How is an extra small a 34 chest? What is an actual small person (30-32) supposed to wear?

This shirt was packaged so poorly that I can't get the wrinkles out and I will never wear it.

The new "slightly fitted" does not work for me so sadly I had to return it and will no longer be able to wear one of my favorite styles from LL Bean. I wish there were two choices so I don't have to look elsewhere for comfortable lightweight tops.

Small hole on sleeve on green shirt. Would not recommend buying and risk defect and have to pay for return. Will not order from all bean again.

It seems that the default size is petite. That's why I ordered the wrong size and had to return the item. Most people aren't petite, so why is that the default?

I have purchased several of these tee shirts in the past in different colors. For some reason, this particular one was 4 to 5 inches longer than the others. It was so long, I had to
Return it to you.

I bought this pima tee only because the women's unshrinkable tee was discontinued. It was shorter than my unshrinkable tee and was even shorter after it was washed and hung up to dry. The material was too clingy so the second time I washed it, I briefly stuck it in the dryer with a dryer sheet to see if it would fix the clinginess of the material. It was still clingy and it shrunk even more. The tee is also too wide and boxy looking on the bottom. I will not buy this tee ever again. I am keeping my eye out for the return of my old unshrinkable tee should LLBEAN decide to bring them back. Needless to say, I have to go elsewhere. I admit I have not found a better tee than the old unshrinkable tee from LLBEAN.

The words slightly tapered does not represent this tee. They are tapered so much they are tight around the middle which causes an unsightly and uncomfortable fit. I ordered several when they first came out and they were fine, however, the cut has changed for the worse. I have a white one I ordered months ago that still has the tags on it. Every time I put it on to give it another try, I get upset and hang it back up. I wish I could return it for a white Saturday T-Shirt but white is not available now. Sad...

When brand new these tees were amazing and true to size. BUT with every wash they became shorter and shorter. I have a closet full of mid-drift exposing Bean T-shirts that I simply cannot wear. Of course they are all now beyond L L BEAN's one year exchange/return guarantee. Silly me...I bought six more last Spring hoping against hope they'd be better....but they are not.

Long time LL Bean customer. I have bought several of these. I washed them in cold water, delicate wash. I dried them on low for three minutes. They shrank up two inches. They looked ridiculous being so short. I returned one because of this, and the replacement shrank as well. I am no longer planning on being an LLBean customer because of all the money I wasted on this tee, and well as on other items that were not satisfactory. It's too bad that I have to pull out an old LLBean tee shirt I bought 15 years ago because at least it did not shrink. Do NOT buy these. Good bye LLBean!

After 4 or 5 washings, these tee shirts have developed runs in the fabric at the shoulder and I am going to return them. I will order new ones and sincerely hope that the new ones remain intact. I have been buying these tee shirts for years and really like them but the fabric has deteriorated. Please report this to the buyers.

I ordered medium as I have a sweater from LL Bean in medium that fits well. The arms, neck, and bust of this shirt fit normal. Then the shirt turns into a tent and I could have been pregnant and this shirt still would have been big in the belly area. This shirt is not at all slightly fitted as described. For reference I am 5' 6" and 150 lbs. Needless to say these shirts were returned and I'm out $6.50 for shipping. I've learned my lesson on LL Bean and inconsistent sizing and will stop ordering from here.

I loved this shirt in Petal from April 2016 and wanted more this summer. Trusting LL Bean, I washed the shirts beforehand, making them un-returnable. They are totally different even though the label is the same.
The "crewneck" comes up much higher, uncomfortably so. It looks strange, and I want to tug it down.
The 100% pima cotton looks and feels different; lighter, thinner, and somewhat shiny.(?) It doesn't have the nice, "breathes" feeling one associates with pima cotton.
The cut is different. I ordered more than one shirt, so this isn't a case a shirt being the one made from the cut at the end of a bolt, and is a bit off.
Overall not the same shirt I bought in April 2016. I wish I'd purchased more then.
I can't wear these, I can't return them, so I'm giving them away. A waste of money.
I just want a reliable tee shirt, and I can't get that anymore from LL Bean, which makes me kind of sad, as I've always loved the company and what they stand for, even though I don't buy much from them, not being outdoorsy. I would still have my duck boots from 1977 if they hadn't been lost in a move.
