I wear 11AAAA, which of course pretty much don't exist. These shoes string up nice and tight for a good fit over my arch, with plenty of room for toes, but still feel slightly unstable because the foot bed is too wide. Also looks like it's heading for the usual hole in the toe at the top of the front of the shoe. I don't understand why this hasn't been addressed, it's a chronic problem. Others in my family get the same hole in the toe, and they wear smaller and not as narrow sizes. What gives with that? Another plus is the light weight. I have scoliosis, and anything that makes walking less effortful is greatly appreciated.

Not as comfortable as other models i have purchased from Brooks but ok to wear here and there. I normally walk 4 miles a day and rarely have any issues but I switched out of these the fist day after 2.5 miles. Just not supportive enough for me.

I generally take a 9.5-10W. I ordered the 10W. It fit OK, but I knew after I walked for a while it would be too tight. I'm returning and ordering an XWide in another Brooks style.
The quality looks great. My podiatrist recommended this brand years ago. I knew from that time that they ran narrow. After I couldn't get a quality shoe in New Balance, I decided to try Brooks again.

I like the shoes. They are not quite as cushioned as I'm used to, but I paid a lot more money to get that cushion in other shoes.

The Ghost 16 is OK. The 16 is comfortable but has a wider toe than I would like. I prefer the Ghost 15.

I really enjoy my 2A Black Ghost 16 running shoes! No longer have to do specialized lacing necessary with medium width. It is easier to run in! A bit of irritation with the top of the shoe rubbing my ankles; but otherwise a great fit!

They do run big. I've always worn a size 7 in Brooke's and these were on the big side. Other than that, I love the colors.

Very comfy shoes for everyday wear. Turns out I like the firmer feel of Adrenaline for my daily walk (city walking on concrete and asphalt), but for daily errands & living in general, the Ghost 16 is great. I love the fact that it's a available in a narrow width, but I sure wish you offered more colors in a narrow.

I was worried that these wouldn't be as comfortable as my original ones as they were slightly different with a longer toe bed. But they are super lightweight and very comfortable and I feel great after wearing them for a run, plus they were at a good price.

Love these shoes, great fit, comfortable all-day wear. Would have given 5 stars if they had a heal loop to make putting the shoe on easier. Keep up the great looks and color combinations. :) I have been a Brooks wearer for 20+ years.

The Ghost 16 Brooks shoe is my new go to for walking. I have had them now for about a month. They are very comfortable and lightweight. Highly recommend. The fact that the shoe comes in a narrow width is a huge plus.

I ran in an ASIC GT-1000 the last 22 years until they ruined the design with a high back ankle that doesn't work for me. The Ghost 16 is very similar, and I'm glad I found a comparable shoe to what I'm used to. It's not 100% as good, but it's the closest I've found (I get very mild blisters and there isn't quite as much bounce in these, but nothing that's causing injury). I'm a normal size in these shoes (in the GT-1000 I was 1/2 size larger than my standard size). I run about 20 miles per week, anywhere from 3-10 mile distances.

I love my Brooks and am so glad I found some in the wide width. The only problem I have with my Brooks is that the inner heal space breaks down too fast. I have bought the Ghost and Adrenaline GTS and it happens in both styles. Otherwise I prefer them to any other brand.
