Great! I LOVE ZAPPOS!!!!!!!!!! I bought these shoes in white. They feel great and look nice, too. The width is wider than normal shoes. If you are regularly a wide order just a medium. You will have plenty of room.

My new walking shoes - I am extremely pleased with my new shoes. Excellent quality, good looks and extreme comfort combine to make me a happy camper!

THE BEST INVESTMENT - I have never had a better pair of shoes. The quality, comfort, and size are perfect. My feet ached constantly until I bought these shoes. I wear them even after I put my pjs on because my feet do so much better. My arches are falling and this has been the best investment I have ever found. Thank you so much for making a shoe that also fits my huge width (4E) size 6. It is a difficult shoe size to find and I had so many choices, it was well worth the price.

Best sneaker for me - This is the best sneaker for me. I've tried others to no avail. I have tendonitis and plantar fasciitis in one foot and a neuroma in the other. These are the only sneakers that work well with these feet.

Walking in style - My New Balance shoes have kept me going on my 3 mile walk each morning. No more tired feet.

Pleased and surprised - I was very pleased at the fast shipment of New Balance WW811. I took a chance on ordering but was not sure that what you promised you would deliver. MJ - I have two pr of WW811. I have trouble w/ pronation and these are the best stabilizers I've tried. I'm used to a dressier shoe so they feel and look a little chunky to me. Once I got use to them I love them and so does my Physical Therapist.

Great shoe, fantastic service!! I have RA and in the past two years I have had both feet operated on. My right foot is close to a full size wider than my left so it is difficult to find shoes that feel good to accommodate both feet. This shoe is very comfortable and the service was fantastic. I only wish I could find a dressier shoe to wear that feels as good. When I go to meetings I only hope people don't notice I'm wearing tennis shoes, but so far that is all I have found that is comfortable to wear all day.

Best walking shoe ever! I have been waitressing for over six years now and for the first two years I could never find a shoe that I could comfortably wear for my long shifts. I settled on the Reebok Classic towards the end of the two years because I had noticed that's what a lot of other waitresses had been wearing. Finally I just couldn't take the pain anymore and ended up going to a workman's shoe store. I knew the prices weren't going to be as reasonable as the Classics but I had to do something. I was fitted for this shoe and I have never had a problem with my feet aching ever again (and that was four years ago). This is by-far the most comfortable walking shoe I have ever worn. It has great arch support and never lets me down on my eight hour shifts. The look might not be the best but I've only bought them in black and you really can't even notice them. They just look kind of plain, but then again I don't want an extravagant looking shoe while I am waitressing. They last quite sometime too. I work four long shifts a week and with all the grease and grime in my restaurant I only buy a pair once every year. I got sick of driving towns away to purchase these shoes, and I had purchased many shoes from Zappos before so I decided to check to see if they sold this shoe. To my luck they did and I have bought a couple pairs already from Zappos. They have a great business, these shoes are the same price that I paid at the store and I always receive free shipping and they usually upgrade me to free overnight shipping (you can't beat that!) You may think the price is a little high for a walking shoe, but you are totally wrong. I would pay $100 for these shoes if I had to! I recommend this shoe to anyone who is constantly on their feet or just can't find a comfortable shoe with a not-so-bad look.

Comfy - I have a chronic problem with heel spurs and plantar fasciitis but these shoes make me feel like I'm walking on air! I wear them to work where I'm on my feet for 10 hours and I feel great. I wore them to sight see on my cruise recently-walked for hours and still was in good shape for dancing the night away! They have a good arch support and a very good heel support. They're not the most fashionable of shoes but I've learned that comfort trumps fashion any day!

My Most Comfortable General Purpose Shoe - Being somewhat mobility limited, comfort, support and balance are vitally important to me. This is my second pair of New Balance's WW811--even though the pair I bought from Zappos a year ago are still in excellent shape, after miles of walking and strenuous walking-simulated exercises at my local gym, I wanted to be sure to be able to have an "extra". I've worn different "high-number" New Balance shoes for years and have always been satisfied with quality and price. Since I have a large foot for a woman, Zappos makes shopping easy instead of a chore.

Aaaaah relief - I have a very bad back and have tried all types of shoes, sneakers and the New Balance has finally made walking good again for me. No pain, no discomfort. They are so very comfortable.

Comfort - I have a wide foot and need the extra support. These shoes do that with comfort. I love these New Balance (this is my second pair) and will buy them again.

#1 service/packaging - Although there is a New Balance factory store in my area... I found it much easier to order online having size details available as I placed an order without leaving the house! The extra width and higher toe box on this shoe was just perfect for immediate wear.

They are fabulous!! They it so well and I am really enjoying them. This is my third pair of New Balance 811. They fit so well and are like a broken in shoe from the first time they are worn....also very good looking. The length is perfect-width is a little tight, but fine with thin socks. I can put my arch support in from my Doctor and the arch is fine. No pain as I had with other shoes. I can't tell you how pleased I am. Your service is the very best and I thank you very much.

Stable shoe for elderly mom - I bought these shoes for my 92-year-old mother. She feels more secure walking in these as they give her more stability. As a runner/walker, I have worn these shoes in the past and think they are great especially if you work on your feet all day, I think my mom has the best shoes in her retirement community.

Review of New Balance WW811 - This is a great shoe for walking long distances on pavement or hard packed earth. The narrow truly is narrow (I typically wear a AA or AAA) and the narrows work well in this shoe. I use this shoe in weekends and whenever I don't need to be dressed-up. I purchased black and then white. The white look very casual and the black could be mistaken for causal dress shoes.

New Balance - I have had a heel spur and Dr. advised to wear New Balance shoes. Also I am a diabetic and the New Balance 811 comes with a wider toe. I have a narrow foot; these come narrow where so many other shoes only come in medium. I have worn these for about 10 years.

WW811 NB Walker - I have found this to be a very comfortable shoe. The width seems appropriate to size, and there is toe room. My only problem is that my heels would walk out of the shoe fairly easily, as I wear orthodics. If there were one more bracket for the shoe laces, I think the foot would have more support at the heel.

Great shoe, great service - This shoe fits perfectly and is very comfortable. I've had New Balance walking shoes before since my doctor recommended them, and loved them. I have inserts and they fit in these shoes and are still comfortable. I like ordering from Zappos with the assurance that if a shoe doesn't fit it can be returned without additional cost.

Happy Feet, Happy Body - I ordered the bone color so they go well with everything! Very, very comfortable for lots of walking. I especially like the roll bar. Perfect fit for me from the first. New Balance is a great brand and Zappos is an excellent place to buy shoes from - very easy shopping.

Happy Feet - I have developed a hammer toe and a bunion which makes it hard to find a walking shoe that fits and is comfortable. This my second pair of NB, WW811, and am extremely satisfied. I have "Happy Feet".

I think they are the most comfortable sneakers I have worn. They stay looking nice for a long period of time. I would recommend them to all looking for comfort.

New Balance WW811 - I have flat feet and need good support in all areas which this shoe offers. In fact, it is the only shoe I have found that works for me. It also offers nice space in the toe area and gives great balance. A bonus is that the style even makes my foot look smaller. Great shoe!
