Bought these for my daughter and had to send them back they fit a size larger than they say. As always Zappos was awesome and sent a size smaller to her the next day!

When I first ordered my daughters UGG shoes I got a pair of Hunter mens boots instead. I was so upset. But when I phoned the customer service about the issue it was resolved right on the spot. Since this was my first order I was very impressed. The exchange arrived in less than two days to my delight since these were a Christmas gift. My daughter and I love our experience and the shoes. They are true to size unlike the Ugg boots which run a size larger. Go for it!
