I have just purchased my second pair of these slippers. I actually use them as shoes - I wear them everywhere. The first pair lasted over 1 year before a hole wore through on the bottom. I still wear those around the house. Both the old and new pairs are well constructed - there has never been a problem with the stitching or the soles coming apart. They keep my feet warm in the wintertime, but not overly warm in the summertime. If I could've kept from riding the shopping carts around in the grocery store and using my slippers as braking mechanisms, they might have lasted longer. Maybe Old Friend will develop a slipper style that will accommodate this usage. The ones I have ordered are my true shoe size. They are a tad tight when brand new, due to the fluffiness of the fleece. Once that settles down a bit, they fit perfectly. My sister says that buying any slipper or shoe these days is a hit or miss process. Twice, so far, I have been lucky.

Bought these for my husband, he loves them, very comfortable and warm. Took other reviews into account however when I originally ordered, so ordered a size up from normal as everyone said they ran small. Had to send them back and get his normal size.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Zappos. Our order was received within a week and the size and color were correct. We were happy to find wide sizes for men's slippers which we could not find in any stores.

I purchased the Old Friend Moc Loafers for the holidays. I am impressed with the softness of the fleece lining inside. It's very soft and comfortable. The shoestring is great, because you can adjust the tightness of the fit if you are wearing socks or barefoot. I also like the removable lining. It really makes it easy to wash and dry if need-be. I would recommend this slipper. It's the second pair of Old Friends I've owned. The first only had to be retired due to wear and tear and lasted well over two years.

Bought these as a gift and the recipient loves them. They are comfy, warm and look very nice. They fit true to size.

This is an exquisitely designed and comfortable slipper/shoe for use around the home. Although lightweight, soft and flexible, the sole and small arch support supply a sense of stability and structure not usually found in a slipper. Excellent value.

These slippers are marvelous. I bought these for my dad for his birthday, and he was delighted. I own a pair and so does my husband. These have a removable insole that allows you to insert an orthotic or lift and still enjoy the furry softness of the lining. I also appreciate the fabric laces instead of the leather ones that are so common on moccasins but never stay tied. Wonderful!

This is the 2nd pair of these I bought for my son-in-law for Christmas. He loved them last year and is still wearing them, but wanted to get him a new pair.

This is my third pair. I wear them out because I wear them every day except during the summer months. They are terrific!

Hubby loves these slippers, but I can't get him out of them. He wears them 24/7...yes even while he's sleeping if I don't pry them off of him. They actually look good enough that I'm not that embarrassed to go out in public with him when he wears them. Very high quality, look great, and once again Zappos amazing customer service! Oops, I almost forgot...they have a removable washable inner sole.

This is my husband's second pair. They are the only thing he wears when he is home. They are well made, comfortable, and very durable. Great quality for your money. Zappos is great.

I own the women's Old Friend slippers and treated my husband to a pair. He absolutley loves them!

I bought these for my husband as a gift. They have a good sole on them, so they can be worn indoors or outdoors. For a slipper, they seem to have fairly good arch support. Great company and great product!

Most comfortable slippers I've ever had. I don't want to take them off. Now we'll see how long they last. They seem very well made.

These shoes are so comfortable. They are great for around the house but the hard soles allow you to wear them out to the store or work. These do keep your feet warm, and are perfect for those cold mornings! These are so great, my fiancee used to put her feet in them to keep warm...I bought her the women's version and they are just as good!

I am actually wearing my slippers right now and they are amazing. The customer service was also fantastic. I originally ordered a pair that was too small and I used the online chat. They were extremely helpful and gave me an overnight shipping slip to attach to my box and sent the new slippers before I sent mine back. I received the new slippers the next day before I had sent the other ones back. Great company.

Okay, so these are like the comfiest shoes of my entire life! No joke! Also I wear them like every day to school, too great. If only they made a comforter or pillow out of the same material my life would be set! Anyways, everyone on this planet should definitely buy one of these shoes! Oh, and they came in like 3 days so the wait wasn't bad at all. Zappos and Old Friend = My life! Love them forever for bringing me such an amazing product...so, yeah, I'm done now. Okay, bye.

Old Friend is such a great name for these moccasins. They are so soft and snuggly and made with real sheepskin insides which makes them extra toasty for those of us that suffer from cold tootsies that just don't want to warm up! These will do the trick and quickly. I bought two pairs so I know when I come in from snow-blowing my driveway, my feet will be happy! I give these mocs a 12 on a scale of 1 through 10. I love them! They are just like an 'Old Friend'...reliable, cozy, warm and tough.

I don't know if this will help. I tried numerous slippers in woman's size 11. All to narrow. Size 9 man's wide was perfect. The best slippers I have ever had.

I bought these slippers in December and these are the most comfortable slippers I have ever bought. Buy a half size larger than feet because of the furry padding on the inside. I am size 10.5 and purchased an 11. I liked them so much i got my dad a pair for fathers day. The only thing is that they have a real rubber sole that really stays in place on the carpet or hard wood which is great when wearing, but when you get up in the middle of the night in the dark if a slipper is in your way. You will trip because they don't move even if you try to kick them out of the way.

Comfy, and available in my large size. I always have trouble finding shoes in my size. I like the new inserts, which allow me to add the heel lift I need, under the soft insert.

My first Zappos purchase and I am THRILLED with my comfy slippers. Previous slippers have quickly lost their softness as the lining squashes down. These fantastic slippers arrived quickly, and I was a little nervous that they felt "tight" when I first slipped them on. Within a few days the lining had compacted a bit and after several weeks I am delighted to report that the slippers remain comfy, the lining remains fluffy, and my feet remain happy! Bravo, Zappos, for finding the perfect home for my feet when we\'re home!

These Old Friend's slippers are the BEST. Period. I keep two pairs at all time... an older pair for outside use and a newer inside only pair. Everyone I've introduced these to love them as much as I do. Hint: buy one size larger than normal for maximum comfort. P.S. Zappos ALWAYS delights their customers.
