Bought these a few days ago but had to return. I work in vet med so I'm on my feet all day. These started hurting my heel and knee after just a few hours of wearing them. Love my brooks glycerin 20, guess I'll be sticking with those.

I feel like they wear out really fast and are a bit too clunky. They are really comfortable and work for what I need them for.

I am an avid, serious runner and I have been a loyal Brooks Ghost fan for years. I was excited to see the new Ghost Max. I love that they are lightweight and very cushioned, but my only complaint is that they don't fit like the Ghosts. They are too wide. I like a wide toe box but the entire shoe is too wide. I got blisters after my runs so I'm afraid they won't work for me.

I have loved all Brooks shoes EXCEPT these! The soles of the shoes are too high! When walking, I find myself picking up my feet higher so I don't trip which has caused hip pain! Not a fan!

I thought it was bulky and not as comfortable as Hoka's equivalent. I wear them for daily walking but I wouldn't run in them

I am a huge fan of the ghost shoe in general. I thought I would try the max, since it was supposed to have extra cushion, for my long 13-hour days at work. I've been wearing them for 3 weeks now and so far I'm not a fan. I do not notice any extra cushion. My feet ache by the end of the day. Also it feels like it pitches me forward, putting excess stress on my forefoot. I am not going to give up just yet. I'm going to try them for walks and runs out on the pavement and see if maybe it works better for that. If not I will most likely be returning them.

Returned these. I'm a Brooks warer, but these were not as comfortable as my Ghost 15s or Glycerin20's, and the toe box seemed narrow.

These have been my worst Brooks running shoes that I have ever owned. I went to a running shoe store to get sized then decided to order them off Brooks website using a military discount code. The inside of my feet develop terrible blisters almost immediately. I do not have this problem with my Brooks Ghost 16 or 17s. I wish I had tested them out sooner before the return timeline had passed since they are so low mileage.

While I do love my other pair of Brooks, Everytime I wear these ones I get a stitch in my calf after half a mile...everytime. These also are WALKING/RUNNING shoes - they will not keep you stable standing because of their propelling/bunch design. I'm probably just going to donate them since they're not helping me walk at all.

After just 3 weeks, there is already a hole in the fabric over my toes. This has never happened before after such a short time.

These shoes are too pointy in the front for people who need wide width shoes. You need to make shoes with a more open toe box that doesnt cut off the pinky toes

Horrible shoe. Bottom chunk fell out of both shoes after 4 months. Terrible design! Shoe should have been recalled.

Plastic lace support rubs the on ankle. Noticeable within the first few miles. Increased pain over time, even when not running. Returned

I was excited these shoes were so comfortable while I wore them around the house. But when I went for my 5 mile walk/jog I could barely get back home. My feet were in so much pain. Unfortunately they were returned.

I'm a bigger guy and they were comfortable for a couple weeks but unfortunately are not working for me any longer. The top of the toe box seems very thin and will have holes develope prematurely.

They had way too much cushion for me. I returned them and ordered my regular Ghost's!

Poor quality. I bought these for my job as a nurse and they very quickly wore out. I stopped wearing them within 4 months of use because my feet ache when I do. Save your money.

Didn't like the shoe at all. I wear Ghost shoes. My favorite. The Ghost Max is not comfortable at all RETURNED THEM

Unfortunately, Brooks discontinued the Dyad series, since I require a 2E, Ghost Max is now my only option. I walk 5 miles everyday. The Ghost Max has okay cushion, but they feel & look like they push my footprint to the inner length of my foot. My weight is not distributed evenly. I will not buy another pair of these. I cannot find a pair of Dyad to replace them with. I will have to switch to a different brand.
