I walk 4 miles a day in these and my lower back and feet couldn't feel better after.

Beautiful shoes, the yellow ones, but they were not meant for me! I'm not a runner, I'm a walker. These shoes are sure to put a spring in your step but my knees dont allow me to run. IMO these awesome shoes are strictly for running as the HOKA website indicates. Sadly, I had to return them.

Absolutely wonderful. Loooong time Hoka runner and these remind me of the first time I tried a pair on. Will be buying more just to have them. Bravo!

I am 270lb guy who runs about 15miles a week and this shoe is great for everyday runs. It's only been a few weeks but I am impressed by the plushness and responsiveness of the shoe. I have other carbon shoes and this by far the most comfortable. Pretty stable also.

As soon as I put the shoes on I immediately knew why they were expensive. As soon as I start running it's like every step I take is a bounce and soft landing to the knees. This is the ultimate running shoe. Extremely lightweight and durable.

The most comfortable shoes. Like walking on spongy clouds. Really made a huge difference when we went to Disney World. Really helped reduce leg fatigue and pain.

I am a Bondi Extra Wide guy. 255 pound triathlete. Wanted to give these a try. They are incredible, but too narrow for me. If they get made in wide, (and hopefully extra wide), I will be first in line.

I'm 33 and 220 lbs and I run about 3-4 times a week between 2-6 miles any given the day. I've been running for two years, and these shoes I plan to use for long run days. After three runs they've left my feet feeling refreshed. Super comfy and energetic.

I broke 3 bones in my foot in 2022. This was not a fracture. I was lucky I didn't have protrusion. I sadly broke them chasing after my puppy in some uneven park ground. Not even a good way to go. I literally couldn't walk for months. It took a year or so of barre classes to build my balance back to the point I could walk normally. I thought I'd be another year or so from running. I went for a few runs in my pre-injury shoes (boo onclouds) and I would have to wear my boot cast again for days after. I saw a review that mentioned these shoes enabled the reviewer to run after their injury without pain; I immediately bought them, despite the deep price. That was about or less than a month ago. Happy to report my dog and I just did a very slow 11.5 mile road run and I feel absolutely no pain!! These are the best long distance running shoes I've ever owned and I've been running for 10+ years.

I have been a fan of the Rincon shoe not sure why you stopped making. I tried the Clifton 9 and felt too small. On a whim I bought these shoes. When I first put on I felt the stack was too high. When I started running they felt amazing. So happy I tried them and thank you for making shoes in size 15 !

Love the comfort! Like on marshmallows that are on clouds on a supportive base. I wear orthotics in them so I have to adjust a bit of the laces to make it comfortable on top. Wish they made a wide options as well. I always wore Stinsons but they changed them a bit, so these fit the bill for plush! The new Stinsons are good too and wear them both on different days. Wish the upper material of the skyward x were a bit more supportive and and thicker not so loose however.

This is a great shoe so far. I've only been training in it, but it's super light, plush, and responsive. The toe box is a bit tight, might need to wear thin socks or something.

I've tried a lot of different running shoes. I always look for cushioning above all. The Skyward X, thus far, is the softest, most cushioned shoe I've discovered. These are not the best pick if you're looking for lightness, form-fitting, race-day shoes. But for recovery, slower runs, these are very good. I no longer do long-distance runs, and at 74, I'm interested in something that will cushion my step running errands and around the house. I only wish they came in a better choice of colors.

I buy men's shoes for the extra toe box room these shoes are very roomy I'm a runner of about 40 miles a week on the roads. So cushion for me is helpful I'm also in my 70"s thin feet skin and bones. As a runner these shoes keep me in the runner world Thanks

I am an admitted sneaker addict. I have at least 7 different Hokas in rotation currently, but these are by far my favorites and so much different than all the others. The cushion is amazing and when I finish my daily 4 miles, I feel like I could easily go another 4. My feet have no fatigue at all and that's worth every penny. I'm considering getting another pair just so I have them when I wear this set out.

I have 4 pairs of the Bondi 8's and love each one of them. I didn't think it was possible to out do those. But, Hoka has done it! The Skyward X is what has been described as the Bondi 8 on steroids. If you could patch a shoe, then this shoe is it!! It feels like I am walking on air!! The arch support is incredible! The shoe is very light and not heavy at all. I am very impressed with the Skyward X. Nice job, Hoka!

I've never owned shoes with a carbon fiber plate, so I wasn't sure what to expect. They felt weird the first time I put them on (possibly the foam thickness), but by day two they felt really good. I'm 265 lbs, so it's hard for me to find shoes that I really like for running. These are so great that I might investigate other carbon fiber plate Hokas. I highly recommend.
