Im 72 and walk 5-7 miles a day. I normally wear Glycerin but the colors left in my size did not appeal to me. I started out with Ghost 5 years so ago so I thought Id try the Max. Its only a whisper away from Glycerin very happy with it until the new Glycerin arrives

Not as comfortable as the Levitates- wish they could bring it back- Im a nurse of 32 years and the Levitates were by far the best shoe I have ever owned-

I stand all day on a concrete floor working retail. These shoes relieved all my foot and back pain. They feel like Im walking on a cloud. I would buy them in every color

I have bought 6 pairs of ghost max 2 to make sure I have backups. Fantastic for running first, but great for walking or daily life. I have tired on hundreds of shoes and these from the shoe sole feel to the top feel are perfect.

Great fit, marvelous comfort and support. Looks beautiful.

I like the overall comfort. The fit is nice and my feet and legs dont feel fatigue or ache.

Very comfortable and true to size

For a change, the shoe actually fit just perfectly. It was a 6 1/2 wide width and the fit was great. But the shoe felt very rigid and uncomfortable on my foot. So I had to return it.

I have run in Brooks Ghosts for the past 15 or so years. I have never wanted to try anything else since they have always provided me with the perfect support and comfort. I didn't think they could get any better but they did. I am an older, slower runner now and the support for me is even better. Thanks Brooks.

I loved the cushioning and was hoping that since the ghost 16 changed too much from the ghost 15 to be a good fit for me anymore, that this was going to be my new go to shoe. I wore them once to the gym and my body/my feet just didnt feel good about them. I couldnt identify anything specific but it definitely was not the right shoe for me. I have a high arch and wear a wide width if that helps. I had to return and Ive tried all the other versions of wide width sneakers so Im still on the hunt for an alternate. Please reissue the ghost 15 as it was

I use these shoes for walking and for everyday errands in the summer. They are great! I have arthritis in my lower back, and these shoes alleviate my lower back pain.

Great shoe, helped me Get back into training without heel pain!! My new favorite Brooks shoe.

They were a little snug at first but has stretched a little bit and now they fit like a dream!

This the only shoe I have been wearing for the past year and I love it.

Uncomfortable. Hurt my feet. They feel like walking on boards.

These are very comfortable for walking but I felt like they created extra resistance when running, like I was running up hill even though I wasn't. They are a tad more comfortable than the Ghost 16 (except for running). I've tried several recent Brooks athletic shoe lines and my favorite is Glycerin 21 (even across other brands). Ghost Max 2 is my second favorite. They do run a bit small. I used to love Adrenaline's but the 23's felt like I was walking barefoot on concrete so I returned them.

Great support with the bonus of cushion

The Ghost Max 1 was perfection! The 2nd version is narrow across the toe box, runs slightly short and is heavy. Im disappointed but will keep these. This isnt a shoe I can be on my feet all day in though.

These shoes definitely took the weight off of my heels. They are very cushioned, which I like at work. The rocker shape has me adjusting to more weight in the balls of my feet but moves me quickly when Im walking.

Love the shoe. Great fit even with a broken toe! No running for a while for me.

They are not quite as cushiony and they don't rock you forward as much as the older version. They're alright, but the older ones were better.
