Not as ample a toe box as the older model.

I like how they fit and look, but I tried them for an extra cushion heel and I dont feel more cushion than other brooks sneakers. I wear them

I love my Ghost Max shoes and wanted to buy more but to my disappointment Brooks only made the Ghost Max 2. They are too small in the toe! I wish they would bring back the original Ghost Max.

I do not run. Feet deformed. These sneakers are the best for me to get around in. Foot pain majorly decreased. Thank you !

These are the most supportive, cushioned shoes I have ever worn! I feel stabilized with every step. I don't run, but need a more supportive shoe for tendonitis. My usual size of 8.5 (womens) is a little snug with thin socks, even with a wide width. I tried a half size up, but the 9 did not feel more roomy. The only difference was a higher collar, which aggravated my ankles. After 2 1/2 weeks of wear, the 8.5 size feels a bit more comfortable, so hopefully this will work.

I loved the Ghost Max 1, however they did wear out more quickly than I expected. I went to repurchase while the Max 1 was being phased out. Decided to try the Max 2, ordered the same size as the previous edition and they was too small. Or more specifically the padding under the toes seemed to not be present under the tips of my toes. These shoes were also more narrow in the toe box. This happened to me with the glycerine stealth fit as well. Hope the 3rd edition of Ghost Max is more like the first edition. However the Max 2 has a nicer appearance

Horrible. Ordered the same size as my Ghost Max originals, which were so soft to walk on and had the nicest, roomy toe box. These are NOT the same in any way. Too short, my big toe hit front of the shoe in a weird, uncomfortable way. Super hard, no cushion at all. Sent them right back. *sigh* It took me searching for a while but I found some more regular Ghost Max size 6.5 on sale and ordered them. But after I wear these out, I guess I will have to go through the process of finding a good running shoe ONCE AGAIN. Why change the design?? Why ruin a good thing, Brooks?? Ghost Max original was literally the best, most comfortable shoe ever. Got my hopes up just to shatter them in the worst way!!! These shoes score an F for FAIL

Overall I like the look of the shoe, and thought the cushioning felt good, but my heels were slightly slipping when I walk and my right thigh and knee hurt terribly since wearing the Max 2. Today was day 2 and after a half hour walk I had to take them off. I loved my Ghost 14, they helped my plantar fasciitis tremendously, now Im not sure what Brooks I should try.

I sized up a half size and are still too small. Not enough cushion when on your feet all day. Not comfortable.

I have several pairs of the Ghost, including the Ghost Max. This shoe runs short & more narrow in toe box. I had to return.

The fit seems different than my 2023 and earlier 2024 Ghosts. The toe bed feels more narrow.

Really great cushion. I have knee problems, but I can walk miles and miles in these shoes with no pain. I'm also really pleased with the quality and style of these shoes. It's nice to have something that is cool-looking as well as comfortable.

Im a middle aged mom just trying to stay healthy and have some time to myself. These shoes have made a huge difference for my knees. I cant recommend them enough.

Love the support and the thickness of the cushion! The back of the shoe has folded over a couple times when putting the shoe on and Im a little nervous the back will breakdown too quick but overall a very cute and supportive shoe!

After wearing out my Glycerin GTS 20s I needed a new shoe, and the Glycerin 21s didn't work for me. Customer service recommended the Ghost Max, and the sales rep at my local store confirmed they were a good replacement. I think they're even better than my old Glycerins because of how springy the shoe is. They are similar in that there is a good balance between firmness and softness, but the extra cushion is a plus. I tried on the original Ghost Max at another store and thought they were too narrow, the Ghost Max 2 are perfect. They have a roomy toe box, but they don't slip on my narrow feet. The best part is how they spring you forward. I tried other brands and keep coming back to Brooks because they are one of the few shoe companies that accommodate high arches. I have a morton's neuroma, and these ghosts protect the balls of my feet and allow my toes to spread. I went up a full size in these and they fit perfect. These shoes are just great!

My first try of the max version of the ghost. Overall look is a bit wider than I prefer, however pros of the extra bounce and cushion more than exceed that negative. The navy color is great deep hue.

I recently got a heel spur and an inflamed peroneus brevis tendon. Nothing that I wore would alleviate the pain, until I bought these sneakers! These are the only sneaker that addresses my problem, plus it addresses the way I walk- which is that I under pronate. The problem with other shoe companies is that they put in a cushion for a high arched foot. I have a neutral arch. I am so happy now. Brooks, why can't you make fashionable dress shoes & slippers for women? I can't find anything!
