These shoes have increased my squat depth and quad activation significantly.

My 1st set of lifters. They were excellent the 1st use. I actually PR'd my lift with them. I am excited to explore other lifts with them. Fit was a little smaller than expected, but I assume that is correct. Thanks, Hugh

I love these new weightlifting shoes! I feel so balanced and able to get deeper into my squats than before. And the all-black design is so slick! (FYI, I normally wear size 13 shoes, but I bought size 14; I recommend buying a half-size or full-size up!)

Love the wide toe box, and the heel to toe drop. Definitely able to be in a more solid squatting position. If you buy a pair, purchase a .5 size bigger than you normally wear.

Awesome lifters

I have narrow, flat feet and I have always used a shoe with narrow toe bed but after these lifters, I will never go back. I am able to really stabilize my footing while squat. I also really like the heel height, its perfectI do not feel the strain on my knees. I had to return my first pair because the sizing was off for me but returning the shoes for right size was so easy. I am TYR for life!

Very happy with my purchase. Good lifting shoe. Had the Nikes earlier - the wide toe box on these is really comfortable and makes lifting fun! The laces keep coming undone but as Lifting shoes always have straps it is just an annoyance, doesnt effect performance.

Best and most comfortable squat shoe!!!

Love the roomy design. The solid base makes a huge difference for power production from your typical soft sneaker.

These are great lifters. The toebox is wide enough for me to wear toe-spacers while wearing the shoes, and the shoe gives great stability for feet and ankles while lifting. Huge fan!

On principle, I do not purchase products that have not been subjected to peer-reviewed standardized testing. However, I was willing to make this bet on the recommendation of Mr. Squat University. Dr.Aaron came through with a fabulous hit. Many thanks.

I've been olympic weightlifting for over 8 years, this is the first pair of lifters I've ever owned that have fit my wider foot very well. I don't experience the cramped feeling I've had with every other brand of lifter that I've tried. I am now able to get a great base during my lifts with the ability to spread my feet inside the shoes. I'm extremely happy with these!

I typically wear a size 7 womans and based on reviews got a size 8 and they fit perfect. Tons of room for my toes but not too big.

Ive been hesitant about heeled squat shoes for a few months and finally made the decision to invest in one pair. After comparing Nike, Adidas and TYR, I decided to go with L1 lifter. Boy this changes the whole game! Absolutely love how I feel in these shoes. Definitely will get more in the future. Im typically a size 6 in womens shoes, I got 6.5 and they fit really well.

Love the look - love the feel - love the function! I also experience less pain while doing heavy lifts while using these shoes. :)

These are great! I love the wide toe box and secure fit! Definitely go up at least a 1/2 a size. Im usually an 8 and went up to an 8.5. They fit great for me.

Just an awesome pair. Had Adidas prior but they were so narrow in front that my toes were getting squished badly. All the room I need in these. Glad I got them.

Love it

So much more toe room than other weightlifting shoes. A little on the heavier side which is fine for squats and pulls. Havent tried the lifts yet in them, but I think with a little breaking in, Ill get used to them. Love that my feet dont feel squished. Definitely pleased with them so far!

Perfect for squats. High heels helps tremendously with form. Very stable and solid feel.

For the first time in years I've felt like my shoes were working with me, not against me. The square toe box is great.
