Posted: Jan 7, 2010Reviewer: Faith LThese jeans are great. Bought them as a gift for my husband and he hasn't taken them off since.
Posted: Dec 15, 2009Reviewer: Kate VThese jeans fit great except that they are the longest pair of petite jeans I've ever seen. I got them in an 8P, I'm 5'1" and I could have used these jeans to be taken in by four inches easily (I measured). If you are several inches taller than me and/or wear high heels with your jeans, these might be a perfect length.
Posted: Nov 21, 2009Reviewer: Ellen D from Charleston, SCI discovered Jag jeans about 5 years ago and have never found any others that fit as well and look as good. The Fosters are plenty long, so I needed to hem even after washing, but that is so much better than being too short! The stretch aspect is wonderful. Just right, and holds the stretch, unlike many jeans that seem to "stretch out" and grow baggy within a few hours. Order smaller than normal as they do run larger than most jeans.
Posted: Nov 19, 2009Reviewer: Michelle I am really happy with these jeans! They have a bit higher rise in back so I can actually sit down comfortably without exposing myself. I got the short length and am glad I did. I'm 5'3" and still have to wear heels with them.
Posted: Oct 18, 2009Reviewer: Anonymous from WashingtonI love these jeans! I am 5'10" and they are the perfect length. They fit nicely with a mid-rise that is neither too short in the back nor too tall in the front. They do have stretch, but they are the first pair of stretch jeans I have ever had that don't stretch all out of shape as the day goes on. And they don't "hug" in all the wrong places and make for an unflattering fit. I ordered my usual size. They haven't faded, and are still nice and dark. I never spend this much on jeans, but they were worth it!
Posted: Sep 19, 2009Reviewer: Anonymous from San FranciscoJag jeans run big. I buy them at least one size smaller, sometimes two. They are especially wide in the legs. That said, they are higher in the rise than many jeans (good for us older women), a bit bigger in the waist, but well made and well cut, especially at this price point. I wish this cut came in a darker wash; these are medium blue, and aren't as dressy as I would like.
About Clothing
If you think about it, clothing is like a second skin. Everywhere you go, you have to wear clothes. It's the law. After all, how many times have you seen the sign "No shirt. No shoes. No service" while you were out shopping? Granted it's usually a convenience store sign, but the same basic principle applies everywhere. And even though you can shop online in your underwear, you'll eventually have to leave the house. Trust us, your neighbors are hoping you'll be wearing, at the very least, some Tommy Bahama® shorts and a Diesel® tank top.
And since they make stuff for just about any lifestyle, you'll be hard pressed to find a reason why you don't have to wear clothes. Some women keep their wardrobe as simple as a pair of 7 for All Mankind Jeans® and a Lucky Brand® t-shirt while other women glam it up with a fancy Calvin Klein® dress. Then, there are the men who love nothing more than an awesome suit or blazer by HUGO BOSS® while other dudes would rather wear Columbia® and Reef® cargo shorts and a ...Lost® or O'Neill® hoodie.
When you look through the clothing stores, you'll find a litany of men's clothing, women's clothing, kids' clothing, boys' clothing, and girls' clothing. You'll probably even find clothes for a dog. It is truly a dizzying assortment of shirts, pants, shorts, skirts, graphic t-shirts, jackets, coats, skinny jeans, regular jeans, maxi dresses, and oodles of kids clothes. Fortunately, you know your own style and can zone in on the perfect pair of cargos, khakis, or polos for whatever you have planned.
Clothes offer you the unique opportunity to say a little something about yourself. A summer dress could say you're flirty, and a pant suit could say you're serious about your job. Whatever you wear, make sure it says something about you and the lifestyle you lead. It's a chance to let others in on who you are!
