My feet wound up with blisters.

Way too big and color is completely off. Very disappointed.

color is not tobacco. it was taupe.

I hate these shoes. They hurt my feet. The arch support feels like a rock.

The shoes I received were sooo cracked looking and discolored with scratches I didn’t even try them on, I immediately called customer service. Shoes looked as if they had soles refurbished after being worn for years(no exaggeration) they were not wrapped like new shoes usually are which makes Me think they were a return. Zappos CS is excellent and took care of return but these shoes should have NEVER been sold to anyone!!!

Never changed the status of my order? Read another review that said after 11 days they were told item was back ordered. Not prompt service like I expected. Ordered through Birkenstock’s website.

THe shoe caused lower back pain and very little support

Zappos never notified my that this was out of stock ( after I ordered and paid!) and just left the status as "processing" for 11 days. I didn't find out what was going on with my order until I contacted Zappos. For a company supposedly known for their customer service, this is a MAJOR FAIL! Not sure I want to order from them anymore

Wore these for less than a month while working from home and there are several cracks in the sole that makes hem unwearable. I’ve worn birks for 30 years so sad to see the extreme drop in quality on my last several pairs.

Not a soft shoe bed as described, very hard inner sole. Have suffered from heel pain for over 10 years, this sandal is not good for that, Crocs are better as they offer more cushion for the heel.

This is the third pair of Birkenstocks I have had to return - what has happened to their brand?

This the 4th pair of Birkies I have bought, all size 7, women's. These were sized so incorrectly, they looked like they were for a size 9 or 10.

These Birkenstocks arrived in an unmarked box. No Birkenstock markings on the box at all. The sandals were two different sizes and two completely different leather finishes. Very disappointing. Will be ordering directly from Birkenstock in the future.

I bought these shoes on the advice of a friend who said they were very comfortable and could be worn all day without hurting my feet. The first pair I ordered were the 38s, the size I usually wear in European sizes. They were too big, so I returned them and ordered the next size down. These fit OK but the footbed is really hard, even with the arch and toe support. I wore them around the house for a few days and wore them all day (only in the house) thinking they would break in and soften up a bit. No such luck. My feet ached and swelled, oddly enough. So back they go to Zappos. Really, for $135 they should be A LOT MORE COMFORTABLE and not feel and look like I have wooden planks strapped to my feet.

Feels loose, oversized

Material used for straps was a very cheap leather looks like plastic a horrible rip off for a 140dollars very disappointed with the advertisement of high grade piled leather This stuff that girls used looks like leather Would not wear in public

I ordered these at the end of the summer, read and followed directions on breaking them in. After walking around the house for two weeks, I gave up. The real leather is just too tough to break in. Love my other Birkies, returned these.

These arrived in a plastic bag instead of a Birkenstock box. I wear birks and these were not them. The leather was cheap and the soles we're a cheap plastic The sole was not even glued down in some spots. Very disappointing

you sent me 2 different shoes- 1 was leather and the other clearly not.... sorry...sending them back - plus there was a divot out of one of them...these are supposed to be first quality- how does this get past QC???

For $135 I was very disappointed in quality. Leather was thin and felt like plastic.

The thing wrong with pair is that the leather is stiff and feels thick than others I have bought. I am trying to break them in but feel that is not going to happen.

Does not look like the photos. Got the brown Almafi brown leather. It’s upper shiny. I think the quality of Birkenstocks is becoming worse. That is, the leather is cheaper. It doesn’t even seem like real leather.

I liked these for a while, but I only had them for three months before a HUGE chunk of the foot bed fell off. Not comfortable to walk in and I feel cheated out of $135, I expected greater quality. Not too impressed by that.

These sandals suction air causing a fart-like sound every time you take a step. No one mentions this in the reviews. I'm returning these sandals.

I ordered this shoe in a 36 regular width and a 36 narrow width. The narrow is much lighter in color. I even ordered another pair just incase it was just that pair. Same thing. The narrows come in a vastly lighter color. Very disappointing :(
