I gave Brooks Ghost a try for running and The running shoe is too stiff and hurt my feet to walk or run.

Shoes were used and had black marks and dirt on the bottom. Very disappointing since I used Zappos quite often. May not use Zappos anymore since my shoes were not brand new

The shoe box had a big hole in the top, and the shoes looked like they had been worn. Since Amazon bought Zappos, the quality of Zappos products/packaging has deteriorated. I’ve been buying shoes from Zappos for years, but it’s time to go back to shopping at shoe stores.

Once again, I was unable to try these on with my orthotics because the insole was glued in. I have worn Brooks for many years and the insoles were always removable. Guess I shouldn't count on that anymore.

So disappointed in these! I wear a 10 in most shoes and generally order a 10.5 in running shoes. Bases on a few reviews I decided to order an 11 in the ghost Max 2's. My big toe hits the end! The entire toe box is tight and they aren't particularly cushy either. I have had wonderful ghosts in the past, but these are going straight back. Way too small

Hard sole not comfortable at all

The bright white/ bright white shoe is not the shoe that’s pictured under that color description. There is no blue or green on the shoe at all. It’s totally white, just a heads up if your expecting the shoe in the photo.

Terrible shoe- loose no matter what. Wore it outside for a minute & cannot return. Will not buy from Zappos again.

Terrible. Bought Brooks before. These are so loose. I would like to return but i did wear them. How are you supposedto trust buying online?

I have plantar fascitis and these did not have enough support for my heel. The Brooks Caldera shoe is a much better fit and provides a better supportive cushion in my heel.

Loved the look and feel of this sneaker. The toe bed was too narrow. I cannot be the only person with wide feet. I have my own arch supports.
