Foot Pillows - I've not bought this brand of shoe before (I've always bought New Balance) so I felt I was taking a chance. The first thing that appealed to me was the look but not the color so I looked a little further & found it came in the most beautiful blue & I ordered it. They arrived quickly (not having to pay for shipping was a big incentive). They are the most comfortable pair of sneakers I've ever had. I have arthritis in my feet so the mesh tops are perfect because they give where I need it (toes & bunion areas) & the mesh keeps my feet cool & dry. The cushion effect when I walk is heavenly. I love them!

Good first impression - A good first impression. I?m 6? and 195lbs, found the shoe to have good support and felt great right out of the box and went for 9mile run. No aches or pains, and the shoe feels responsive and not heavy. I?m using this shoe for a training shoe and not for racing. These shoes are neutral and should prove no problem for anyone who is mechanically sound with their running form. Some cons, lacing is fine for some; however I like to change out and put in Yanks, some pressure points in top of foot when laced conventional, skipped some lace holes and found to be a very comfy fit. Good triathlete training shoe and should hold up for someone who runs 35-40 miles a week. Felt about a half size small but I still give it two thumbs up! Give it a try if you?re someone looking for a responsive training shoe that does not feel like a brick, when you?re doing your brick coming off of the bike.

Great Gym Shoe - I ordered the Silver and Cactus color. Great looking and comfortable out of the box. Great support for my flat feet. I wear them to do elliptical and weight training at the gym and I no longer have knee pain and I have a lot more energy. I quickly ordered the black pair too. Make sure you order a half size up. I wear a 7.5 and I ordered an 8. They fit perfectly.

Took a day or two to break in, but once they did they became one of the more comfortable pairs of shoes I have owned. Microbounce cells are hard to keep clean at times, but not too bad.

Adidas Cushion 17 shoe - My son says these shoes are really comfortable for playing football and running. He has flat feet so there is excellent arch support and the gel padding makes it comfortable to wear. There was no break-in period. Came overnite as well!

Terrific shoes - I love these -- wish I'd gotten these years ago. The cushioning is great, they are an accurate fit for the size (wide enough that athletic socks don't make the shoe too tight), and they look pretty sharp. I've been walking about twice as much as usual because my feet feel so good!

About...

Not all runners are created equal.  Whether you prefer a light, brisk jog or a full on marathon, you’ll need the proper running shoe to get you from point A to point B safely and comfortably.  Having the proper running shoe on your feet not only eases the stress put on your joints but gives you an extra boost of energy, leaving you with a sense of personal accomplishment.  Today’s shoes are packed with advanced technical features and modern materials that cater to all types of runners.  If you have pronation (under, over or severe) issues, there’s a running shoe for that.  If you lack stability, support, motion control or cushioning, there’s a shoe for that as well.  For the runner who wants to go off the beaten path, there are trail running shoes designed specifically for the rough terrain without risking performance, technology and overall comfort.  Whatever your pleasure, whatever your skill level, selecting the right running shoe can help eliminate unnecessary fatigue and discomfort.

With all the shoe manufacturers out there, it’s easy to get lost in all the technical jargon and appealing colors these sophisticatedly engineered shoes offer.  However, with a little research and patience, one can come to their own conclusion.  From the widely popular ASICS® Gel Kayano that offers a plethora of internal goodies, to the technically sound New Balance® 1063, it’s like walking… ahem… running on clouds.  Of course if appearance is just as important as performance, there are always the iconic brands like Nike®, adidas®, and PUMA® to choose from.  Who would have ever thought to pair running with music, but leave it to the folks at Nike® to push the envelope with their Nike+ line.  No one ever gets tired of the classics, and the nostalgic Saucony® Jazz and Reebok® Classic Nylon continue to sustain their loyal following.  While Brooks®, Mizuno®, AVIA® and K-SWISS® are heavily relied upon for their quality-built running shoes; where quality, not quantity, becomes more than just a marketing cliché.  And we can’t forget the young up-and-comers to the game like Spira®, Innov-8® and La Sportiva® who fuel their passion for running by figuring out ways to re-invent the wheel.

Kids especially need good quality shoes, so whether they are just taking off or already hitting the trails, finding the perfect kids’ running shoe is crucial. Get them started on the right foot in the same quality and style that mom and dad have to come to expect from their running shoes.  From the use of shock absorbent materials to moisture management systems, kids’ running shoes are becoming more high-tech every day, which translates to all-day comfort for your child.
