When I first received these slippers I was pleased with the style and fit. My previous pair, (Mervyns house brand with faux lining) I had had for many years with good mileage. I supposed a good pair would be superior. I found the sheep lining to be extremely warm to the point of overheating my feet. Then, after aix months the inner sole and lining began to fail completely. These are now totally disappointing and make me wonder about the old adage "You get what you pay for." Price means nothing.

Doesn't last - My husband loved these shoes for three months. That's when they suddenly fell apart. Stitching holding the sole on no longer did!

Sizing is TERRIBLE. I fit a 12 in most shoes or slippers. Initially ordered a 12, way too tight in the length. Returned and got a 13, still too small! I included a picture of the 13s next to my Kirkland 12s, which shows how off the sizing is. Otherwise the construction looks great, would love to use them. Unfortunately they don’t go up to “14”

Too small. Couldn't even get foot inside. Ordered wide. Had to return.

The shoes were not sized correctly. Returning them.

Stitching came off the rubber sole on left moccasin. Poor quality.

I am sure these will work for some people, but I found them very uncomfortable. Besides being excessively warm, the footbed felt very uneven - almost lumpy. Also the 11 was way too big and the 10 too small. Both pairs I tried slipped off the back of my foot when walking. Also these are supposed to be EE but they were very narrow.

I purchase this slipper eight months ago both soles have worn through and I did not wear the in the summer. Not worth the price for five months wear!

After a year of wearing the slippers indoors and only in the winter, one slipper's toe COMPLETELY ripped away. Will not buy again!

I am incredibly disappointed with these slippers. I have owned the slippers for two months, and the stitching that holds the sole onto the upper is showing significant signs of stress: threads are literally breaking. The glue on the top of the sole that binds the sole to the suede has failed around the perimeter of both slippers. The tread has worn to the point that I cannot read the size marking on both slippers, and the faux fur lining has matted and pilled to the point that it affects comfort. I would never again purchase an Old Friend product. The company offered to replace my slippers free of charge, but I highly doubt the replacement pair will do much better. To do over again, I would purchase Minnetonkas or Uggs without hesitation. Old Friend footwear - while demonstrating excellent customer service - should really examine their quality control and manufacturing facilities.

For a size 14, these shoes are an EXCELLENT value. Warm and good quality. Will order from Zappos again.

These are comfortable and warm. But the sole is plastic, on mine the uppers are still like new and the sole is cracking in many spots around the edge and some bits of plastic are falling off. The "wear" on the sole isn't significant. I don't recommend these.
