These shoes are really comfortable and well made. The heel height is perfect snd the wedge style looks great. As for the width, they are described as narrow. My foot is a medium width and these shoes fit my feet very well. The only draw back is the backside of the buckle at the toe. The buckle is attached with rivets that are scratchy. I will be taking them to the shoe shop to get a fix for that!

Great shoe comfortable and stylish

I already have a pair in Pale gray-blue. The black are amazing, except the ankle straps are a bit short. The other pair are fine( much longer!}

These are beautiful but they felt a bit small. I ordered size 37 which fits me in every other shoe they make but these felt tight. Maybe my foot was swollen or maybe the straps just don't work with my feet. These are beautiful shoes and I am sad they did not work for me.

I am usually a size 38 or 7.5 woman's. However when it comes to Birkenstock I find my perfect size is one smaller than my usual. Sure enough I ordered 37 and it fit perfectly. I ordered narrow width (B) and it was also just right. I loved this sandals. They are so comfortable and can wear them even if I will be doing lots of walking. Love the color too: Sandcastle.

I was in heaven when I got these and put them on. The arch support is unparalleled. The straps aren’t perfect. I adjusted the straps to be as loose as possible so the underside of the strap at the front won’t rub. I also made the ankle strap super loose so I can slip these on and off without buckling and unbuckling. How much do I love these? I got two pairs. I wear a 6 or sometimes 6.5 in shoes but in European sizes I take a 35 or 36. I got 36s in these and they are roomy.

This is my new go-to summer wedge! So comfortable and easy to walk in. These are very well made shoes that I can tell will last for years to come. For me they are true to size. The description says they are narrow, however, I don’t think I have a narrow foot, I would say it’s very average and the width is perfect.

Surprisingly comfortable for a heel. Easy to walk in and the adjustable toe and ankle straps help everything stay put. I have narrowish feet and I’m not sure these would work if you had really wide feet.

I recommend sizing down in Birkenstocks. I am typically a 6 1/2 and purchased a 5 Narrow. Fit perfectly. Great arch support in these. Could definitely wear all day in the office walking all day without foot cramps that night as would happen with a flatter shoe. Looks great too! Well worth the money for the comfort. Toe strap a bit rough but I loosened a bit and that helped while breaking in.

Love the look of these very supportive shoes (not too orthopedic and no velcro) but feel like they will get dirty quickly. The only drawback is that the underside of the buckle rubs on the top of my foot so may have to place a piece of felt there.

Like the reviews downsize one size. These shoes are well crafted and ready to wear. Yes, drop a size (normally wear an 8 and fit well in the 7-7.5 narrow). Even though I returned the shoes I still give it 5 stars. When reading the heel height I thought it was 2 inches which would be quite acceptable but at 70+ yrs I don’t have the foot resiliency I used to dance with as the heel height is 3 inches. Otherwise buy this shoe!

I like the look and feel of these sandals but they ran just a bit big on me. I probably would need to go down half a size but that's not possible in Birksenstocks. I have to return them.

These shoes are really pretty but the heel height is too high for me.

The only reason these are being returned is that I just don't need them. They are crazy comfortable and a great fit for a true AA/narrow foot.

Anyone struggling with needing more stylish narrow birks should size down. This papillio line has the only moderately stylish birks out there, but the width is not narrow even if it says so. I went down a half size and these are perfect. I’m sure it’s due to adjustable front and back straps. These are way too expensive to compromise. Glad I finally found a stylish birk that works! Birkenstock are you listening?

These definitely do NOT run big!! I have 2 pairs of regular Birkenstocks and 1 pair of the Papillio version and the Papillio definitely run a bit smaller. My flat Birkenstocks are both size 37 (6-6.5) and my Papillio platform ones are a 38 (7-7.5). I read the reviews and sized down in these but I wound up ordering the larger size.

I love these shoes but the heel is just too tall for me. It’s actually about 3”.

I usually wear a 37, but ordered a 36 and the 36 fit perfectly. A wider foot needs to be on last setting. These sandals are cute and comfortable!

My only wish is they were a darker richer brown. These things are so comfortable! They feel just like my other birkies! I was able to easily hike, walk and stand for hours in these. I can’t wait to get the black pair.

Perfect blend of style and comfort!! Great arch support and they look super cute! I’m thrilled to find a sandal that actually looks as good as it feels without looking like an “old lady shoe.” My only complaint is I wish they wouldn’t emboss the leather in the back with their large logo.

I'm in love with these sandals. I am a huge Birkenstock fan but wanted something a bit more feminine to wear with dresses but also look good with pants and shorts. These are perfect. They are very attractive and very comfortable. Highly recommend

Love these shoes. They are very comfortable and stylish. Thanks to Zappos I was able to try both size 36 and 37. The 36 was a better fit just in all my other Birkenstock sandals.
