires, Santiago, New York, Kenebunkport, Cooperstown, Lexington, Beijing, Sydney, Tokyo, Cannes, Capri,Pompei, P'town, and many , many more. Who knows where next? We rarely have an agenda. It's wherever the shoes will take me.

Very pleased with shoe quality and comfort. This is an excellent shoe for me. I have chronic foot problems with pain. It's support is good and the inner sole removes to insert an orthotic. I was so pleased with Zappos service, large variety of shoes and widths plus the very fast shipping. I have already recommended this site to all my friends.

Fabulous - This shoe is the only shoe I can wear with comfort. I am a librarian and wear it all day. I know NB runs wide that is why I get the narrow size. It fits perfectly.

Comfortable Shoes - These shoes are very comfortable and look good too. Wider than I expected, but this is good as I have a very wide foot and have a hard time finding shoes that are wide enough. I gulped a little at the price but I find that they are worth it.

GREAT shoes!!!!! My Daughter is now working. At the tender age of 16, she is brand new to the work force. Standing for 8 hours has truly made her appreciate good shoes. I had bought her a cheap pair to get her by until these came in... She hasn't wore the cheap pair since.

great shoes - I wear my shoes to do my housework, as I have a cement floor with carpet in my kitchen. Feet and legs have felt so much better since I got my new shoes. I will be ordering another color soon. Thanks so much for great shoes.

Great Shoe! I needed a shoe to wear to Disneyland and Southern California. I wanted a white tennis/walking shoe. All (well almost) the Zappos reviews were good. I also needed it to be a shoe that had really good arch support. I usually wear inserts in my shoes, but have found that if I can find a pair that has good arch support, I really don't need the orthotic. The reviews said that it had good arch support. I trusted all those people, and they were right. I also called about the shoe and was told that New Balance shoes usually are made with more toe room and a more snug ankle area, which was just what I needed. While the Disneyland trip hasn't come, I have worn them several places where I was going to have to stand and walk for long periods, and they really feel great. I also found this shoe somewhere else on a sale. But when I called Zappos, they really did give me the sale price at the other on-line store, minus another 10%. Plus the shoes were at my door two days later. Great shoes, and wonderful service. I love Zappos!!

Foot Dr. suggested these shoes for support and comfort. My foot Dr. suggested that I get these shoes for support and comfort and he is so right. I tried shoes at twice the price and they were not half as good for me. The lightness of these shoes is a big factor in their comfort.
