I need a very hard-to-find size shoe and Zappos.com carries that one shoe in that one size. I don't know what I would do if Zappos didn't come through every time. Service is very reliable and the return policy can't be beat!

Excellent support deciding which athletic shoe from their vast selection would best fit (no pun intended) my needs. Especially liked being able to order many sizes to try on at no expense to me. The width and toe space is ample and the heel width did not get wider with wider toe. Thank you Zappos!

I have bought this shoe for my daughter and she is on her 2nd pair. They hold up very well & she is on her feet 12 hrs a day standing on concrete. I would recommend this shoe to anyone wanting a comfortable shoe. Also it comes in a EE width which is not available in stores. As long as they are wider widths and toe boxes we will continue to shop Zappos. The service was terrific. Order one day and they are here the next day. Now that is great service. Nice not having to go out to the malls. Shop Zappos.

Lightweight and sturdy sneaker for tennis. It is a welcome relief to my old ones. I have narrow feet, so it is so nice not to have pads inserted to try and make my sneakers fit. I love that Zappos carries narrow sizes; I bought two pairs and never need to return anything.

I really like the shoes especially since it comes in narrow width. It is getting harder and harder to find foot wear in narrow width.

These shoes are just as indicated. The are true to size and comfortable. Zappos is true to it word as it always has been with any order that I ever place with them.

I have a wide foot, so these shoes are one of the few I can wear. I like these shoes, but I seem to have to replace them frequently (every 3-4 months) because of the wear on the bottom of the shoes. I play tennis 3x a week, so to be fair, that's probably why. Also, the laces are too short. Overall, though, I really like the shoes.

At least 1/2 size short. too bad as this is a nice looking shoe with a shallow toebox. I'm giving it 3 stars for comfort as I think it might have been okay had it not been so short.

Only disappointment is a week later I noticed that one shoe has embossed leather & the other does not. Must have come from two different batches.

Kind of stiff, heavy TENNIS shoe (if you need a walking shoe, search for walking, not tennis). Fits true to size. Sending them back, feels too blocky/no flexibility at all (for tennis).

New Balance makes several lasts, and this is the one for people with flat or almost flat feet. It also narrows a bit at the end of the toe box. Since I have a really high arch, I will need to return them. I wish I knew which is the tennis shoe that they are making now for high arches. And yes, I wear a 10½ shoe, so an 11 is the perfect length.

I normally wear a 9WW but I could barely get this one on my foot. The shoe was so stiff and inflexible especially across the heel in the back. It was a return for me.

This shoe is not a true 9.5 in length. My toe touches the end of the shoe. I've worn New Balance shoes for eons and suddenly their quality is slipping. I have to return these.
