Birkenstock’s are the greatest! Got these for a friend who agrees. He’s not as happy with the soft insole as I am. I love it and he would rather have the non-cushioned ones.

This is my 6th Birkenstock purchase and as always - they are perfect!!! I am a two time bunion surgery survivor and these shoes are perfect for recovery and everyday wear. I highly recommend any Birkenstock style to anyone with any type of foot ailment. You can't go wrong!

This is a follow-up to my other review regarding mismatched pair I received. I wish they would allow editing of these reviews, but even though I contacted the company and tried to do so, it did not work. So, I just wanted to add a note that it is the fault of Birkenstock not Zappos that the shoes did not match. The pair were brand new and did not appear to be a return. Also, Zappos did reach out to me and helped me obtain the discount on a replacement pair so everything worked out great! Zappos has fantastic service as I have always received from them in the past and I try to buy exclusively from them because of this great purchasing support! One less thing to worry about when buying online is always a good thing :)

This is my third pair of Arizona Soft Footbeds and I received a pair that were mismatched. They were the same size and style, but one had darker leather than the other and one of the footbeds was smaller than the other even though they were the same size. The numbers did not match on the footbeds like my other two pair so they were from different lots. The left shoe was smaller and my toes were stepping on the ridge and so I placed the pair next to each other and one was noticeably smaller. Lost my discount with the return and do not want an e-card for a new pair because if this is a problem with this style again I would not be able to get a cash refund. Pretty bummed.

Can’t go wrong with Birkenstock, been wearing these for years. It’s my go to ‘recovery’ shoe. Just bought these and I’m not disappointed. First time buying the soft footbed style, I like them and will continue to buy Birkenstock. Love the color.

The difference in a size 40 and 41 is A LOT. The 41 is more of a mans size fit. Returned and ordered a 40

My husband loves these birkenstocks and wears them all year round. this pair was a Christmas gift.

I love these sandals... they are very comfortable and easy to slip on and off at the door to head out into the yard. Will be buying another pair.

Bought an 8/8.5 for my daughter. Thought they run a tiny bit small. Exchanged for a 9/9.5 and they were perfect! Comfortable and so cute.

These are just classic. If I could wear them indoors and outdoors year 'round I would, but I live in the upper midwest. They're sturdy, but probably not that sturdy! Very solidly built, very comfortable. This is my third pair, each pair has lasted about ten years, and that's with a lot of wear. One thing to note: I'm a 46 in these, though a US size 12.

Bought these for my son and he loved them! He’s in college and they are great for everyday walking all over campus! Fit true to size and width. Color was perfect for a young man!

After wearing them for a few weeks, they have finely molded to my feet. Took a bit longer, as compared to original soles because of the soft sole needing to compress as it has a layer of cushioning. But once they form up...perfection

I love these! I have RA in my feet, so I have lots of frequent pain and swelling, and these shoes are perfect for me! I first ordered a pair without the soft footbed, and they didn’t work for me, but once I bought them with the soft footbed, it was a game changer! I love that I can move the buckle, too!

LOVE these! I have other Birkenstocks without the soft footbed and I can definitely tell the difference. These are much softer and provide much more support. I live in Texas where the weather is wishy washy so these are perfect pretty much year round either with shorts or pants. The leather is very pretty and super soft. Would highly recommend these!

Although I am pleased with the fit, I am especially pleased with customer service. I was having difficulty deciding on size and went with a 37. Unfortunately I really needed a 36. Received a return label the next day and within and within 24 hours or so received the size 36. Excellent service! Thank you, Zappos!

Birkenstocks are the best shoes ever! I suffer with foot issues and these are the only shoes that I can comfortably wear. The soft footbed of these Arizonas are especially comfortable. They conform to the shape of your foot and offer support and comfort. They also look great. I wear an 8 1/2 or 9 in most shoes and always order a size 39 in these.

I ordered these for my husband and they are perfect. The soft footbed helped to reduce the break-in period over the regular footbed. The leather is really nice and looks great.
