I wore these shoes a few times and then realized that they were really too big. I want to return them for some kind of credit. The last pair I ordered of the same shoe came in a half size larger and I returned them.

I have been running marathons for 35 years. I am a Brooks girl through and through. I now have terrible arthritis in my feet, and anything that touches the big joint on my great toes KILLS my feet!! I am also a nurse in a hospital, and wear nothing but Brooks at work as well. I want so badly to love these shoes, but they are just too narrow, even if I size up. All Brooks should come in a wide option. Very disappointed!!

Honestly not happy with the last 2 pair I have ordered they hurt my feet especially my heels when I heel strike. I use my shoes to walk in all day long I work at a hospital so I am constantly walking and have noticed the quality is not as good as before . I am thinking of switching brands that don't hurt my feet . Thank you for you concern. Patti Killian

Bought these shoes in early 2024 at an upscale and expensive shoe store in new york city. After wearing them on and off for over 3 months, they were as painful as when I first started wearing them. Very stiff. I will never buy Brooks again. I'm going back to Nike and NB.

I was very disappointed in these shoes. Poor quality. I have issue with the sole of the sole coming apart. I have less than 50 miles on these shoes.

I love the way this shoe feels but my feet still kill me after wearing them, wish I would've went with just the ghost instead of the ghost max!

They are not comfortable at all. I just wasted a lot of money on them. I am on my feet all day and I limp to my car each night, because my feet hurt so bad.

Plantar fasciitis pain & these shoes don???t mix. I got these because they came recommended for people with pf problems. I have spent over $1k in products like shoes & insoles , even more than that on massages and surgery. Unfortunately these made my pain worse. They would be great walking shoes without the Pf, but I will have to return them.

this is not a review but when will you have the shoes in a size 10 back in stock? Only shoes on the site are the peach and white and neither is for me

Great shoes however. Can you provide more color options for 2e for the ghost and/or ghost max? Or at least offer a black, white and/or tan option? I'd pay more for additional colors or a custom option. I'd gladly give you all my business however new balance offers more color selections for 2e and 4e shoes. This missed the mark for me

Could be a great shoe for you but sadly wrong for me. I was at first happy as Brooks makes great widths. I am thankful. But the cushion created problems for me. I have no problem with stability issues until I wore these and tried to walk faster and with longer steps. I have an ankle fusion and these shoes along with attempt to walk faster and longer created the perfect storm for injury. Take care. Know your body. If you are accustomed to zero rise shoes, these are not a shoe to return to. Great to stand on, poor to move with if you have any foot or hip irregularities. If you don't, GO FOR IT! Great company to let us try.

Too narrow in the midfoot for my custom orthotics to sit flat in there. The soft heel seemed like an exceptional way to hurt yourself. Sad that the sneaker market is going in this direction

It didn't feel like they had good arch support and my foot seemed to roll inwards. I'll be sending them back. Not like my last pair of Brooks.

Waiting for new orthotics to be finished. Have not tried them on yet. Woman making the orthotics suggested these because of the Rocker sole. She's a very knowledgable foot specialist.

Did not like at all. Being sold as a Ghost shoe you would expect them to be the same as the other ghost shoes. The heel drop is a 6 for the max vs a 12 for the ghost I loved the cushion but could not handle the difference in heel drop

The new ghost max apparently have a problem with the decal coming off, I returned a pair that were two weeks old because of the brooks decal coming off, the second pair I got did the same.

I've had the Ghost 14s since winter. They worked great for me, and they fixed my heel strike. I bought the Ghost Max for a change to see if they would make me faster. These shoes feel like heavy boxes on my feet, and they are forcing me to heel strike again. I feel like I have no control over my stride, and my ankles feel wobbly on the large amount of cushion. Thought they'd make me faster, but they feel so restricting. Should've stuck with the regular Ghosts.

I did not care for these at all, but I am also not a fan of HOKA or the new Kayano shoes either because they have huge cushion bottoms. If you like that type of shoe, then maybe these are for you. I felt like the cushion was firmer then HOKAs or Kayanos and the upper less restrictive on my foot. Overall, the built-up bottoms negatively affected my proprioception making my run feel unstable and wobbly.

I was excited to wear these shoes. After 3 hours outside my knee started hurting, my feet started to burn and my hip locked up. This shoe does not allow your feet to move. It felt restricted and too stable.
