My husband is a diabetic and has issues with balance and has very wide feet. These slippers are comfortable, warm and you can wear them outside. whats not to like? This is his second pair. I also have a pair.

I have buying things using Zappos for the last few years. Am I pleased with them YES very pleased. Just last night I wrote them I was to exchange the Old Friend Loafer Moccasin I bought for my husband on Christmas. I ordered a size 9 which was too small. He actually needed a ten. Now I just started the exchange last night. This morning I had UPS at my door with the new Size 10. Almost like magic. I have been very happy to use Zappos, always pleasant and helpful and they make everything so easy. So if you ask me if I like Zappos YES I DO... Nice soft cushioned slipper. Very large compared to my normal shoes. Lots of cushioning. Fur is a little warm for Fla; I have ordered the terry insides since this shows promise in cushioning and width!

Very comfy. I wear almost every day , even in summer. My first pair lasted 8 months. I realize that sounds like a short time but I really do wear them around the house every day. They just got floppy so I bought another pair.

These are wonderful. My husband has edema in his feet and we cannot get shoes big enough for him. These are his everyday shoes. I usually order 2 pairs at a time. The bottoms wear out, but nothing else does. I usually order 2 pairs at a time.

Have been purchasing this brand & style for quite some time. Could not ask for a better fit & feel and I wear them so much that I wear them out faster than the norm but that's okay because I will simply go on line and order another pair at a good price and shipping is extremely fast and efficient. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for comfort.

Recently I searched for a source of extra large and wide shoes which are often hard to find at a reasonable price. Finding exactly what I wanted at Zappos, in my size and much cheaper than I have paid for the same shoes in the past, was a delightful surprise. I received my shoes more promptly than ever before, and with free shipping! To say I was pleased would be an understatement! Zappos will definitely be a source for me in the future.

These are pretty great. Warm and comfortable. Others have recommended going up a size, but I got them at exactly my usual size, and the leather formed nicely to my feet after a couple of days -- I think that getting them bigger would have made them more prone to slipping off.

This is the second pair of these slippers I have purchased for my husband. They are so comfortable he wears them all the time when he is in the house. He tries to wear them downtown if I don't catch him!

Purchased these for my Dad every few years - he has major foot problems and can wear these all day/night. I use to order the scuff style but his feet were too wide! These are the best slippers ever! Best selection and service at Zappos!

My husband loves these moccasins. We ordered a size too large, Zappos emailed us the free return label and promptly credited our card. I was extremely happy the return was so easy. He needed a wide shoe and the 11 5E was perfect. He wears a 11 1/2 which was why we initially ordered the 12 5E.

These shoes are awesome. They're the best thing I've ever put on my foot, period! I've ordered 5 other slippers and these beat them hands down. Very comfortable. Highly recommend! What do you have to lose with free shipping and free returns?!

Very comfortable and good looking. Warm. I wear a size 11 and got the 11 and it fit perfectly. If you wear no socks or regular socks, I think this will be the case. If you like very thick socks, I would go a size up. Easy to put on and take off and the non-skid soles are great. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought my husband the same pair 3 years ago, and he has loved them and totally wore them out! This is his 2nd pair, and they are true to fit! He wears a size 13 wide and the 13 M fits perfectly.

Was having a little foot surgery and needed a comfortable pair of slippers for work. These are more than comfortable. Just what I needed. Here's the problem - for one thing I don't think they were made to wear everyday and outside. They have not worn well and look like I have had them for years after only a week and a half of wearing. That is my only complaint.

My husband would not settle for any other slipper brand. The most fleece and so comfy. True to size. A plus the insole comes out so it can be replaced after a couple years of wear.

I left the last review about the crumbling plastic. New update - Old Friend is going to give me a replacement pair so they can take a look at the broken one. So, great customer service. Hopefully the newest ones have fixed the problem. Not too many other people complaining about anything, though. Anyway, I wanted to write a positive review because of their customer service.

This is a great pair of slippers. I have owned several pairs of Uggs and find these to be as good if not better, and they are no where near as expensive. They are very comfortable and well made. Even though they are lined I find that my feet do not get hot despite wearing them for hours. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a sturdy, comfortable pair of slippers.
