These pants are awesome.
True to size. Stretchy, articulated and room for athletic thighs.
You can high step. You can squat.
I don't usually leave reviews, but these pants are perfect.

I use these as work pants for fieldwork in East Africa, the colourway, comfort, durability and weight make them my go to pair!

These are incredibly comfortable trousers. Great fit and durable. Material is soft and tough at the same time. Love the leg pocket and the other pockets have a very soft liner and are deep.

The new stretch material fixes the only thing I didn't like about my old Cronin pants. No more tightness or binding when sitting and moving around. Great revision.

My favorite camp/casual pants I own. Look great with an oversized tee, or if you roll up slightly to show some ankle meat. I sized down to a 30. I normally wear a 32, but the Cronin 32 was too large for me.

Love these. Bought them in the olive colour too. They're super comfortable, practical with a couple of useful pockets, although the zip pocket could be a bit bigger to be honest. They look great with anything !

By far the best fitting, most comfortable and stylish pants from the current range. I have a Black pair, I have been trying to get some in Tatsu for literally 6+ months but they never seem to restock!

I completely love these pants. They fit loose and comfortable. The old style and material was better, but I was really excited these were brought back. Great pants. I now have 3 pair.

Most comfortable pants I own. Fit is superb although I probably could have got the short models at 5-9 5-10. Keeping doing your thing dead bird gang.

Arc'teryx is one of the few companies that truly "get" my body right (although it is, I suspect, an average-sized dad bod) and where the sizing is, the way I see it, accurate and consistent. These pants are certainly not cheap (and usually out of stock), but I will wear them as often as possible and for a wide range of contexts. The feel of the fabirc, fit, and finish are unparalleled. I regard this as an investment that will pay dividends for, if previous purchases for similar products are something to go by, a long time.

I like the thickness of the pants. I hope they make a tapered version of these.

Favorite pants I own. Material has a nice thickness without feeling like too much. Stretchy and durable for climbing. I have full uninhibited rang of motion. Rear but pockets are off to the side allowing for items to be placed there without impeding too much while sitting. Great pant, sad it seems like they're phasing them out. Hopefully they bring them back.

I am a woman, with large muscular thighs and a bum. These are fantastic. They fit well, move very well, stretch and breathe well. These are so worth every penny. Material doesn't pill from legs rubbing together and it is very durable.

I work as an IATSE union 600 still-photographer in the film and television industry with typical 10-16+ hour days. Some times we are in the Louisiana swamps for daytime or all night shoots in ankle deep mud, hot humid triple-digit temps, mosquitos and more, sometimes we are on jagged rough terrain, sometimes we are lucky enough to be on a climate controlled stage. Over the years I've learned that having the best made, most comfortable clothing is so important where I now wear Arc'teryx exclusively at work and at home - pants, hoodies, pull-overs, sweaters, jackets, knee-protectors, ranger and more. My Arc'teryx pants get a LOT of wear and from time to time I add news pants to my collection. These Cronin Cotton Pants are a new addition that will see a lot of use and wear both on film sets and at home!

I have never found a pair of pants that can go from the outdoors to casual like this. The construction is what is needed for all you adventures but the fit is perfect and super comfortable!! Just ordered my second pair (different color) truly amazing. And for a short king like myself the short sizing is perfect!

Ok, I love these pants, my new favorites. I don't even climb, I wear them as "slacks" at work. They feel soft and comfortable, love them.

I've worn this pants on a trail and for daily work, and I'm thoroughly impressed. The fit is excellent, and the pants are versatile enough for climbing, trail hiking, or everyday commuting. The cotton version features solid construction and a true-to-size fit (I got the 32-R). A dependable choice for both outdoor activities and daily use.
I wish it had a built-in belt like some of my pants, but that's just me. Also, this is more dark grey than black.

These are my new favourite pants. They are exactly what I was wanting the brand to bring back because the aristo and spotter pants aren't available anymore. I wasn't a fan of the Cronin pants from earlier in the year but these new cotton ones are great. I've got big legs and most pants nowadays fit like leggings so these were a nice change as they are a nice straight fit with good stretch.

So far I've been using the Cronin for Bouldering as well as for casual wear. I love how comfortable it is thanks to its stretch fabric as well as the roomy but not overly baggy cut. Personally I think it could be used for almost every activity not only bouldering and climbs. For me the Cronin just hits the sweet spot between a technical pants designed for a purpose and a cool looking all purpose wear all day everyday pants.

I noticed that the overlock stitches don't exstend all the way to the hem. It transitions into double stitched seam few inches above the hem. This protects the delicate overlock stitches from being exposed when the pants are rolled up. Really appreciate this detail which shows that durability is incorporated in construction. .
