Best shoe for my feet - These shoes are great, even without my orthotics. I have nerve damage in my feet and I have much less pain and discomfort with this shoe than any other I've tried in the last 7 years.

I keep buying this New Balance. They are extremely comfortable and give me the support I need for my bad back. I would recommend this shoe for anyone with hard to fit feet and back problems.

Great walking shoe - Lightweight and comfortable. I have this in white also. It is nice to find a walking shoe in a 4A, still has lots of room in the toe box. I bought a full size larger than I usually wear as I find that New Balance runs short.

Love This Shoe and Your Service - I have a long narrow foot with arthritis in my toes and ankles and have to wear inserts. This shoe is great. It's real comfortable and didn't need any breaking in. Thanks again for your great service and fast shipping. I buy all my shoes from you.

Zappos is the place to shop for shoes! I have arthritis in my ankles and feet and bunions. I need shoes that will take my orthotics. It is hard to find a size over 10 wide in a shoe store. I wanted an all white athletic type walking shoe and found just the thing in the New Balance WW811 at Zappos! And in the 10 1/2 that I needed. I ordered it in 10 1/2 wide and double wide. The wide fit very well and my orthotics slipped right in. I love the rounded toe and extra depth in the toe box. I had another pair of New Balance the same size that was too pointed in the toe. I have worn these shoes several days with no pain or rubbing. Will order them again. Zappos is great. My husband wears a 13 narrow and can never find the kind of shoe he wants in a store. We picked out three pairs recently for him and he bought two of them. All without going shopping with no results. We both have difficult feet and now we have found an easy, quick way to shop! I tell all my friends to go to Zappos! Thanks!

My Favorite Shoe - I have problem feet and this is the one shoe that I have found to be comfortable for all day, every day wear. I also like the price.

Zappos is the BEST! I have had foot surgery twice. My feet are sensitive. It's difficult to find comfortable shoes. The New Balance shoes that I purchased from Zappos are perfect for me. I got my shoes very quickly and at a good price. This is my 1st purchase from Zappos. I'll be buying again.

NB 811's are the only sports shoe that I wear. I have plantar fasciitis and this is the only shoe that works with my orthotics. This is the 4th pair of these that I have owned.

I recommend this shoe. It does look "old lady" as my kids love to point out. But, I qualify for that label, and I can't stand to wear uncomfortable shoes. Also, my feet are narrow, so my choices are limited. (Shoe makers seem to think I should wear pointy-toed heels.) These shoes are comfortable. I may wear them all the time. Ha.

Great shoes - These were comfortable from the box. The size is perfect. I have purchased 2 other styles of NB and this is the best so far.

These are fantastic! I am now in my 2nd pair of these shoes. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have very-hard-to-fit feet!

Nothing else fits as well - Since I've discovered the WW811 walking shoe by New Balance I wear nothing else. My foot is so narrow and long that finding shoes is a nightmare. Zappos makes my ordering and/or returns as easy as 1, 2, 3 I couldn't be more pleased with my shoes and Zappos. The only thing I'd change is if the ww811 came in the 4A in the taupe.

Solid Shoe - This is my third pair of these shoes. Enough said... Tremendous arch support and easily accommodates orthotics.

These shoes have saved me!! Sometimes I work on my feet for weeks and before I had these shoes I would dread it so much! I got these shoes before my last event and they really worked great!! I am SOOO glad I bought them! I would have paid three times as much.

New Balance, new feet! I just love my New Balance shoe; how often have you heard this comment made...I really mean it when I say that these shoes have made my feet feel 100%/plus better. The arch support and the heal comfort have restored happy walking once again. This is a great product!

Great walking shoes! I wear custom orthotics which fit nicely into the New Balance. My only complaint is that they are a little wide in the heel.

Service And Quality - I ordered my shoes on a Monday evening and Tuesday afternoon they were at my door. The overnight service is great. The quality of the shoes is wonderful I own three pairs of the New Balance 811. Great walking shoes.

New Balance WW811 - size 12 N - I have problem feet caused by varicose veins and ingrown toenails. My arches are weak. Right now, this is the only shoe that I can wear, and I have inserted insoles especially made for me. I wish I had ordered S instead of N. The disadvantage of ordering by mail is getting the correct size, but these fit better than those ordered by Wellness.

Great walking shoe, Not only is this shoe a great walking shoe, but it is made in the good old USA and this is really hard to find. I buy two or three at a time just in case New Balance decides to quit making them here.

Great shoe! I purchased these shoes because I had accepted a part-time position that required standing for long periods of time. They gave me the support that I needed and my feet felt great in them.

No Breaking-In Needed. Good fit and arch support. COMFORTABLE. They are definitely going to Europe with me this summer.

Great - I was more then pleased with the shoes , it saved me from traveling 60 or so miles and back and gave me time in my own home to try them out without rushing, I have had 3 pairs of the same shoe ,but it is my first from Zappos I am really pleased with the service. Thank you!

Comfort - I work retail which means I'm on my feet, hours on end. This is the best shoe I've found thus far. Lighter than most, excellent arch support, true to size.
