Perfect fit! These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever found. I have been able to walk for long periods of time without my feet hurting.

These are good quality tennis shoes. They run slightly small, so size up if you are in between sizes. I've only worn them twice, but they were comfortable the first time playing tennis with them. I wish New Balance jazzed up the look a bit, but these look nice in a classic way.

I use these shoes only to play tennis. They aren't my favorite pair; however, they are comfortable. I use them primarily for social or clinic tennis playing. After about 2-3 weeks of use, they have started to feel a bit wider in the front of the shoe. However the cushion inside is great. I haven't encountered any discomfort in my feet while wearing them, or after I take them off. I find myself tightening the shoelaces in between matches. Also, they don't squeak as much on the court as other tennis shoes do.

I need a shoe with a wide toe box but a narrow heel. The heel was good on this shoe but the toes are too narrow. Too bad because otherwise a well made comfortable shoe.

Comfortable shoe, hot and heavy though. Did fit my narrow foot well.

Disappointed that these shoes were too tight in the toe box area. I loved the fact that they are all leather as I have been getting holes in the toe area of my running shoes. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and I will keep searching for the perfect pair of shoes, since Zappos has an amazing return policy.

These shoes were supposed to last longer than the normal tennis shoe, I started using them at the end of February and they are worn out by the end of June.

Could not make this shoe fit. If you have a narrow width - 2A - don't get this shoe. Tried to add innersoles - nothing worked.

I wore this shoe probably four times while playing tennis. My feet felt as though I was playing in old shoes. There was zero cushion. The shoes feel heavy. And after play, my feet were achy, tired, and sore.

Excellent tennis shoe!

This was the first pair of shoes that I purchased from Zappos and I love them. I was very hesitant but I'm glad I did it. I have wide feet and it is very hard to find woman's athletic shoes that fit and are wide enough. These offer great comfort and support. After wearing them all day my feet don't feel like they've been stuffed into a box. I suffer from heal spears and I have not had any pain since buying these shoes. I will be ordering another pair and in different colors if available.

I measure a 7.5 but the size 8D felt a bit tight in the toe box. The width was fine and this shoe would fit well if I ordered an 8.5 D.

They fit great, are very comfortable, and give my high arches and narrow feet the support they need.

Yes! Finally, a comfortable sport shoe for my narrow foot. Thank you, New Balance, for carrying narrow sizes -- and being made in the USA!

While these are cute in appearance, they feel very boxy and clunky. It could be that I ordered a medium width when I think I am more of a narrow width. Am ordering a narrow and see how they feel then.

I'm sure if you play tennis or really need extremely supportive shoes, these would be great -- unfortunately, my arthritic feet simply found them too stiff to be comfortable. I could hardly get my foot in to try the shoes on; once my feet were encased in them, there was no give at all. I ordered a 7.5 EE which is what I normally wear in a New Balance shoe, and the size was okay, but these were just too stiff for me. Thanks for making it so easy to return them, Zappos!

They seemed fine at first try on, but later I realized that the tongue on the left shoe was unattached to the shoe.

So after I got the medium width ones which were too wide on my feet {I have a narrow inset with a normal toe area}, I got these narrow ones. Well the only part that is narrow is where your toes go. And it was extremely narrow. So my lesson learned is that New Balance is just not for my feet. Asics have always been good to me.

These good looking shoes are not as wide as advertised. I bought two pairs (in advance of needing them) as a replacement for a no longer available new balance shoe and when i finally used them was stunned at how tight they were. Stretching was useless. I even used some special foot stretch tools that didn't work. Very unhappy that new balance advertises them as extra wide as they are not.

I wear narrow shoes and New Balance is the only maker of narrow tennis shoes. My heels do not slip out of these shoes and they had no break-in period. They give me great support and cushioning. I always wear half a size larger in New Balance and this style was no exception. I am just back to playing tennis and am a casual player. I recommend these shoes for their great fit in the narrow width.

These are great tennis shoes, very comfortable,especially if you are on your feet all day and work 12 hour shifts. If you have wide feet, order the normal size, otherwise they are too big!

I have horrible feet that have required many surgeries but I refuse to give up my athletics. These shoes are very comfortable on the tennis court and perfect for my now wide foot but still provide the support that I need on the court. They fit true to size.

Zappos was wonderful. New Balance changes styles every couple of years and I never know which size the new one will be. It did not fit upon arrival and so Zappos was just so prompt to send another even before I sent the returns back. No charge for shipping either way. I always go through this when I have to get a new pair of tennis shoes from New Balance, but when I get the right size, they are better than any other brand.

Fabulous shoe. I ordered EE width, and these shoes are great. Great support, good flexibility. Will stick with these from now on.
