Fit and size - I am in between a 7.5 and 8, so I wound up taking the size 38 (7-7.5) vs 39 (8-8.5)... it's a tad too short but the next size up was a tad too large and felt more chunky on my foot, so I went smaller. I really love these shoes... very comfortable! Wedge height is great, innersole is so comfortable and supportive, the innersole leather feels so nice. So happy I have these to wear (my first Birkenstocks).

I loved these, but the color just wasn't right for my skin tone. The show was amazing though!

LOVE THESE SHOES. Comfy right out of the box. Wore them 10hours the first day with no break in. Look great with dresses. Will go with shorts this summer. The heels are just the right height. LOVE MY NEW BIRKS

Own these in two colors. Very comfortable and true to size.

I always wear Arizona Birks. These bring me to a dressier level when I wear jeans or a boho skirt or dress.

These are so beautiful! I took advice of other reviews and sized down. The buckle hurt a bit the first day but are breaking in quickly.

This is a beautiful sandal. The footbed is the perfect width--so often with this type of footbed, it ends up too narrow on my arch. Great arch support, too. Not sure I can make it fit, though. When I tighten the strap over the toes, it's too tight. Going to order a size down. These are 10s, I wear a 9.5 or 10 and due to foot surgery, my right foot is a whole size smaller than my left, making it hard to fit.

These are my first Birkenstock’s and I love them! I have suffered with PF so I need a supportive, comfortable footbed. They fit perfectly right out of the box with no breaking in needed.

The size was perfect but my feet are still a little too wide to be wearing narrows. I tried these because of the previous reviews that they were wide(r). I’ve been wearing flat birks way too long to switch to a heel with a narrow toe. But the style is very feminine for Birkenstock which I liked a lot.

i love them and they are super comfy. I feel like I have pretty thin ankles but I have to wear the strap on the widest hole.

These shoes are great. Comfortable and cute. The only downfall is that the ankle straps were two drastically different lengths. One fit perfectly and the other was so short that I couldn’t buckle them even on the last hole. I liked the shoes so I ended up having to punch an extra hole in the strap so I could buckle them.

Great alternative when I need something slightly dressier than the Birkenstock Gizeh which I live in all summer. In the Gizeh, I wear a 41 regular. In this shoe I had to size down to a 40 for the footbed to fit properly under my arch. The width is fine for me. Pretty comfortable for an ankle strap, and the sole “walks well.” My only complaint is the sharp edges on the leather straps. I will be spending some time wearing these at home to break them In and make sure they don’t cause blisters.

I can never seem to find nice sandals that both look good and don’t hurt my feet. It’s either one or the other. But these Birkenstocks may be different, they’re very cute and comfortable! The sizing was perfect and the support is typical Birkenstock quality.

I LOVE this shoe! I normally wear a 37 in Birk sandals, but I did go up to a 38 in these. My toes almost hung over the edge in the 37. I do have a wide foot, so that could be a part of it. They are extremely comfortable, and I love the fact that they have true buckles and not velcro. I have both the cognac and black, and they are beautiful. I may change out the gold buckles on the cognac sandal, but that's it. My feet are funky from running and wearing Birks all of the time, so while I wanted some wedges, it was hard to find anything with support until now.

These are cute and very comfortable. I wear Birkenstocks all the time but I wanted something dressier. These have good arch support and a nice heel cup just like the flat styles, with a bit of height for style. If they ever wear out I'll purchase them again.

I have a narrow foot and it’s extremely hard to find a sandal that my foot doesn’t flop around in so, these fit like a glove, are extremely comfortable and they literally go with everything. Love this brand and crazy about these sandals. I will wear them every season.

I bought a similar pair last winter (with the closed toe) and I knew I was going to buy this pair based on the comfort of the other pair. Honestly, none of my Birks have had the buckles prior to this pair. I’d heard that the buckles are heavy and can bruise your feet. I laughed. Well, the buckles are heavy and left me nice square bruises on each foot: but, I wear them! They foot bed is super comfortable and I feel like the shoe is moulded to my feet!

shoe marked narrow, I have super wide foot and do not fit most shoes. I was able to fit into this shoes but found the straps over the width uncomfortable. Loved the ankle wrap. The sole felt very comfortable and flexible. Would love to have a wider size option.
