Expected it to be heavier/warmer. Size is correct. Zipper difficult to use. Might have to return for repair

The first sweater fleece coat had to be returned because the zipper did not work properly. The zipper got stuck just before opening. The second sweater fleece coat is perfect.

This coat isn't sized like some of the other coats you have, it was smaller, and you couldn't wear another layer such as a sweater. I returned it.

Not as nice as the shorter length. I purchased it for the longer length but it hangs poorly and drapes open to show the lining of the pockets.

This jacket is so cute, love the contrasting zipper and trim in the blue one. So excited, then unzipped the pockets. What??? The inside of the pockets are white! So if you leave them unzipped, there are white t shirt fabric blotches in the front of the jacket. Looks so cheap. Don't know why they didn't use matching color for pockets

Love this jacket although it is not holding up very well. I like the length and the fit. The material is already getting pilly on the sleeves. For the price I feel it should be made of a better material.

Multiple issues with the zipper. Does not always zip. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN QUALITY

This is my second jacket. I returned the first one back when there was a lifetime guarantee. The piping around the wrists are again coming apart

Hood Feels Short But Cute Style! It not as Comfy. Not as warm and cozy As I hoped.

Was excited to get this coat to replace an old, worn out fleece. This coat came and looked worn out straight from the package. No structure to it. If you're looking for a hefty sweatshirt style, this is for you. Fit was boxy.

The jacket seems like it will fit the purpose; however, the arms are skinny and the fabric is a bit scratchy. Wearing over long sleeves may be a challenge. Weather has not yet been cool enough to wear so I am hopeful that it will be a good layer in the cooler weather.

I lovethe jacket, except fr the fact that I can't zip it up. When i first received it, it was hot and humid (it was still summer and I live in Atlanta), so I didn't actually put it on for several weeks. Qhen I did, I couldn't get the two sides of the zipper sinked, but I had long since thrown out all the paper work so didn't try to return it. I can wear it on cooler days, when zippers are not necessary, but not on really cold days. Disappointed. I've always been happy with previous purchases from LLBean, but so as much this time.

The coat was on the small side compared to other items I've purchased in the past. The arms were tight; fabric was coarse and scratchy. Unfortunately I had to return.

I love this coat but it started pilling immediately. If I didn't like it so much I would return it. I just bought a pilling remover tool instead.

Loved the color and fit but was very disappointed when I wore it for the first time and there was a big hole in my left pocket. I was very surprised because anything I have ever gotten from L.L. Bean before has been good quality products. I contacted customer service and I'm going to return it for another. I ordered through PayPal so I have to wait till L.L.Bean receives it and then ships me back another.

I had to return this. I liked the length and feel of this jacket but the upper arms were way too tight to wear anything but a thin tee underneath.

I ordered XL which should be loose on me but it was pretty tight. Plus, I didn't realize this has a two-way zipper, which I dislike, so I had to return it. Too bad since the purple color was very pretty.

I had high hopes that I would like this fleece coat, but it's definitely not for me. I'm 5'1" and it's just too long - even the petite. It looks out of proportion on me. I returned it.

Nicely made jacket except the zipper is a struggle to open and close. Would never buy again.

I was disappointed with this jacket. It lacks the quality of past LL Bean purchases. It isn't soft st all even with several washes with extra fabric softener. It also has a weird double zipper which makes zipping up more difficult.

My full bust is 36". I asked customer service about garment sizing before ordering and they said a small measures 38". I have 2 other jackets (not fleece) in this brand that are both size petite small and there's room to layer a sweater. This jacket in the same size is tight, not even room for a t-shirt. Sending it back and trying a size up.

I gave it a 2 because of the way it was packaged. I had ordered 2 and they were shipped separately. One came in nicely packaged and was nicely folded in a sealed heavy clear bag. This one came in just stuffed, and I mean stuffed, in a shipping bag with no inner packaging. It obviously must have been a return and they just shipped it back out. I would have returned it but didn't have time before Christmas. I expected something better from LL Bean considering what I paid for it.

Ordered this for my daughter at college. She said it fit weird: the arms were too tight and it was baggy in the body and too long. She should have gotten the petite but that wouldn't solve the arm issue, just the length. In fact petite items tend to fit tighter so that would be even worse. She got a size XS, she's 5'3" and 108lb.

I had to re- order a size up but found the top was too big and the bottom was a bit snug. It's a nice "coat" but the sizing did not work for me. I returned it.

I bought this about a year ago and have worn it in the Fall and Spring. The material ended up pilling and looking cheap. I wish I had bought a P******** sweater coat instead.
