I have fairly wide feet (between 2E and 4E), so I usually have a pretty tough time finding shoes that work for me, much less weightlifting shoes that accommodate wide feet. These shoes are excellent for me and feel extremely comfortable. The outer sole has a ton of grip, so I felt stable in my squats. The first time I pulled these out and tried them on heavy squat day, I hit an all time PR. So far, I do not have any major complaints about the shoe. I just wish they had more color options or an ability to customize the color scheme.

Loved them right out of the box!

I ordered one pair of shoes true to my European sizing from cycling shoes-they arrived and were WAY too tight. I returned those and went up 2 sizes (from a 6.5 to a 7.5) and the new size fits perfect. I've squatted and benched in these a couple times now and am in love. My squat stance feels much more stable and the elevated heal allows me to get better depth. Very happy with these despite the need to return the first pair. Would highly recommend these, but go at least one half size larger when ordering.

First pair of lifting shoes Ive ever worn or owned for that matter, but the difference they make for squats is incredible. Theyre worth every penny.

Support, heel raise, and wide toe box work as well as advertised. Highly recommend!

Even if you like your current lifting shoes or not buy these. You will not be disappointed! I wasnt! Cant say enough good things about these shoes!

Really like the shoes and how it has a wide base but i think it lacks ankle support, overall love them!

Got a pair in my usual true to size 11, I have a rather narrow foot, the toe box is a bit short but broke in after three or four wears. Sizing mistake didnt effect toe splay, still wide enough in the forefoot and secure in the mid foot.

I was skeptical at first regarding these lifters, however to my surprise they sure do deliver. Solid foundation to the ground, snug and comfortable, and just a slick looking lifter. Would like to purchase another pair once I can afford it!

The lifters are solid, look great, and offer good depth. Definitely size up (maybe size and a half) but very comfortable when you do.

Lives up to the hype. These feel great PRd with them my first week wearing.

I usually wear a size 12.5, but I gambled on the 12s and they actually fit very well. The toebox is wider than say a Romelo. so with thin socks, this fits perfectly. they are a lot more flexible than a traditional lifter so theyre perfect for any kind of metcon that involves lifting and body weight movement. Ive used them in every single CrossFit workout since I have gotten them and I would love to get another pair when theyre available again. if they ever decided to offer a 12.5 that might be compelling but these do the job.

This lifter meets all the requirements. Probably the most comfortable lifters I own. The wider toe box is a bonus, as is the minimalist colors. One suggestion I can make is add "Weightlifting" to Sport Interest choices below since these shoes wouldn't work for any of the current options.

There's some mixed opinions on these shoes across the internet because of the Squat U guy's form obsession. But, I'm glad I spent the money. A really well made, comfortable shoe with the perfect width in the toe box for comfort and performance without losing any stability (i.e. it's not excessive, it's just right). Good aesthetic, high quality material and construction. If you're on the fence, I recommend buy. I'm glad I did!

Definitely a more open toe box than I'm used to, which will be nice for my bunions. Still narrow in the ball of the foot for me, though this may get better over time, since they went with a leather upper. Will come back and update review if this happens. Quality feels very good so far.

I have found the L-1 Lifters to be fantastic lifting shoes. They fit true to size and are comfy straight out of the box. I have worn them for a little over a week now and as they get more broken in, the more comfortable they get! The wide toe box is such a great feature in a lifting shoe. The ability to spread out my toes and grip the floor results in better rooting and overall stability. My shoes feel screwed into the ground. They also allow me better grip when I wear them for benching. I am so glad that I pre-ordered these and have influenced several people to order them when they come back in stock based on my raving about how good they are.

A hot commodity as it should be. One of the most comfortable lifters I've ever worn.

With a wider foot, this lifters are a blessing!
