I ordered a size 37 narrow, which is equivalent to my regular women’s 6-6.5. The narrow is actually the regular width. I love my Berks! They’re exactly as I remember them from when I was a kid!

I love my “perfect fit” Birkenstock’s! I wear them everyday. I have a very thin, narrow foot and these Birkenstock’s are always perfect. I always order from Zappos because they are the BEST!

I am almost always an 8, but in Birkenstocks I always size down. I have plantar fasciitis and nothing feels better on my feet than these sandals. I really love the soft foot bed, but the regular is very good too. Strongly recommend Birkenstock’s, especially for foot issues.

These are my very first pair of Birkenstocks. I am absolutely impressed with the product. Everything fit according to the recommended chart for me. I love that they offer a narrow version. The break in period is not bad at all. I highly recommend these sandals!

Today Zappos delivered my Birkenstock Arizona sandals. They are perfect. They are brand new. They are real Birkenstocks. This last statement may seem silly, but two years ago I bought the same shoes through the Amazon website and some greedy third party seller sent me sandals that looked identical, at least to me, but they were somehow quite different. They were not comfortable; they were not supportive, and I wore them less and less. I had them on while in Macy’s last summer and slipped them off to try a new pair. I mentioned how uncomfortable they were and the salesman, after looking at my shoes, told me they were not real Birkenstocks. I asked how he could tell and he said, “the weight.” So, I’m pleased. My sixteen year old daughter came home one day recently saying she wanted a pair of Birkenstocks. What?! I had no idea these had come back in style with the younger generation. It was her birthday last week so we ordered two pairs: these leather ones and the Birko-Flor model. I read the reviews saying the Birko Flor was a little easier to break in, softer on the inside of the straps, easier to keep clean, etc. My daughter has some tactile issues and I was worried the leather would feel too rough. But meanwhile one thing I didn't read enough about was the soft footbed on this model. It is really nice and cushy, way more so than the traditional footbed in the Birko Flors. She ended up really liking the footbed in these and didn't mind the roughness of the leather, especially since she is mostly wearing them with socks. So leather it is!

I am an overpronator big time and got this pair of Birks after about 3 years of dress shoes, concrete and urbanity. Escaped urban living and 9-5 dress shoes. This is not my first dance with Birkenstock. Considering the last 3 years for me, I knew going back to something so supportive and something that puts your foot back in alignment would not be the most pleasant experience. Initially my feet were sore in them but I wore them for another hour or so and what happens for me is all the knots and stiffness in my feet eventually melts away. I do not wear them all day every day. I break in to them slowly--just a few hours at a time and then I can wear them all day. My flat feet then appreciate the arch support and my ankle tendons and ligaments strengthen and relax. Based on previous pairs of Arizonas (which I wore until they fell apart) I know these new Birks will provide me a similar level of comfort and support. I already ordered another color.

True to size and feel. I have worn Birkenstocks for decades and I love the soft soles.

I have arthritis in my feet, so I tried the Arizona Soft Footbed. I have had several Birkenstock sandals, so I didn't really need to break them in. The only issue I had was a slight rubbing against the front straps of my left foot. I tried tightening them and loosening them, but for the first few times I wore them, it persisted. I am happy to say, it doesn't rub anymore. I guess I must have worn off a rough patch. Otherwise, these fit great and I like the soft footbed.

I’m a 5.5 in most shoes and do not have a wide foot. The 36 m is perfect, not wide at all, cradles my foot perfect! First 2 buckle pair for me, I think I’ll love being able to wear some funky socks with them in the fall! Love the oiled Iron leather color. Great addition to my Birkenstock collection from over the years.

Very sturdy and high quality, uncomfortable when driving

Very nice and somewhat dressy sandals. This is my first-ever pair of Birkenstocks and with all the rave reviews on comfort I felt it was time to give them a try as I needed some nice sandals after my Ecco sandals gave out after 8 years. I wasn't sure after my first wear because I developed a small blister on the outside right edge of my right foot near my heel after around two hours of wear. I was a little pessimistic and dubious of my purchase at this point, but I recalled that these "cork-soled" sandals needed a little time to mold to the foot. So, after a week I decided to give them another shot.... and no problems whatsoever since then! And they are rather comfortable - even if it's a bit counter-intuitive to me because I couldn't imagine that cork soles could draw raves on comfort. Also, I have had no problems at all with the straps and buckles over the top of my feet - no chafing or blisters and very comfortable. Most of all, I love the looks of these things. As a Florida resident, sandals are an integral part of the footwear rotation. These definitely suit as dressy enough to wear where attire is "higher-end" casual. Very pleased with this purchase!

At first I didn't like the stiffness of these sandals, so I ordered another pair of the suede. To my surprise after I broke the leather ones in I only wore those. The reason being that the leather straps are stiff so don't collapse, easier to slip into without pulling up straps as in the suede ones. I also felt I had more support with the leather than the suede. I've had over 20 pairs of Birkenstock sandals and they're perfect, cooler, and so comfortable especially for sensitive pro lem feet. If it wasn't for these sandals I wouldn't be able to walk!

Perfect! Order smaller and not bigger if your in between sizes!

I would defiantly order down a size especially if your an in between size. I wear a men’s 10. I ordered a 42 which is PLENTY roomy

These are my new favorite pair of shoes!!! Like others have said, it takes a couple weeks to break in these shoes. Now, they are SO comfortable. I wear them everywhere and can’t wait to purchase my next pair of Birks!
