I have a high instep and large ankles/calves so it did not fit well because of that.

These are very comfortable boots but they are not durable in the winter. The leather is cracking and the sole is coming apart from the shoe.

I have 8.5 wide feet but they have someone gotten wider, so i am trying double wide shoes. I also have feet issues such as bunions and arthritis. These are really cute booties (make me think of Ugs) but they have a very thin sole/bottom which is too flexible for my arthritic toes. I need a firmer sole to keep my toes from moving. Also, even an 2x wide is not quite wide enough in this shoe, which surprised me. The shoe does have an insert with arch support, but it didn't make up for the fit and lack of firmness.

It is so difficult to find narrow shoes and boots. I appreciate that SoftWalk makes narrow width shoes in stylish options. This fit perfectly and will keep my feet warm during the cold winter months.

Pleasantly surprised that the SoftWalk Helena boots fit so well and look forward to breaking them in before my overseas trip later this year. My only regret is that it doesn't come in soft leather instead of suede; I would have bought that too!

The most comfortable boot I have ever had on. After walking around in Chicago's cold, snowy, icy weather for a week, I decided I had to buy a second pair of these. These boots kept my feet so warm in the minus 30 degree weather we had this past week. Love them!

The fit was true to size. I love that the boot has two zippers making it very easy to get in and out of.

So comfortable for airports and travel

These boots are great, so comfortable and they work to do longer distance walking (4 miles). I typically wear a 10.5 and ordered that size, wish I ordered an 11 however because I can't wear thicker socks without them feeling tight. Definitely order a 1/2 size up.

I finally found some comfortable, waterproof and warm booties. These look a little frumpy, but they otherwise meet all the needs I have for knock around boots.

Comfortable right it of the box ! The only way I buy shoes now . At 60 yrs old with previously tortured feet from wearing stylish footwear I refuse to wear anything less than comfortable . These are not only comfortable but are also stylish . I don't like very chunky footwear and these look great with leggings, skinny jeans and casual dresses with tights . True to size . I a size 9 with bunions and the 9 W was perfection . Ordered another color !

These boots are super comfortable, but because I wear skinny jeans, the fur around the top just fell in a funny place. I wish they made them without the fur on the top.

Phenonmenal. Thank you Zappos for carrying these shoes! My mom has wide, flat feet, really bad bunions with hammer toes, and had to have surgery for them. This means that her feet are super sensitive to shoes. She needs really wide shoes with soft leather/material to accommodate her feet. She came to Colorado and the only shoes that felt comfortable to her were UGGs, but she needed some classier looking shoes to go to dinners in and it was nearly impossible to find that for her. Enter these Softwalk Helena suede shoes. They're BEAUTIFUL, and very wide. She says they're the most comfortable boots she's ever worn, and they're super soft too because they have the fake shearling inside. I am thankful that a shoe company has thought for one second to make wide, flat shoes that don't look frumpy. God knows this sentiment seems to be lacking from other shoe makers. So thank you SoftWalk, and thank you Zappos.

They are really cute boots. I purchased a narrow width and they are very narrow. Ok for me especially since the leather will stretch.

Love these. They are the only boots I can find in an 11 WW that are cute. I ordered them in black and am not ordering them in the taupe color.

the fit and size were fine. However I am waiting for another pair that may fit a little better.

The fit was true to size (7 M) and comfortable. They are well-made and reasonably priced. I bought an extra pair.

These are so nice - beautiful and seem very warm. Ordered a W to accommodate thick socks - they fit perfectly without socks - just exchanged for EE so these seem to run narrow. But nice that they come in different widths & so many colors.

fit and size was smaller than expected

very soft and comfortable but need a larger size and I've never bought larger than 7.5 but will need an 8 in these

This style (minus the fur? is the very Best that soft walk has made, I buy a 9.5 to accommodate the fur! They’re so comfy, i forget to put my slippers on and I wear them until bedtime!!
