Tiny, expensive, but you need it - If you've invested any amount of money into a compatible Suunto watch + heart rate monitor/foot pod/gps pod/bike pod/etc... then you really have to get this item. Viewing your workout data on the watch is kind of futile, and the software and data analysis included with the PC pod are awesome for tracking and improving your workouts. My only gripe is that it's pricey and it's tiny!

His big brother had received this item as a gift and my daughter in law was so happy with it that she asked that we purchase it for the younger child. It has an easy fit. Roomy enough for sweaters or jackets.

I received this as a gift regrettably from the Apple store, but would recommend this to anyone. This was my first IPod and everything was so easy. You really just plug it in and go. It tells you what to do and you get all your favorite songs while counting calories and tracking your workout. Go for it! It is great!!
