I ordered several "wide" booties by various brands to find the best fit and by far this brand's version of "wide" is the most narrow. The bootie is beautiful though, soft and comfortable. Sadly, have to return.

Really wanted to keep these shoes but the interior support around the heel digs into my heel bone and hurts. Bummer! The interior fabric is super soft and warm and cozy and there's arch support in the sole. Wish these worked!

I’m so glad I heeded other reviews that recommended ordering a size up. (I’m ALSO glad these shoes come in a 12W.) The larger size fits beautifully, even with normal-thickness socks. They’re very comfortable. I really appreciate the double-sided zippers, it makes getting into the boots much easier. The tread seems sturdy, and like it will keep traction on wet surfaces. Icy too, I hope, because I got these to wear to work on inclement days. They’re dressy but not too dressy, and I think I’ll get a lot of use out of them.

I'm so glad I listened to other reviewers and ordered a size up. (I'm also glad these boots go up to a size 12W.) The larger size fits beautifully. The dual zippers are terrific, they make it really easy to put the boots on. The tread seems like it'll do well when it's wet outside, and hopefully even when it's icy. I bought these so I could wear them to work in bad weather. (I love my Uggs and my LL Bean boots but they're much too casual for the office.) These are nice to look at, a little dressy without being overly so. I got the Stone Suede but I want to get the Luggage Leather next.

These are super comfortable shoes. You can even wear them without socks since they have the faux fur lining. I have super narrow feet and the AA Narrow fit great.

Surprisingly narrow for a medium size.

I find them to look much less attractive on my feet. They are “OK” but I would not buy again.

I almost always wear a size 5. I bought 5.5 and it was still too tight, especially the width, and I have narrow feet. Impossible with socks.

Too short abn narrow

Ordered usual size 8M Way too short & narrow.

I’m so disappointed in these shoes, they are too narrow and pinch my feet. When first put on I thought they might stretch out and fit like the brown pair of the same size but they must go back.

This brand has strange sizing. I wanted a boot that was big enough for thick socks. I am normally a 10 / 10.5. The size 11 was huge, my feet were swimming even with thick socks. Tried a 10.5 and that was tight even with no socks. Both were returned.

These boots are strangely sized. I went up a half size so I can wear thick socks. The size 11 was huge even with the socks. So I tried a 10.5, but that was too tight even without socks. I will be returning both sets of boots.

The 9N was slightly wide on my foot and the arch in the footbed was uncomfortable.

I ordered this boot in brown and the fit was true to size than the black boot. I tried them on and they were very tight, and I also matched them side by side and the black pair is too narrow. I'm returning the black boot.

I loved the look and the double zipper. If these were Wide, I'd hate to see how narrow the regular width would be.

The shoe was too narrow even though it was a D width.

I had to wear the thinnest socks I own to fit into this boot. These dress socks are not appropriate for winter in Oregon.

Color on website was not as it was when I received the shoes. Much difference

It took three tries to get the right size. The color shipped was wrong, but since they finally fit, I shut up and kept them. They are good slippers for a disabled person. They'll do.

Very cute boot, but ran long and narrow.
