Very comfortable, seems to run big so I will reorder in a smaller size. Buckle seems bulky, hence four stars.

I have a narrow foot. I could tighten the straps enough to make them narrow enough but the buckle hurt my foot

Bought my usual size in Birkenstock’s and these fit great. Super comfortable. Bought them for work and they have been comfortable all day.

I'm usually a 9 but I bought an 8 and they fit perfectly! Very pleased with my purchase :)

I love the way these look and feel. Very comfortable like all my Birkenstock’s, just a little more dressy with the heel. Very happy with the purchase and I know they’ll last!

Originally I ordered my size which is a 7 or 7 1/2 in their sizing is a 38 they were to big there was about 1/4 of an inch of the heel that was extended out from my foot which looked funny so I ordered the 37 which is a 6 in Birkenstock’s and they fit perfect ! I love them I’m a hairstylist and they are great for standing all day and they are the perfect height. I highly recommend these to any lady who appreciates a comfortable shoe that is attractive!

These run about a size larger, but they're comfortable! They look nice with various outfits and provide good arch support. Much easier to break in than your usual Birks.

Really don’t like the gold fasteners.

A touch to big….

The fit on these was strange. The 38, my normal Birkenstock size, hits my arch in a strange place. The shoe arch is too far back. When I tried a 39, the arch fit, but the straps were too shallow. In order to make them stay on my feet, the straps had to be really tight. I’m sad, because these are REALLT cute. I might try one more of my normal size to see if it was a fluke. I took away stars because of the strange fit. My order also arrived slightly worn, which makes sense. I think the sole is suedes, and would show wear pretty quickly, just like normal Birkenstocks.

Too narrow for me unfortunately.

These were far too wide for my narrow foot - even with a narrow size selected. I am a true size 7 and ordered their size 7-7.5 which was at least a size too big. The buckle is very stiff so even if I tried to cinch the buckle in, they were still too big. Look cute . . . but going back.

the Paillios were exactly what I wanted, only at least a half size too big. I though I would send them back. But now I want to keep them. If I tighted the strape on my ankle, they will work.

Even though they are narrow, they are "Birk" narrow (which for my foot is a bit too wide (but not enough to return the shoe). Brands like Rieker and Naot produce truly narrow shoes. That said, these shoes are stylish enough for me while having a very comfortable footbed.

These are cute and I believe they’d be comfortable, but I had to rerun them, my toes seem like they might hang over (like the video) and the buckle was difficult to fasten, perhaps they’ll give over time, but I don’t have the time to figure it out, these may work for some, just not me (hence the 4 stars).

I ordered these because I wanted a neutral/nude colored wedge with a cork footbed, and for whatever reason that's hard to find. So, I took a chance and ordered these Birks thinking they may look odd in person. However, I was pleasantly surprised. They look very stylish and are well made. Very comfortable footbed of course. If you're not used to Birks or have a flat foot these might not feel great to you until you get used to them. My only complaint is the buckles. They are huge, cheap looking, and strangely hard to buckle and adjust. I felt like the buckle would break or rub and ruin the leather down very quickly. Also since they are so huge, they brass/gold color really stands out and looks cheap. I'm a cool summer color pallet and do silver tones in accessories so the gold was just too much and doesn't harmonize with my closet. If the buckles were a different color and smaller, I would have definitely kept these because I liked the color, the fact that they were leather, and the fact that they were good for my feet. As for sizing I'm usually a 6.5 to 7 and the 37 fit well. Straps easily adjust for narrow feet and ankles.

This shoe was very comfortable. I knew that Birkenstocks listed as narrow width fit as a medium width. I normally wear a size 11 in the women's Birkenstock/ Papillio shoes. This style was just a tiny bit short in length so that my toes came up to or slightly went over the front edge of the sandal. An extra 1/4 inch in length would have been perfect for me. Sadly they are going back :(
