The coat is warm without being bulky. The salesperson in the store was so helpful. She guided me in choosing a correct size, not too snug so the down can create heat. Love this coat!

I received my jacket just in time, as we had a cold snap and I was able to try it out. It is certainly very warm and comfortable. Have not been out to test in the rain yet! I will get a lot of use with this jacket all winter on my daily walks. Wish I had bought it earlier!

This is an ultra lightweight and warm puffer jacket. It is comfortable without the bulk of typical puffers. There are multiple zipped pockets, adjustable hood and sleeves (you can adjust for a tighter or loser fit), I am very happy with the purchase. For reference, I am 5'5", 139 lbs., and ordered a small. I am able to layer a hoodie underneath and still move comfortably.

Best jacket. Nice and warm. Fit is great. I have broad shoulders and can wear a sweatshirt under it and still zip it up. I had one that I cannot get clean so the dark color doesn't show the dirt. A bit more expensive than I would have liked to pay.

I love this jacket and just about live in it. I needed a new jacket that keeps me warm and dry and is long enough to cover my rear - none of which my $$$$ puffer did well. This jacket perfectly takes care of all of that and it looks great as well. I am especially fond of the warm, fuzzy pockets, because I'm always forgetting gloves! Well made from quality materials. It was a bit on the pricey side for me - I looked at it about a hundred times before I finally broke down and bought it. It is absolutely worth it! I'm 5'7", 130, purchased a small - it's roomy enough for a sweater underneath.

Very nice jacket. Lightweight, warm, good wind protection. Thankfully, haven't had to test the waterproofing yet.

I live in an area of the USA where winter can be brutal and this jacket keeps me warm. It's lightweight, runs true to size and does not feel cumbersome at all. I work outdoors in the winter and needed a coat like this to keep me warm. My only problem with it is I wish I had bought it sooner, would have made winters more bearable!

Very warm. The only thing about it is that the zipper is not 2 way so I have to hike up the coat when I get in the car. Otherwise it's a great coat.

Just bought this coat recently and so far in love! It hasn't gotten super cold yet, so remains to be seen how it will do then as far as warmth. The fit is perfect.I like the length, just below hip (I am 5'5"), and like the styling. The pockets are great. And it is waterproof! The original price was a little ridiculous so happy it was in the sale rack.

I needed a waterproof jacket for Iceland that would hold up to both pouring rain and lots of wind and this jacket checked all of those buckets. I was toasty warm and never wet.

This is my first LL Bean winter ski coat. I love everything about it! It was so warm, fits great and has very strategically placed pockets.

The jacket is warm and comfortable and a godsend when the temperature fell below 20 degrees earlier this week.

This coat meets and exceeded our expectations in cold, brutal weather. The down insulation performs as expected. The shell protects me from the wind. I love the air vents under the arms to be out excessive heat.

This jacket has it all: gore-tex shell with just enough insulation to keep a girl warm and dry while walking dogs in the rain. It does run a bit long; the small petite size I bought falls just below my hips and the sleeves completely covers my hands. It looks too big on me, but I like the longer cut.

I purchased this coat for a trip to Europe. It was wonderful. It kept me warm and dry during the rain.
