I've traded in my Hoka Bondi 7 &8s for this shoe. Very comfortable and supportive. More cushion under the forefoot than the Hoka. Narrower profile than Hoka Bilondi which took one long walk to adjust to. Shoelaces are too short to use the heel snugging eyelets, but ordered a longer pair on Amazon. Glad there is a less expensive and outstanding alternative for those of us who need a lot of cushion in our althetic shoes. Using my own orthotics which fit just fine.

I wore these around the house as soon as I received them. Very comfortable and can wear all day without complaint.

Very roomy toe box. I tried the Ghost Max vs the reg. Ghost. I decided to keep this one. Plenty or room to use my orthotics. For this one I could use a med width. For the reg Ghost I would have gone to a wide. The reg Ghost rubbed on my ankle bone.

Absolutely the best Brooks I have ever had for my foot issues. The extra padding under the balls of my feet is awesome!

These are my second pair of Brooks Ghost I wear them all day. Highly recommend!

Fit and width perfect. Love my Brooks!

The shoe is wonderful to walk 6 to 7 miles in. It gives me extreme cushion, supports my high arch and looks good.

Love the color, although didnt realize the laces would be funky, but I love them too....FUN

This is my 2nd pair of Brooks Ghost Max 2 sneakers. I had a stress fracture on my left foot last summer and foot doctor recommended this sneaker after wearing a walking boot for 4-1/2 weeks. Most comfortable shoe ever!!!

I had to go up one entire size to have it fit. My previous pair from 3 years ago was true to size, but obviously it isn't that way now. Otherwise, the shoes are great! Perfect support for me and look good too.

Fit was better than the original Ghost. It seemed to make for more lateral stability.

They are what I expected from Brooks

I am a longtime Ghost wearer but this was my first Ghost Max and I love them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great shoes! I've owned them for 6 months now and wear them A LOT! Very impressed with the wear of the shoe. The bottom tread is still in great shape and they still offer great support. I've tried about three different models/pairs of Brooks shoes over the last few years and I feel that the Ghost Max 2 are my favorite by far.

Perfect fit! These shoes put a little bounce in my step. I’m very hard to fit and these are so comfortable!

I have very wide feet and also require a deep shoe. I tried on many other athletic shoes and no others compare to this shoe. It was comfortable immediately. There is adequate room for my orthotics (taking out original insole). There is enough lace to tie as well. I do wish this size was available in other colors besides black and off white.

Grateful they have an extra wide option that fits perfectly and is so comfortable.

COmfortable and fit well

This is my second pair of Brooks Ghost Max 2 sneakers. I have pretty bad bunions and love that Brooks shoes come in EE (extra wide) width. I usually wear an 8 wide, and ordered these in 8 EE. There is plenty of room in the toe area and my bunions don't hurt. There is a lot of cushioning and arch support in these shoes. The only slightly negative aspect is that since they are EE width they kind of look like orthopedic shoes, but at my age comfort is more important than how they look. I ordered the Coconut Milk color and it's very nice.

I have arthritis in my feet and bursitis in my ankles. These are the only shoes I've worn that give me support yet feel comfortable and cushiony. Absolutely the best Brooks and best overall walking and workout shoes I've ever worn!

My podiatrist suggested that I try these for help with plantar fasciitis. I bought them immediately and started using them for work (I work in a busy medical clinic). These shoes are great though I probably should have had a brief break in period. They have a natural wide toe box and I can wear them without my prescribed orthotics without worsening pain. Definitely worth the price.

They fit perfect, I'm on my feet all day and they are wonderful
