I'm size 11, they were way too small. Returned.

I wear 13W shoe, so I ordered a 14 5E. They felt smaller than the 13W pair I an replacing.

Very nice slippers just too big. Had to return. Ordered the same size as my shoe size as recommended by Zappos. Will likely reorder the next size smaller.

These slippers are very nice but they smell so funny. They stink up a whole room my husband takes them off. It's not a foot smell, it smells like a fire. So weird. Besides that he really likes them.

Over all I loved them, felt amazing. The prob was the color, the stone or lighter color looks pink in person. Only reason retuned them and have a lower rating.

Nice slipper but it was SO wide (ordered a medium width) on my son's feet that he walked out of them. Will be returning.

I re-bought these because the ones I bought in February of this year, ripped on the bottom edge of the left moccasin. I only had them about 3 weeks when this happened. And yes I only wore them in my house. There was no "outside" steps taken! I used crazy glue to fix them because I didn't want to pay $75 again. I saved up a little money and bought them again. They were less expensive on line than in the store.

My husband was looking for a nice house slipper, but these have far too much fluffy lining - he wears his year round and they would be impossible to wear in the summer months, so they had to go back. If you only want them for cold weather, then these are great.

I ordered these in a size 9 and when walking both heels slip. I'm a size 8.5 to 9 and 10 in reef fanning flip flops. I feel like if I went down to the 8.5 they would be too tight. I have LL Bean wicked good slippers in an 8.5 that fit great. Also these have shallow side walls so even if they did fit that might be an issue as far as walking right out of them like I'm doing now. If you're like me and can fit an 8.5-9 get the 8.5 if you really like these. It might work for you. On the positive the sole is durable and I feel would be good for going outside for short trips to the car or down the walk.

I wear a 10.5 and ordered the 10. The size was right, but the shoe kept slipping off my heel. Perhaps it would have been better if I had given it some time to mash down the fuzzy lining, but I wasn't willing to flop around while I waited. Too bad, this seemed like a very nice slipper.

Looks well made but not as "shoe" fitted as I prefer, shoe bed comfort seems a bit shy.

Nice shoe and good quality. I'm sure it would be very comfortable as well. However, I have to return it as it runs very large and my feet slip out while walking.

Had a pair of these for 4 years plus...loved them and wore them all the time, until they finally gave up. So I bought a new pair...3 months later, they're cracked where the sole meets the upper, and the sheepskin liners are shrunken and twisted in a weird way. So I don't know what to think except that they changed their QC or I got a lemon.

I was looking for the perfect indoor/outdoor slippers for my boyfriend and after reading all the raves about this brand and shoe, decided to ignore the bad reviews that stated that the insides were falling out. After only a month, this started to happen and we are returning and and giving Old Friend a second chance - hopefully the faux fur insides will stay put!

Great price/short life-span - Customer service told me "two years is the NORMAL life of a slipper." Please consider that the less you pay for a shoe the less you get! I ordered these for my husband 2 years ago and he loves the fit and the comfort. However, after 2 yrs of gentle wear the soles have cracked on both shoes where the stiching is. One shoe has two cracks that are 3" and 2" long. The other shoe has a 3" crack.

Men's "Old Friend" Moccasin - Would be really nice and comfortable if it fit. Length was fine but shoe is VERY wide.

A little small - my big toe rubs in the front. No arch support, no cushioning, so not the best for walking on hard floors, and not enough room inside to insert anything.

Bought these as a gift for my brother and they looked great - but then I noticed they were quite stinky. Like reeking of chemicals. I decided to try and air them out and left them out of the box in another room. Went in the room the next day and the entire room smelled like the shoe chemicals too. I have a pair of Old Friend Mocs for myself that I got a few years ago and did not have this issue with them.

I take a size 12 in everything I've worn on my feet for the last 10 years, so I ordered these in a 12 as well. While the left slipper felt OK, the right one was way too small and I could barely get my foot into it, and wearing it for more than a few minutes put a serious cramp in my middle and, uh, index toe. I verified that both were marked size 12, but I simply could not wear them. I like the style and build quality, so I exchanged them for a size 13. We'll see how that goes, and I will update my review to reflect fit and comfort once the replacement order arrives.

These slippers look very nice. They are much shorter and narrower than I was expecting and then my last pair of several years ago. These were 8W and the previous were 8M. Yet these were much smaller.

Great for the first few months, but the inside started coming apart and tearing after while. Expected much longer use for a house slipper that doesn’t have heavy use.

Length was OK but width was narrow for a medium (D).

The length was good but the width was not, very small. Overall a nice looking slipper, soft inside.

We love these slippers, but they come apart at the seams after 9 months of wear. Maybe I am expecting too much from them. They are very comfortable. My husband is a 12 EEEE so maybe that is an issue also.

These slippers are indeed excellent, but don't expect them to last more than a couple of winters. Even used just occasionally and indoors, my pair is crumbling. The plastic used on the sides is just cheap, and is breaking off in chunks.
