Customer Reviews Hoka Speedgoat 6 GTX

I purchased the wide (EE) version hoping to avoid the tightness others have mentioned in similar reviews. Unfortunately, I still experienced significant tightness over the top of my foot (midfoot), which caused my toes to go numb. Despite trying to break them in over two days, the shoes remained too tight, even without the laces. A larger size does not work for me because it becomes too long. Please consider redesigning the shoes to provide more room in the midfoot area while allowing the laces to tighten as needed. I have returned these shoes and am now trying the Clifton 9 GTX.
